Love this location. Staff very friendly and helpful. They always have what I need, and store is always clean.

Very understaffed been waiting on my meds for three days when they have known for months!Went down to The other store and got filled and a flue shot very professional and a whole lot less aggravating! I will never go to this Walgreens again or in another life!Horrible !!!

Went to ask for recommendations the pharmacist did not know or never heard about fordyce spots the other employees were also rude and could not help me.

Waited 1 hour in drive thru, when I finally drove up to the window I noticed 6 people in the pharmacy area. It another 10 minutes before anyone even approached the window to ask me if I was picking up or dropping off. This pharmacy is close to my house and the worst service I have ever experienced. Hopefully in the near future they will become more organized, more efficient, and a little more courteous toward their customers.

Walgreens Pharmacy gave me information about my young sons prescription that I was unaware of., THANKFULLY their computer patients history is UP TO DATE❗❗❤❤

There was a lady she was very mean and disrespectful she treated us very poorly and she also roused her voice and talked back.I don’t recommend coming here because their service is terrible.

Very poor pharmacy service here. They do not care for customers. Its not worth my time to describe how poorly I was treated here. Highly recommend using any other pharmacy.

I have no qualms about the store itself; generally, the staff is friendly & helpful. The pharmacy, however, is another story. The customer service there is awful -- & Im putting it mildly. Theyre always out of stock of crucial medications (e.g. medications for management of diabetes, antiepileptic medications, etc.). With the exception of one, the pharmacy techs are generally unhelpful, rude, &/or unpleasant to deal with.

They are always friendly at this store. Everything is well organized.

I used to love this store but lately they need to train their cashiers on their own coupon policy. Telling me I can only use one coupon is ridiculous when it states 2 or 4 on the coupon. I will not be returning. Walgreens is already overpriced.

Tried calling Pharmacy multiple times and was put on enternal hold.

This is the worst place to get a prescription refilled. I called about 3pm and the girl told me it would be ready about 5:30pm. When I get there(after 9) they dont have it and they tell me its not covered under my insurance. I get the same script filled every month and its always something. I bet Ill get a call tomorrow with the voice message saying my prescription is ready. At least she should have called to let me know or something instead of me wasting my gas. Think I will go to CVS

They NEVER answer the phone when you call...EVER! Then you end up driving there to take care of something that could have been resolved over the phone. Service is so S L O W...Updated: If I could give less than one star, I would. I had a prescription filled for Flexeril, a muscle relaxer. They gave me the wrong medication! I received Singulair, an asthma medication instead. I called and the tech that answered the phone was less than concerned and borderline indifferent! I am so mad right now! I spent almost $600 out of pocket for physical therapy because I thought the medication wasnt helping!

Prescription was filled by different Walgreens so they cancelled it to fill here. While I sit there waiting finally someone asked who I was. I told them and they said, they didnt have the medicine to fill my prescription. So I had to call them to refill it again and go out of my way to pick up my prescription. Will be finding a new pharmacy. I have already told a few other people and they will no longer shop at Walgreens.

I have my share of issues with them, but at the end they solve the problem and a smile. We must remember we are not the only person they see.

Update since last time...I thought I would give this store another shot but then they refuaed to take even ONE coupon because it was already on sale....are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!

This is the worst pharmacy in all of Huntsville drop a prescription off at 4pm was told it would be ready by 6 called around 6:30 was told it wasnt ready yet called at 8:30 and no one would answer called the store its self and the manager said it wasnt her problem this store needs to have its staff fired will never go here again and would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstance this store needs to be investigated DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
