I miss when the prices dropped after a certain number of days. However if you’re a regular here you are more likely to find great finds at great prices. Unfortunately I’m not that type of shopper and usually find myself here a couple times a year. I normally check out the coffee section to see what new flavors they have. The prices are competitive just check the expiration date. Most of the items are nearing their “best by” date. They also have a decent selection of bathroom decor and workout gear.

Bargain Hunt is a good discount store for shoes, clothes, and home goods, I usually prefer Ollie’s but the Bargain Hunt stores are still worth stopping in occasionally to see what’s new.

Love shopping at Bargain Hunt in Huntsville. The store always has some great finds. Today I actually had to follow another customer out to get a shopping cart. (Also it wasn’t due to them not being brought in because as I pulled in an employee was bringing in the only cart that was outside in for another customer). Management apologized for not having a shopping cart. They said they have a limited number of carts at this time. I looked around and most customers didn’t have a cart and was holding items in their hands. I would have given more stars but this has been an issue more than once for me at this store. Great store love shopping but lack of carts really hurt the shopping experience. I will return and shop again.

Never know what youre going to find here. Might be something great, might not. People seemed friendly, but it was pretty messy. Bathrooms looked neglected.

Good deals, but you must search and verify a price tag is on the item or it become a cashier game of how much to charge ya.

Great place to catch some deals you wont find anywhere else! They have everything. Including top brand clothing, furniture, automotive, pet products, groceries, and so much more. Grab a cart on your way in cause youll need it! Like anywhere you shop, always be mindful of what you want and inspect every item before purchase. You will keep coming back to Bargain Hunt!

My favorite store. The staff are wonderful and there are always new items everytime I go there. I can spend hours there just roaming around contemplating what to buy.

I used to love this place. Been a few times with my mother over the past few months. Its always been kinda bland. This time was particularly bad because not only was there nothing interesting to look, the store was an absolute mess and the staff did not seem nice at all. I was going to buy one drink because I felt thirsty but the one employee at the register was taking a very long time and I eventually got frustrated and left. I am forgiving so maybe the staff were just having a bad day or something so Im not angry, just not particularly happy. This place has gone so downhill over the years. The one thing I can say is that occasionally they have a good buy on food stuff.

Saw 3 dead roaches about the size of my index finger and my girlfriend saw one alive one. by the food section too. dead wasp in the bathroom and everything. i put everything i was buying back the minute i saw roaches

Enjoy visiting this store and seeing what items they have. The merchandise is always priced well below the competitors. The store is organized well with signage helping to point out the great bargains and newly reduced merchandise. The employees greet customers as they enter and are helpful while shopping. The merchandise seems to be running low lately could possibly be because of covid. I would highly recommend the store when looking to find great bargains.

This store location is incredibly organized and have the friendliest staff out of all the locations I’ve visited. Recently I purchased a bed foundation, and an associate (possibly a manage) offered to help me get it to my vehicle. He carried it to the front, waited through check out, and carried the heavy item all the way to my vehicle. Super grateful for all the help and warm welcome the store brings.

Aptly named, this place is always a fun stop when you have time to browse/hunt. Like most bargain shops, you never know what youll find. Its pretty well organized by category: clothes, furniture, household items and decor, pets, cleaning, even non-perishable food. They get overstock items from Target and other department stores so you can find NWT items for cheap (though sometimes items are weirdly overpriced). Side note, the bathrooms are gross.If you like thrift store shopping youll enjoy Bargain Hunt.Also, I went in very recently (July 2020) and all employees were masked. 👍

Great products at great prices

Not a whole lot of bargains or variety. Most of the merchandise is near retail prices; however, it IS possible to find one or two items that qualify as a deal.

Great place to shop. Amazing deal on clothes and shoes and edibles.

We found some good deals and store was clean and organized, low on inventory but to be expected with Covid. Staff was awesome. Greeted at the door was nice, great experience at checkout. Love this place.

Prices arent the best but the definitely arent the worst. This week 75% off purple tags and 25% off orange tag shoes. Set of 6 wash cloths $3 and Towels are $5-8 depending on the size. Jeans and gym shorts $7.

Selection was pretty good. They had an extra 25 percent off all yellow tags. I did not find anything I wanted. It was overall a decent place. I would recommend stopping and chucking it out.

This store is one you just come in and shop around, you never know what you will find. Flea market type,clothes, food items, electronics, household, etc.etc., just go in and check it out.

I needed a piece of luggage for a trip I am taking. I went to Kohls they wanted $229. I went to Burlington, they didnt have what I was looking for. Same at Stein Mart. Then it hit me, go to Bargain Hunt. Voila I got a large expandable piece and a small piece both for $65 Dollars. Hard to beat this place especially when your money is funny.

This store is huge and have great deals! It’s bigger than the store in Gadsden. My first time going to a bargain hunt was this store and I couldn’t believe the prices! So cheap on so many different items. It’s a great place to stock up on toys for Christmas or birthdays

One of my most favorite stores! They have so many types of things and the prices,of course, are amazing. Its like treasure hunting in this store,so much fun.

I used to really like coming here before they changed their business model. It was fun to try and find a good bargain that was discounted deeply based on how long it had been in stock. There used to also be unique items, but now it seems like it offers the same liquidated items from Target just like Goodwill and thrift stores. The bargains are Not nearly as good because they operate just like every other store and have lost their uniqueness.

Always fun to go to Bargain Hunt. Attentive employees and for a store of their like a its clean and pleasant to shop at. If you like to look youll find all sorts of items here to your liking.if not go back another month and theyll have different products. I find it fun to go through shelves looking for my next great find. Awesome prices and the products arent too bad at all. We have been there several times and only had to take back one item. Great Service and wonderful shopping experience for sure.

We used to love to go to Bargain Hunt for treasure hunt. However, they have changed the pricing scheme sometimes this year. There is no fun anymore. We really like the dated pricing scheme since there is nothing like it. Nowadays, its more like a high price return item stores. We found that some if not all the items are same or higher than regular store price. I have seen less and less people shopping here. I think the store may survive for a short while. I dont see it can survive for long.

This place is just fun to go to. You never know what they are going to have. The deals are always great and I guarantee you will find at least one item that you love and will buy. Im addicted to the place. I shop here often especially during the Christmas holiday and birthdays. Lots of different things and like I said wonderful prices

Good deals, verity of merchandise

Bargain Hunt is a fun place to shop if you enjoy separate the wheat from the chaff style shopping. There are some good buys, though they arent always easy to spot. One example: my daughter found a gallon jug of salon-quality conditioner. The jug was dented but not unsealed; the price was what we usually expect to pay for a quart. #deal

Chase is my favorite. He assisted me with loading my vehicle on his way in from break! This guy is absolutely delivering excellent service consistently and he maintains a great attitude during busy pushing towards stressful times. I keep wondering when they are going to make him a Manager. Seriously, he does an excellent job at multitasking and requesting help when necessary.

Its hit and miss. Some days you may strike a really good deal and others you may just find junk. I found some really nice camouflage one year at a Christmas time and have found really nice quality work boots. I have also found really nice bathroom fixtures. Other times there is absolutely nothing. You just never know what they will have!

Since they changed away from their date based pricing scheme, the ability to find a good deal has decreased, making putting up with the junky disarray of the store almost not worth it. With a little more care to organizing the store and straightening up the shelves, it could regain a star.

I liked Bargain Hunt because it reminded me of an old store that we frequented growing up. New products (meaning not used and still with tags.) at a great price. Their moving system is brilliant. Each item has a received date and date it will be marked down on its tag!

UPDATE2: After giving this place a few more chances, they do still have some really good deals. No more dates to know when things will be discounted further. So its harder to get the best bang for your buck, but still great deals none the less.UPDATE: They completely changed the way they do business and no longer drop prices over time on items that sit on the shelf for a while. I used to hit this store once or twice a week. Now Im checking in once a month and no longer happy with this place. Unfortunate. I guess Ill head back to Dirt Cheap for bargain hunting.Previous:Awesome deals!

Bargain hunt used to be one of my favorite stores. They previous had deals that every 10 days an item sat on the shelf it was marked down 10%. This combined with the wild variety of items they get ( however they get them) lead to some really great deals and many fun impulse buys.I heard they were bought out and they no longer run the 10% off deal. Now the prices are just ok and no more impulse buys. Might be worth your time once in a blue moon but I dont think Id recommend it anymore.

I love treasure hunting in this store. I deeply dislike not being given a receipt despite asking for one and making it impossible to return some items that will not fit their intended. I further dislike when their registers slow down and the front end supervisor is too busy playing with another coworker to intervene. That experience aside I will likely return for something....but I will be demanding a receipt and not trust it is in the bag and ask to speak to a manager if Im not being serviced adequately.

The store was clean and very well organized. They have a huge variety of products. There were a few items that had a good discount on the price but not many items had been there long enough to get a great discount. I will return for sure. Its like a treasure hunt in that place.

I love the deals that this store has. If you see something that you like go ahead and get it while its there. There is no guarantee that they will have that product the next time you visit.

There are a lot of great deals here. Almost all of it is opened boxes or they have missing items. The selection is great and the names brands are a whole lot less than you would pay elsewhere.

This place has some pretty great buys. If you have never been here before, I highly recommend you go. From cleaning goods to undergarments to even bedding and food, Bargain Hunt is a great place.

The staff is generally friendly and the store is reasonably clean for what it is. As an overstock/return store you cant rely on stock of anything but its neat to browse and new stuff comes in fairly regularly. My only complaint is you have to know the value of items as sometimes they set the prices on par with Amazon pricing which is a bit crazy for used/returned items.

First of all, customer service is definitely not a strong suit for these employees. More specifically, Fabrienne. Signage was unclear and poorly placed. Very rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. Will not be back.

They reduce the price by xx% by the date labeled on the items. You can definitely find some good deals, although some items are being sold for basically retail. Just be smart about your shopping and you might be able to snag something good.

This is a fun place to go to since youll never know what you might find and at a great price too! The shelves might not always be orderly but thats understandable. Overall its a pretty cool place. They offer a selection of furniture, tech stuff, watches, clothes, toys, kitchen ware, and what ever is in season such as halloween costumes and christmas decorations.

You can find good deals here if you have the time and patience to look. Needs to be more organized though.

Used to really like this place. Found some good deals, despite having to make quite a few returns for damaged or missing items. However, they have raised their prices and done away with discounts on items that have sat around for a long time. Now costs about the same as Amazon and at least that way you are less likely to have to return due to defects.
