Upgrading counter tops is not a cheap expense and when youre investing in your home you want to know its done right. Well I can say without a doubt Natural Stone Countertops did an excellent job. Communication was great, staff is friendly and very helpful. We installed on existing cabinetry and some leveling was needed, but they had a recommendation on hand and he did a great job and left our house cleaner than when hed arrived. Great company and deserve your business.

Excellent selection and workmanship at a reasonable price. Nicole was great at guiding us through the process. Work site was well managed and all debris hauled off. Miguel, Carlos, Bill, and Phil did a great job with granite and tile installation. There were two other workers who did a great job too, but I can’t remember their names. I would highly recommend Natural Stone.

Natural Stone Countertops got the job done right, quickly, professionally, and with a really reasonable price. Their customer service is top of the line, every time they said they were coming out to our house they were on time and very friendly. If we had any questions throughout the whole process we called and if they didn’t know the answer of the top of their head they actually called back in a timely manner. Going anywhere else will just leave you disappointed, our quartz looks amazing.

The Decatur office was a great help and Ginger had patience to answer lots of questions and let me decide on just the right granite for my kitchen. I priced numerous pieces before finding the “one”. I was able to see layout on the granite and get just the look I wanted. I definitely like the 15 year sealer put on it. They did an excellent job on installation. I am loving the new countertops.

I went to Natural Stone a few months and the staff was very nice. I ordered one piece of granite for a 84 bathroom vanity. I ordered a remanent off of a slab there. I paid a 50% deposit and they were holding it for me. When it was time to be installed, they brought it for my vanity. Unfortunately they installed a piece that was not mine. I paid the balance of this in November and I wasnt ready for it until April. When I went by the shop to pick up a small piece for the shower, I was advised I still owed the other 50% as they didnt show it paid for.. Thank goodness I had a canceled check to prove I had paid for it. I contacted them and advised they had installed the wrong one. They said they would call the owner, they have never gotten back to me with any kind of explanation at all. It is installed with no explanation and no apology. Now it would cost me an extra fortune because I am not living in the house and the plumbers installed all the plumbing which would be another added expense to have it replumbed. An apology would have been nice, or they didnt have enough remanent left, or some kind of an explanation and give me another choice. I had no choice in the matter. No I would not recommend them for any stone work. After over 1100.00 for 84 inches, we sent them pictures of what we bought and what we had. The only contact I have had since was they sent me the warranty with still no explanation whatsoever. I have never been so disappointed in a company and I will never do business with them again. So my situation is this: live with it for the rest of my life or have a law suit and have the bathroom torn up again which has not even been offered.. I would give them a 1 in review

Natural Stone Countertops worked with us after our general contractor failed to transfer payment to NSC. NSC helped us to get the countertops we wanted and to get them installed.
