The best in Huntsville!!This was our second job with them, both renovating kitchen counters& island!The attention to detail, showing on time and finishing on time if not better, spot cleaning after each day..by the way have I said a brand new kitchen in 3 days??Really?Completely functional! And we have quite a big kitchen!!Ross is excellent in assesing what your needs are, walk you through choices and give his best input. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!They have the best team in town!!More jobs from us coming soon!Wish you guys saw the amazing new granite we have!!

Didnt show up for appointment. And didnt call to let me know!😡Went into showroom, picked out a few samples, set up appointment.Husband took time off work to be there and see samples and what they had to say. Half hour passed, I called office and was informed Ross was in Athens and couldnt come. And she said well, hell just come out tomorrow. I said no, we scheduled this day for a reason, my husband took time off. Didnt matter to them. I then received a phone call from Ross the next day saying I didnt have an appointment. He apologized but I wont use them. I was in the showroom, he had my paperwork but I didnt have an appointment?! It was on the paperwork! I cant trust a company that doesnt show up for an appointment to do my kitchen countertops. I question if theyd show up to install or order product.

Amazing experience - from getting inspired by their beautiful showroom, to the service and design help I received prior to the remodel,to the finished product,my gorgeous marble-vessel sink - subway tile bathroom; I highly recommend Town Granite for any remodeling project !!!!

Very nice showroom with plenty of well laid out samples. Friendly helpful staff, quick to answer all of our questions. Easy to get to location just off the interstate.

Town Granite has been wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable, and their prices are great. They have been willing to work on small as well as large jobs at our home and rental properties.

NO STARS. NONE. Good turned bad, really bad. 9/13 First contact was great, of course it was the sales call. I was given a quote and told you will come to our showroom, pick out options then we will send you to decatur to our fabrication location to pick a remnant. I asked when would they be able to install and what are the hours of the decatur location as I work off bob wallace and timing was key. I was told 9-5. I make an appt to go to the showroom on 9/14 to pick out options. I show up, no one knows who I am or is aware I had an appt. I was walked through everything with the owner who was very gracious. He gave me instructions to go to the fabrication location in decatur but the hours given were 7:30-3:30 m-sat. Not a huge deal as now I can go that day on sat since it was only 11:30. I drive from Huntsville to Decatur and it was closed. I call today (9/19) and was told by a third person (Sherry) that i must make an appt and the latest appt was 1pm. And no they were not open every saturday. So the only times available are from 9am-1pm. When I voiced my concern about the installation happening in a timely manner due to the delay since I actually need to work in Huntsville and this would mean I need to take time off to travel to decatur, she continued to speak over me. I asked her to stop speaking over me and then she hung up on me. I called back and was given excuses about how they try to give the best cs possible.Well they failed. Perhaps my service was due to the fact that U was only redoing a bathroom counter but guess what that shouldnt matter and I will most likely be redoing another house in the next year or 2. Regardless CS should not be based on the dollar figure. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont waste your time.
