My sales lady, Bonny, is THE NICEST!She went above what I expected her to. I hadnt planned to shop that day, so I was in my house cleaning clothes because I was only going to drop off donations and go back home. She was helpful even though I didnt look my best. She treated me as though I was the most important person in the store!Thank you Bonny.

I worked with Bonnie. She was awesome. The young man at the counter and the guy who pulls your supplies are awesome. There is a guy there who usually answers the phone that is anti customer and wants to close early 3:50 to count the drawer. You would think he would do that after 4:00.

Good selection of tile with knowledgeable friendly staff. Was allowed to take samples home to compare.

Henry Tile was recommended through my contractor. I found the staff very helpful and knowledge about their products. I was not a 100% sure of what I wanted, for my bathroom. They listen and asked questions that lead to some beautiful recommendations. They worked with in my price point and were very helpful with the details. It only took about 3 days for my tile to arrive. I love the final results and would recommend Henry Tile. Thank you for a great experience.

I will never again buy tile from these people. The lady that helped us initially was pretty awesome. She was helpful in helping us pick out our tile for both of our bathrooms that first day. I called back to place my order & they told me the total that would be charged to my card. When it cleared it was $65 more & when I called back she said she forgot to charge shipping. We got a call that part of our order was in so we went to pick it up & thats when they completely dropped the ball. The cashier lady wanted me to pay for my order again. She couldnt figure it out because her computer said it was not paid. Finally got that cleared up but the pick up process was incompetent to say the least. We ended up going back & they messed up on the tile order on the 3rd pickup - which they said that it was completely not their fault & it was the manufacturers. Its too expensive to get service like that. I would never go back & I certainly dont recommend this place. Anywhere but Robert H Henry Tile!

Is this place for real? Where is the 0 star option? I ordered their Old Chicago Brick tile option. During the consultation the salesperson (tall thin white woman with mid length brown hair) mentions to us that some of them come broken. On our second conversation after waiting 30 minutes to be acknowledged the sales girl (black woman with short hair) we ask how many are broken in each box? She cant tell us... we decide this is a risk worth taking and order the brick. After installing we have 7 bundles left over. We decide to take them back despite the enormous 25% restocking fee. The sales girl and man who restocked tells us they cant accept the return because the bricks are broken. Are you serious??? We confront the sales girl that we had spoken to before. She admits that she told us some would be broken in every bundle, but has the nerve to tell us we shouldnt have taken them home. After being treated like a criminal, and pitching a fit I was finally able to get my money back (minus the restocking fee of course). I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE SHADY CROOKS AGAIN. I would rather pay 3 times as much then work with them ever again. I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff was pleasant, knowledgable and eager to help! Im beyond excited with my renovation. I will definitely use them in the future and refer friends and family to them.
