Update: Contacted directly by home base in Chatenooga which we really appreciated, spoke with someone and we agreed on a resolution, however it has been 2 weeks and the agreed resolution has not yet been carried out by the company.Unfortunately, we did not have a good overall experience with our counter top installation. We were initially very impressed with the showroom and excited that Mechelle really worked hard to work within our budget and find us a slab that matched what we currently had already. We were very excited to be getting granite counter tops! Unfortunately our experience after that point was not good. The first red flag was that half the kitchen has the grain in the granite going horizontally and the other half is going vertically, this looks really bad and there is nothing that can be done to fix that. To be fair in the preview they send over that was how they had it, but the preview picture is so small you would have never had noticed it was laid out like that, why would all the granite not be going the same direction to match, very confusing. Additionally the installation crew rushed through the removal of our old counter tops taking no care to not damage our walls and paint. Once the installation started it became quite clear that the goal was to finish to time and not to standard. Significant gaps were left between our walls, wood finishing and the new granite. I understand a house settles over time but why is caulk not brought along for such instances. There is gap so large on my high bar from my kitchen to my living room that I can stick my pinkie through it, it looks terrible not sure yet how we are going to fix that. Some areas we have replacement paint but a lot of them we dont, we will have to put putty and sand other spots down prior to applying paint and other areas we are probably going to have to hire a handyman to try to fix the mistakes left after this job. So the bottom line is this, we paid very good money to have our dream counter tops installed and the process went great until it came time for execution. Yes, overall in some spots it looks nicer but we can not truly enjoy this expensive investment because so much work is left that has to be corrected. Like I said Mechelle worked hard to get us a good price but had I known the installation would go so poorly we would not have gone through with it.

We were very happy with our purchase from Premier Surfaces. The sales staff was easy to work with and provided a good experience. The field guys were fantastic. Both the guy that did the measurements and the two installers were very professional and did an amazing job. I am very happy that I chose to go with them.

Michelle and the folks at Premier Surfaces are the best... Helpful, not pushy. Recommended helpful ideas. Followed through with everything they promised and more.. The Granite counter tops are the TOP quality they promised. The under mount sink is by far the best way to go, making cleanup a breeze.. WE LOVE OUR TOPS, and expect to enjoy them for many years to come... We HIGHLY recommend Premier Surfaces if you want more for your time and money, and a happy experience.. Thanks Again... Premier Surfaces was great to work with from start to finish. Mechelle, Courtney, and Tracey were very helpful in helping me find the perfect countertop and walking me through the whole process. Once I picked out what I wanted, they scheduled me for measurements and install very soon after. The install was great (no issues) and the installers were very friendly and did an amazing job. Very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend.

Cody and Kyle from Premier Surfaces just installed my counter tops and did a FANTASTIC job! They patiently and politely answered all my questions as I watched them work and never once complained about me being in their way. Cody and Kyle worked nonstop the entire time they were here, not even stopping for a break. This company and team are the best in town. Their attention to detail is second to none. When doing anything involving home renovation you need someone that wants to help you get what you want, and this company does just that! Courtney and Tracey specifically are an absolute joy to work with. Working with any other company in town would be doing yourself injustice. I love working with them and will continue to do so in the future!

Disappointed. I’ve used them several times with great success until this time. They seemed to not want the business I was handing them. I tried for seven weeks to get a measure and installation. Then they seemed shocked that I went somewhere else. Then when I called their main store to complain, I got a lecture because I was unhappy.

I found the perfect granite for my kitchen at Premier Surfaces. It is so unusual, Ive never seen anything like it at other stores. And, the service there was the best. There was someone to greet me and help me every single time I went back there to try to match things to the the slab I had chosen. It was months between when I chose the granite and when my kitchen was finally ready for installation, but they just held the slab for me with only a small deposit. Communication was great, very responsive. The measuring process and installation were efficient, smooth and perfectly accurate.If I ever happen to need another kitchen remodel, this is the place I will go.

My experience with Premier has been very positive. I got a very good value for beautiful quartz countertops and the installers Cody, Jake, CJ and Zack were wonderful. Courtney provided excellent guidance helping me to select the right product. I highly recommend!

We wanted a quartz countertop. Found a nice selection at the store, put a couple of slabs on deposit while we finished our cabinets. Just as soon as the cabinets were done, they came out and measured. One week later the countertops were ready to be installed. They look great. Very happy with the customer service and the counters!

Terrible. We selected our surface and made a $659.38 deposit, 9 December, and we have not heard from them since. They DO NOT answer their phone and the DO NOT return calls. When you go to the store the doors are locked. The sales person gave us her cell phone number and she either doesnt answer or says let me make a call and Ill get back with you. They are not registered with the BBB.

Working with Courtney at premier was a breeze. She helped me decide on the right countertops and backsplash for lakehouse without being pushy . We had to order more tile for backsplash and it wasn’t available right away, she went above and beyond to find me four more boxes and delivered them to me!!. The guys that did the install did an amazing job and showed up when they were scheduled . Everything was hassle free from start to finish . I would highly recommended premier surfaces for your renovations . We are very happy with the whole process .

Decent selection. Extremely nice staff. Very POOR customer service. I waited 9 days for an estimate for a simple granite countertop and undermount sink for a kitchen remodel. After a week and a follow-up email that was ignored I called to inquire. After leaving messages twice the next couple days(no return call either time) I decided to drive back up there to see if they were even interested in my business. If not for that Id probably still be waiting on my estimates. Against my better judgement I still planned to purchase from them since I was referred by a family member. I told sales person I would make a decision on which stone we wanted the next day after she sent the estimates. Its been 3 weeks and still no follow-up or pictures that I was told wed receive. Seems they have more business than they can handle so you may want to try someone else.

I had quartz countertops installed in my home today. Imrhan and his partner were very polite and professional. The installation was quick and easy. Afterward there were some strange spots around my sink. Imrhan tried one solution, but that did not fix the problem. He took pictures to document the issue. Although he thought it could just be sweat from the temperature change, he did not just leave. He tried a different solution, which took the spots away. I really feel like he and his partner went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my countertops looked perfect. Thank you guys!

Premier Surfaces installed Dark Emperador Marble in my master and guest bathrooms and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!! Every time someone goes in the bathroom they compliment my countertops. Not only do they have outstanding craftmanship and products, their staff is so friendly and helpful which makes the process that much more seamless. When I build my next house I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Premier Surfaces.

The showroom and staff where nice work with. The workmanship on the material was primative. The routing is apearently done by hand (not a steady hand) so Im not sure if I got the inexperience guy or others dont expect craftsmanship.It is good business practice that they take the money up front because I would have refused the counter tops and spent my money elsewhere. They up charged me for an extra crew because I didnt want a seam in my island which was obviously less than one slab in size so why there is an up charge is rediculas.The half bullnose edge they routered on the the leathered granite and quartzite was only adequate because the movement and coloring of the material helps hide the lack of precision of the fabricator.The half bullnose on the white quartz looked as it was done with a draw knive and wasnt symmetrical leaving shadows and highlighting the flaws. I may expect too much, but for $11000 one would expect craftsmanship.
