This is my second time to do a project with Triton Stone in Huntsville. They have an excellent selection of materials. They are very knowledgeable and very willing to help you find the perfect piece for your project. Both pieces we ended up using they had shipped from another facility so that we could see it in person before deciding. I have had the pleasure of using Kay both times. I would highly recommend using Triton Stone of Huntsville.

In response to the review left by Monday Evans, I have never seen anything farther from the truth regarding my experience with Betty and the other team members. She and the other lady at the entrance counter (didn’t get her name) were so kind and professional. I have worked for the public most of my adult life and know 1st hand there can be some rude people on both ends but that was absolutely NOT the case. I’ve also come to realize that there are some folks you just cannot please no matter what you do!Please do not let her comment deter you from at least giving them a try. Great experience from start to finish! Picking out granite became a lot less overwhelming with the help of Kay and Betty. I was able to purchase my granite, faucets, tile, sink etc all in one stop and know it was all going to coordinate perfectly! Great experience and staff!

Our rep for Triton is Dan Stewart and I cant speak highly enough of him and his customer service. He is very knowledgeable about the industry and is always willing to help with any questions I may have, whether it be in regards to tools or materials. I highly recommend.

Jeff Came out to my home to measure for my new countertops in my kitchen. He was so kind and clearly so knowledgeable on granite. He made the perfect recommendations for my coloring, sink and new faucet. He said my next step was to go to their warehouse and pick out my slab of granite.Today, I went to their showroom. And WOW! Such beautiful pieces of granite. Kay was ready for me at my appointment time and walked me around the showroom. Kay made me very comfortable and was very professional. Jeff was spot on with the selections he recommended and Kay took me to see my new kitchen. I’m so excited and can not wait for my countertops to be finished and installed.

Every time I walk in the door I am greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The employees make sure I have everything I need. Betty is especially good at helping me or my clients select colors for tile and granite. She always knows what is the best look for any project. Great prices, great showroom, great people.

I would not recommend Triton. I needed assistance in bathroom tile and finding that right tub. I guess they dont want a customer or money. Ill go else where.

We ordered tile from Triton Stone in Huntsville for a bath remodel. We provided the square feet for the wall and floor tile +10%. They calculated the order. It was a special order. Our understanding at the time was that complete boxes could be returned. When we picked up the order one box had a visibly broken tile. We were told to keep track and they would replace them. I had two unused boxes of tile. When I went to return them, I was told special order tile couldnt be returned. I asked the second person I talked to about the broken tile and she said nobody told her that we had broken tiles. This is not the first time we had used Triton but it is the last. Well use another supplier for the master bath.Too little too late. I donated the left over tile to Habitat for Humanity the next day. If you really wanted to contact me, all you had to do was look up the receipt. You have my name.
