We are so pleased with our service at CVS. We call in our prescriptions and within a short time we go to the drive thru and receive excellent service, pleasant interraction and all questions, if any are answered. Your staff are professional, greeting us with a smile and we feel respect and kindness each visit.
Arrived early for vaccine. The nice worker could not take my daughter early due to scheduled 11:00 patients. She said if they don’t show, she could take my daughter early. Well this was 10:45. There was no one waiting or in the store. A 11:30 patient walks up and she does the same thing. So we wait together. Still no 11:00 patients. Then 2 walk-ins walk up and the lady schedules them before my daughter and the 11:30. Not complaining about the time, because I understand. I guess I should have asked to move to a 10:45 slot 🤦♀️ Hind sight is 20/20. Now, the person giving the vaccine is overwhelmed. 🤷♀️
Absolutely love the store and staff. Dave is super friendly and very knowledgeable
Told them my 13 yr old great nephew may not have insurance. He was denied covid vaccine. They dont care if they gotta file a claim. Notified cdc. Should be free period!
Don’t shop here.I signed up my wife to get her Covid-19 vaccines at this store. If they tried to make it more difficult they couldn’t. When we got there we checked in a the front and had to go to the pharmacy to have her insurance verified. I had it verified online a week early. The lady at the pharmacy didn’t know what she was doing and had to get someone else to do it. We then had to back up front to sign in and get the vaccine card then go back and get her shot. The second time we had to do the same thing over again.
The staff are always friendly and helpful here.
They never have anything in stock. Waste of my time.
One of the better CVS I have been to. Everyone is super nice and always ready to help. Tiffanie is always friendly and ready to help as well.
Simple mobile cards are in stock.. theyre not across the street.
Tiffanie was extremely nice. She made me want to visit this cvs more often than other stores. Great job Tiffanie! Thanks for beings so nice and making a stressful day a lot better
I guess it depends on the person but I love this CVS. I recently became a convert to them after years of staying well clear once I figured out how much you could save with a CVS card! Especially in their beauty club...talk about shocked. Normally I go to the Whitesburg Drive location but I’m a fan of this one as well. They have similar merchandise, not as much foot traffic & it’s happily situated next to a super Walmart which is also very nice.I’ve never found the staff to be anything but absolutely lovely and wonderful at this location. Ladies if you’re a fan of Kerstase, Fekkai, Living Proof and Redken hair care, as well as very cool K-Beauty offerings, give them a look!
I love my CVS, all my people at the pharmacy take wonderful care of me. Wouldnt go anywhere else ever!
Over the past year the customer service has gotten progressively worse! Rachel the pharmacy tech is the only one that actually seems like she likes her job and cares about the customers!
I truly enjoy this CVS, each person is helpful and you are never an inconvenience to them. They actually know the majority of customers and always ask how the family is. The kind of place to go when you are sick and need to pick up rxs.
The pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. I have had to speak with managers because they have given me the wrong prescription more than once. I’m transferring my prescription immediately.
I have been getting my meds filled here for years now. Every month on the same day and I showed up at 7:56 PM and they refused to fill them because they close at 8. Now normally this wouldnt be a big deal, but I live 2 hours away. If you close at 8, then close at 8. Not early. I have 2 retail stores and I would NEVER do this to a customer, especially a regular customer. So now I have to miss another half day of work just to drive back down here. Thanks a lot CVS.
So I had my pain medication filled today at the 2210 Winchester road location, got home and counted my pills and was short 4 pills, Called and spoke to the pharmacist Debbie, not sure who she is. Ive been going to this location for over a year. She informed me that she double counted and that she had given me the correct amount, I told her that I could count also and that there was four missing. She was not very helpful at all, her attitude was like oh well, her word against mine. Usually when i get my meds the quanity on the bottle is circled and initialed, this one wasnt. What are we supposed to do when this happens? Someone helped themselves to 4 of my pain pills.
Went to pick up a prescription and as always very courteous and prompt.
I have a kidney stone my medication was out of stock no problem we can have tomorrow morning I was told. I called to check the next morning and was told it would be another 3 to 4 hours. i called again at 11:30 first I was told that my medication was shorted from the order, and then they told me their supplier was out. This was not my first issue with them but it will be my last!
The young male cashier working the register on Dec. 26th greeted us nicely but when we went to make our purchase of a lovely African American santa & angel he felt the need to tell us the following:He doesnt understand the purpose of black Santas bc its historically inaccurate ...He then proceeds to ask me if I think that makes the black santa cultural appropriation?? He tries to give me some facts on the real st. Nick... I politely cut him off with a general explanation of why I find the item appropriate FOR ME... but I shouldnt be engaged in such topics by an employee who in essence challenged my choice & came across as biogoted by breaching the topic for no apparent reason!Who does that??? Ive trained many employees and Ive NEVER heard such a violation of policy. As a manager whos trained many I found his behavior extremely inappropriate! It made me uncomfortable and quite frankly ANGRY when I later thought about it.It is the employees job to SELL not to give unsolicited opinions on the merchandise, especially NEGATIVE opinions!!. If he has a problem with black santas, angels, etc. he should keep it to himself. Check your personal opinions at the door unless you are ASKED & I certainly didnt ask for his opinion. He needs to be re-trained and relocated to a location where all the product is historically accurate in his opinion.Does CVS support this kind of employee behavior? Im appalled!
Quick and clean
