Stumbled upon this gem of a shop. Appreciated the limited, yet tasteful selection. Rhonda has an infectious laugh and bubbly personality. Looking forward to my next visit!

Very interesting store for finding upscale clothes. And the prices are more than reasonable if you bought new. Quality is high add can often luck out if check store regularly; never experienced rudeness by staff

I have dealt with Act II, both as a consigner and a shopper, for over six months. The owner, Judy, and the associates have always been helpful and courteous to me in both roles. The store is always neat and well organized and a lovely place to shop! I recommend Act II very highly.

I can not Express how much I like this shop.I purchased several items 3 days ago 4 out of 7 have original tags on them never wirn.Example a 235 beautiful tunic jacket with original tag on it I pd 49.00.Cant beat this store.And the ladies working are a pleasure.I will go back monthly.

Very rude staff, over priced clothes and accessories.. I was never greeted, rude looks, I had to put up the clothes that I tried on myself. Used clothes are priced as if they were new. Used coach bags for $140 I think not. I tried selling to them once and the owner was in a hurry to close early and told me that my style was to immature with h&m clothing.. I’ve never shopped at h&m I only brought “the limited, Ann Taylor, banana republic and White House black market”

I got my daughter a beautiful dress here for a masquerade ball. The prices are great and we will be back!

One of the owners/cashiers has been incredibly rude to me on multiple occasions. I even stopped by today and parked at the same time as one of the employees and just wanted to ask if they were open or not since their weekend hours are irregular. Even though she walked right by me she ignored my question, literally ran/jogged to the door and immediately locked it behind her. As a person of color in Huntsville, I found this to be extremely insulting. It’s fine if you’re closed, I was in the area and just wanted to know since I was already in the plaza. I’ve had mixed experiences before but don’t think I’ll be back after this. Terrible.

Nice store, fair selection, much nicer and better than a thrift store, but the prices reflect that, at least with the formal dresses.

I went prom shopping here and the lady there was nice. By the way everyone talked that they had alot of dresses in different sizes but when I went she had a small clothes rack with some but not a whole not to chose from.

Found some great deals. Good place to check out regular
