Enjoyed a great cup of a salted maple latte today! I’m very coffee bougie and this place is one I’ve wanted to visit for the past year. We stumbled on it today and I must say it was a great cup of coffee. Relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely return

Coffee is good, bagels are great, but they are cheap as heck with the cream cheese… tiny little dollop with your bagel and $1.00 up charge for more. Gonna bring my own cream cheese next time.

Cute little place, friendly staff. The vegan veggie sandwich was so flavorful and the cold brew was good. Worth checking out.

Had the iced mocha, it was delicious. I will try it hot next time. Airy atmosphere with lots of seating and live plants at all the tables.

Coffee Roasters ☕serving light fare foods as well such as sandwiches and acai bowls. They have a chill vibe with an outdoor seating area as well as two separate indoor areas. They are located downtown across from Washington park and have a parking garage available to park next to the location.

Stopped in for breakfast, and had a great coffee and bagel. Friendly staff and nice venue with takeout, inside and outside seating.

Coffee is 4 - 5 stars all day. Very nice cortado. Salmon bagel was good, sausage egg and cheese biscuit was good. But, the bacon egg and cheese sandwich would have been amazing if they would have toasted the bread or something, it was just served on white bread lol

Delicious! They have a large variety of coffees Ive never seen before, like bourbon caramel and honey cinnamon. Try their cold chai tea with cocoa. Not to mention the best hot chocolate ever! We also got an acai bowl with honey and peanut butter and a bagel egg sandwich. Both delicious. Fun, funky atmosphere. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Great food and beverages, really well designed space, but consistent complaint is the drink price (on par with nyc/sf boutique coffee shops). You get what you pay for, it’s good and I’d go more often if it was more affordable. They have great outdoor and indoor seating options.

This place is pretty chill. I have been to coffee shops all over the world. Honest Coffee has always delivered an excellent product. The vibe is laid back, background music is good. The staff are all friendly. I usually spend a few hours online working. This helps me zero in on what needs to be done before heading home.

I ordered a Campfire Chai (Hot), and it was delicious! Best coffee around! Stop in and see them.

If you like coffee, this place is not for you. Ordered a large drip and was served a 12 oz cup of something o could have gotten at a gas station. Not to mention the cashier told us that she could not put Vanilla in a coffee. “That’s not how we do it here”. That coffee needed something to hide the burnt flavor. Oh, well. We won’t be back.

Visiting Huntsville today after dropping our son off at Space Camp! Nice coffee shop, but I’m not a fan of coffee shops that charge $6 for their largest latte which is a 12 oz- not enough beverage for me. Ordered it hot and it’s luke warm…maybe they don’t go traditionally hot in the south as it is quite hot outside?!?! Ordered a vanilla latte with cinnamon and *honestly* cannot taste the espresso. I also wonder if it cooled down because they forgot to bring it to me…it took a really long time and trust me, I’m no stranger to frequenting very busy, stellar coffee shops. Gave it 3 stars for a nice atmosphere😕

Rather pricey but good. I really wish that the nitrogen coffee cam in a bigger cup. I enjoyed it.

This is an excellent meetup spot if your going to be downtown. I only gave four stars because of cost and limit of location. $6 for a Cuban. -- I prefer Just Love Coffee, one in Huntsville and one in Madison. Great locations and have more of what I like at less cost.

Finally stopped by for the first time after wanting to for YEARS. Lets just say it won’t be my last. The people were incredibly kind and the space is not too hoppity but not boring either. Just enough to feel cozy and not get distracted while working. The Bees Knees is delicious!

Next to try on the find a great açaí bowl in Huntsville list was Honest Coffee. Not just a coffee shop, Honest offers açaí (obviously) as well as some light breakfast and lunch options.This is a really cute little shop in downtown Huntsville. Parking is difficult, but thats true everywhere in that area, so its not really their fault. It was a short walk away from where I finally found a spot. They were quite busy for ~11 AM on a Thursday.The two men working at the counter were very friendly and welcoming. The person ordering ahead of me had never visited before and wanted guidance on what to order, and they were great with her. I ordered the BomBom açaí bowl, which comes with granola, strawberries, bananas, cacao nibs, almonds, and a honey drizzle. I meant to remember to add peanut butter, but I forgot. Drats.At any rate, my bowl came out in a reasonable time frame and I settled by the windows to eat it and people watch. Overall, its a pretty good bowl. Still not close to my favorite açaí bowl place ever, but much better than the other option in town that Ive tried (Clean Juice).My main complaints: the topping ratio is off -- for once, not enough açaí and too many toppings. Looking at the bowl, the açaí seems generous, but its mainly caked around the edges of the bowl -- the center was hollowed out and filled with granola. My final few bites were pretty much just granola, which was tasty...but I really like the açaí purée to bind everything together. Also, the açaí was still very hard and icy. I know lots of people store it that way, but I wish it had been softened somehow. Also, very minor nitpick here, but the banana was cubed, and I think its better sliced. I also found a very small, dark, fine hair on one of the banana pieces. Im really not the type to freak out about that stuff, so no big deal, but worth mentioning.Strengths: the almonds and honey were delicious additions. The granola was the right amount of sweet, and the strawberries tasted good despite not being in season. Also, once the açaí melted a bit, it had a pleasant sweet taste and creamy texture.So far, this is my favorite place to get an açaí bowl in Huntsville. I would definitely eat this bowl again whenever the craving strikes!

Ordered an iced coffee with simple syrup half and half. Something had a twinge of a sour taste. Not sure if that was how it was supposed to taste or if something had been spoiled.

It’s a pretty popular place, so there’s usually a little bit of a line later in the morning on weekends. However, everyone who works there is friendly and efficient, and it usually doesn’t take long to receive your food/coffee once you’ve ordered. It’s a little smaller than the one in Franklin but has a cozy vibe and more outdoor seating, which is really nice. The coffee is always great, and the breakfast burrito and açaí bowl are delicious as well!

I have never left a review on any restaurant before until. Honest Coffee, more like dishonest! The drink I ordered was a cherry limeade nitro which tasted like fossil fuel which I will give credit kept me awake. I also ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit. But don’t let the pictures deceive for 6$ you get a microwaved frost burnt sausage and egg cheese biscuit not to mention it’s it’s super small! When I was also there there were flies all over the place some were flying near coffee mugs and other fish ware. GROSS! Never ever going back there again!

Wonderful find while in Huntsville. Really good coffee - not your overly flavored Starbucks or generic drip coffee. Real, Italian style coffee Fast service. Atmosphere is really cool. We saw lots of hipsters there. Seemed like a spot for students. But the cappuccino is good so I would visit again!

If youre looking for the best coffee ever, then you HAVE to go here. This place has it. Their cups of coffee are big and delicious. When you take your first sip its like youre floating through space or in a wonderful moment of awesomeness.

We had a fantastic breakfast! Our group ordered a breakfast burrito, smoked salmon bagel, breakfast hash (vegan), an açaí bowl, and overnight oats. We also had coffee! It was all wonderful!

Everything I’ve tried here has been amazing, but unfortunately it’s very pricey, so it can only be an occasional treat.

We went to Honest Coffee on St. Patrick’s day. The atmosphere was upbeat, the servers were nice, and the food was delicious. We got açaí bowls and a breakfast burrito. The Açaí bowls were the best we have had so far around town. The breakfast burrito was great too! 👍🏾👍🏾

Love the coffee and staff here! Ive never had anything that wasnt delicious at Honest, and the staff were exceedingly helpful when I had questions. On your way out of the store, make sure you grab some of their steepable coffee bags. They look like teabags, but theyre coffee -absolutely delicious, and awesome to take with you on a trip!

Negative: I ordered curbside pick up and had no idea where to go. I ended up parking a block over and walking to pick up my order.Positive: When I arrived I stood outside and called them to let them know I was out front. They promptly bought out my order. Ordered the bees knees iced latte with oat milk which was really good. Also ordered the vegan and GF carrot apple muffin which satisfied my sweet craving.

I really like Honest, fantastic coffee and lattes, fun and unique seasonal drinks, great staff and baristas. Its always hopping there, so seating might be a hit or miss, but usually theres a few spots open, inside or out.

I went to Honest Coffee Roasters every day that I was in town for (3 days). Coffee is good, service is excellent, and the vibe is irresistible.

Strong, smooth coffee. I had the grilled breakfast burrito. Thats a bit of a misnomer: it should be called a breakfast burrito panini. Whatever you call it, its delicious! Great flavors melded together and the burrito weak gets a crispy crunch from the panini press. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here a couple times, it’s okay, a little expensive for what it is but since it’s a small business I understand. it’s definitely worth trying if you’re downtown and wanting some coffee!

Great atmosphere, sitting is limited, they only serve piper and leaf teas. So if your looking for Earl grey or chi this is not the place. Street parking is limited but there is garage with in short walking distance. The breakfast is half bad and ready in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is nice too!

Visiting from out of town, I was excited to try this place because of the reviews and social media presence. Unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment. Overall the taste of my coffee was stale and watered down, along with a stale cake pop. Only thing that was ok was the breakfast sandwich which was nothing to come back for. It took more than 15min to get my to go order of three things and once I tried the coffee, I threw it away. The cake pop was also thrown away after one bite that tasted like something other than chocolate. The fact that two thirds was thrown away, that was it for me. It was an expensive experience and was not even worth it. This is not a place for me and I do not recommend.

Great atmosphere and super welcoming staff. The coffee was not only a work of art but delicious and that wasn’t the only thing. I had the best sausage egg and cheese biscuit I’ve had in awhile. Can’t wait to go back.

Boyfriend and I stopped in while we were visiting from out of town and both agreed the coffee tasted very bitter and burnt. Just not our cup of Joe I guess. Honestly, a basic coffee shop like Starbucks is better.

I love the coffee, the allergy-friendly food, the location, and the atmosphere of this place. But my favorite thing about Honest, besides their commitment to community support during the pandemic, is that the staff never make me feel awkward when I ask for help running my card and adding a tip. This is a big deal because I am blind. Touch-screens and card-readers are difficult for me to manage, and a lot of people, when confronted with my inability to perform this simple task, become flustered. But the staff at Honest are always friendly, attentive, and casual about their assistance, making me feel like helping me isnt a sudden burden, but a regular part of their job description. It makes me feel very welcome, and right at home.

Cute atmosphere/delicious food and coffee. I think my favorite part though was that the employees really seemed to enjoy being there/each other. They were super efficient, but I heard them laughing with each other and they also had great teamwork. Them not being stressed added to the good vibes.

Surprisingly, downtown Huntsville doesnt have a plethora of breakfast spots. However, Honest Roasters did have exactly what we were looking for on the Saturday of our Labor Day getaway. Seems to be a popular spot for locals, thats always a good sign.

INCREDIBLE!Visiting from Chicago and wanted a local Coffee Shop but also wanted a little breakfast...Honest Coffee - was worth the drive Oh my goodness it was perfect- the coffee was Hot, delicious tasted like a fresh French press, AND the DayBreak Bagel was exactly like the picture on their website. The presentation was excellent, the fruit beautiful and fresh. The Manager I think making the coffee was welcoming to everyone - overall experience excellent!A must Try!

The acacia smoothie bowl and latte I enjoyed were quite scrumptious. A friend got the cranberry scone, which was gone pretty fast.It was a comfortable place to chat with friends and seemed only moderately busy which made for a nice relaxed afternoon!

I love their food, chicken pesto panini is the best! They have great pastries and other lunch/breakfast items. I strongly suggest the salmon bagel, I get a craving for that so often.

Four stars for the coffee, which was really good. Three stars for pretentiousness. Two stars for lack of actual social distancing. It seems to have changed since I was there last - more of a day crowd and in spite of the stated COVID precautions I did not feel particularly safe or adequately distanced inside. I just got the vibe that nobody was that concerned, particularly the customers.

Holy Coffee-moly. Honest Coffee is such a treat to have in Huntsville. My favorite coffee is a Latte - I have tried them all across HSV - and Honest knocks it out of the coffee park. I like to describe the taste as whole (if that makes sense). Just every sip is this big balanced wonderful experience.*AND* they have GREAT food! I love their paninis and yummy fruit. I wish I lived right next door to them - I would happily buy from them daily.

Located in the fantastic downtown district of Huntsville this gem of a Cafe has it done right! Whether you are a fan of great latte art, or you just want a cup of Joe this place is top shelf! They always take care of their customers, and create an atmosphere that is great for relaxing, working on your laptop (yes there is free WiFi) or need to meet a client! Fantastic food, including gluten free and vegan options, and excellent coffee!

Great coffee and breakfast food if you are looking to avoid the lines of a traditional breakfast place. I removed one star because the granola in my acai bowl was covered in a dark green powder of some sort. It tasted horrible (very grassy) and almost ruined the entire bowl for me. I ended up throwing away almost all of the granola in my bowl for this reason. The carrot/apple muffin however was incredible.

Honest is a staple in my week. They have high quality coffee and great breakfast items--specifically their acai bowls. 💯

So, this is based on my first visit. Good customer service. Coffee (a mocha ) was ok. The Bom Bom acai bowl was really good as was the smoked salmon bagel. Nice atmosphere. It is a bit pricey, that is why I took away a star.

Seriously you can’t go anywhere else! Coffee is rich and tasty and the baristas nail their art of the pour. And when I say anywhere else I’m talking about that Charred coffee place that is the opposite of Honest coffee Roasters.

I travel ALOT, and I see these hipster knock-offs that imagine themselves in a metro setting with expectations of the same vibe and this isn’t it. Save your money, from the lazy and unconcerned serve staff to the burnt taste of an overpriced latte that took WAY too long to make, a k-cup en route to my meeting would have tasted better.Huntsville, your politics and stench of conservative culture won’t change until you vote accordingly...until then...you might as well stop opening businesses that attempt to reflect an air of promised diversity and hipness, you are not. You are still run by old white people and it shows.
