I waited 10 mins before someone helped me 🤷🏾‍♀️ to get a pair of shoes for my son

Best customer service i have experienced in a long long time. Just a wonderful welcoming spirited place. I been to numerous shoe stores in the past few years and this is by far a very well oiled machine.

Braye was awesome. My son was havong a hard time picking out shoes. She asked him questions to get his style and personally picked out a few selections for him to choose from. She was a great customer service representative.

Cant say enough good things about Foot Locker! They have almost always come through for me on every special retro jordan I wanted!!! Thank you Footlocker and thank you to the people that dont come pick up their raffle wins!!! Lol

Very helpful.. they had just what I was looking for. Greeted as soon as I walked in which in a very good thing in retail. And also ask if I need help or knew what I was looking for. So if they have or you think they might have what your looking for then this is defiantly the place to go for shoes. They also were here polite and made sure to say have a great evening. Great place to shop.

Found what I was looking for. My grandson has to have a certain something and for me it definitely has to be on sale for me to get it. So I am done until his foot size change. I can always find something there he wants.

Dont usually have what im looking for anymore. Or if they do they dont have my size. And they cost more for the same shoes other places.

They had what I needed but these 2 girls that worked there where childish and rude. I knew yall where talking about me yall work in customer service show some manners and common courtesy. No one helped me and I felt very unwelcome. Id rather order on line than walk in there again.

I found a pair of shoes I like once every two to three years

They have good shoes but have no sales and not a large brand selection. It’s the place for expensive shoes. Hibbets is right across the walkway from it and has better prices and better selection. Another issue I have had is one time I went in and these guys were cussing. A lot. There were children in the store and the workers were not doing anything about it. In fact, one of the workers was cussing loudly with the other 2 guys. The workers won’t talk to your or ask you anything. So just go to hibbets across the walkway or finishline.

I returned so shoes that were 119.90 as I was walking I was counting it realize that she gave me 3 5s and 5 1s so she gave me 20.90 no hundred dollar bill so I told them about it and they wouldnt go back on the camera and look I asked for the. To count drawer down because as the female was refunding she was flrting with a cop that was there they didnt want to do it so in the they stole 100 from me 8 days before Christmas and we have 8 kids to buy presents for and now we have to wait till 30tjh till I get paid again to buy my son something that store is a place that would Rob you blind and wouldnt care there are a lot more places that they would have better costumer service than them and remember yall the cashier was trying to get laid as she was trying to refumdy money with

I knew I was in the mall, but this was truly terrible customer service. The salesperson never made eye contact. She asked if I was finding everything ok, then acted put out when I asked to try on 2 models of running shoes. She brought me ONE of each and disappeared; had to beg for the 2nd so I could actually walk around in my pricey walking shoes. I came here bc my favorite store didn’t have the brand I was after; going back to the right place next time.

The guy that helped me acted like he could care less and wasnt to polite. I tried my size on there and ordered the shoes from footlocker.com so he didnt get props for a sale.

They dont carry any shoes in wide sizes and refused to cash in a gift card even though my husband nor I could wear any of thier shoes.

Not much of a selection to choose from... Didnt have any great sales... Didnt have the sizes I needed in the shoes I was interested in purchasing... Poor customer service..

Shoes galore kind of pricey but its foot locker.

I will never do business with this company so sick they need to be shut down dont even try shoes on that they send you in the mail because If they dont fit they wont give you a refund
