My kid likes bright clothing, often pink or purple. Hes 3.The owner was judgmental of him when he brought his clothing choices to the counter - with body language and sarcasm directed to him, the 3 year old. She then explicitly misgendered him.While the neon pink jacket he selected isnt exactly in my taste, Im just happy that he found something hell love and will wear.Look, I dont really care what personal hangups somebody might have based on their cultural experience of this color or that. You do you, lady.At the same time, a young child shouldnt have to feel judged, devalued, or shamed based on their style preferences. Do better.

I have shopped & consigned here since my girls were tiny! Sylvia has had this store for many years! There is always a big selection in a variety of sizes, the prices are great & it’s always fun looking around! Love stopping by often.

The last two times I have been in a month it has not been a good experience. Only one in the store and they don’t say hello, and if you buy something they act as if your inconveniencing them. The prices are getting higher as well, this may no longer be my go to, I would rather go to the mall on sale..

I have been going to play it again for years to buy and sell. Today the younger woman working the front was so rude to me I will not be going back.

Great little consignment store! The prices are cheaper than some of the annual consignment sales, and its much more convenient for me to shop a little year round than trying to find everything Im looking for in one go. Lots of clothes, reasonable selection of shoes. They also carry toys, bedding, and some sports equipment.

If you have a heart, respect and common decency take your hard earned money somewhere else I nearly lost it listening to the owner and 2 other moms going off about how horrible other moms are. If you take your child to Starbucks and get them anything other than a hot chocolate, apparently youre a horrible mother. If you have too many kids you need to stop reproducing. Literally the statements pouring out of their mouths. I put back what I was going to purchase got my little one and went to a different consignment shop Theres enough mom shaming and judgement in the world. Been shopping at this consignment shop for years. Shopped there for baby & toddler clothes for my daughter and now for my granddaughter.Just wanted to add to this review. It’s now July 2020 and I have been blessed with another grandchild. Even though it is difficult to go anywhere due to COVID-19, Play It Again has been there for me to buy maternity clothes for my daughter (got her enough clothes to last entire pregnancy for about $25) Nice items some that were never worn.Was able to buy new baby boy clothes and nursery items for my premie grandson as well.The owner has taken precautions for customers and does her best to accommodate customers consigning and buying items. I love this shop and I encourage anyone needing maternity clothes, nursery items, infant swings, strollers, etc to try this shop. If you are looking for something specific and they don’t have it, ask to be notified if someone brings it in for consignment. Two years ago I was looking for a specific toy that was no longer sold. My granddaughter wanted it for Christmas. In October, I asked to be called if anyone brought one in for consignment. I got a call a few days before Christmas inquiring if I was still looking for the toy. I said yes. I figured I would have to work on it to make it look new, to my delight it was in the box, never opened! Needless to say, my granddaughter was so happy. The best part was that it reinforced her belief that Santa does exist.....after all who else could have delivered a toy no longer for sale in the stores.

Ive only been to this place once. The lady behind the counter stayed on her cellphone the full length of my stay. She only spoke to me when she came outside to yelled at me for not parking correctly in the tiny spots. I moved to a different spot and went inside (my mistake) she was rude and spoke loudly about being ready to go home and that someone else had made her miss her lunch/dinner plans and something about chicken salad chick. I did purchase a few onsies but I was not pleased at all. Get off your phone and act like youre running a business. Also save your personal conversations for breaks, lunches or home.
