I typically choose not post a negative review, unless my experience was over the top negative. Anyone can have a bad day; however, James must have been having a horrible day. As I entered the store today I was immediately handed a mask. I thanked the gal and immediately (as I was putting on the mask) a 2nd employee, James, very abruptly and with a perturbed tone ordered me to put the mask on. I clearly was putting it on and I said so. He then continued with the same tone to say you should have put it on before you came in. He clearly wanted to argue. Im not sure why, but I chose not to respond and to go to another associate for assistance. Wow! Very disappointing and not surprising this storeβs Google review score is only a 3.8. This has not been my usual experience at this location, but today was extremely uncomfortable. π
I have changed my review after being serviced by Casey. She was extremely professional, courteous and understanding. More employees should follow her example of what great costumer service entails. This store is lucky to have her and I encourage the management to recognize this employee.I think the personnel at the front of the store could take a note or two from her. The manager should also take note that the front desk personnel are the face of the store, having ppl who are rude is not a great way to start any interaction.Came in 9/10/2021 with a battery issue, had the phone software serviced. I was told if I got any battery error messages to come back. Came back 11/10/2021 and was told I needed an appointment. I clearly told the employees I live far away and ask them if I would have any problems/issues coming back to have the phone serviced. They told me I should be fine and to just come back. False. Came back and was told to come back another day. Clearly the left hand does not know what the right one is doing.
I had a nice and knowledgeable person assist me (April) with buying my first Apple computer. I didnβt have an appointment, and they were busy. I waited a few moments and April was there, to answer all of the questions that I had, and more. Easy experience, and quick transaction.
I was helped by Bobby my first time and she was just a bubbly, bright light with a breadth of knowledge. I quite enjoyed my customer experience with her - she helped turn my frustrating situation into a better one and provided me with some great tech advise / insight.A few weeks later, I came back to get myself an iPhone and I saw Bobby working again. She recognized me & referenced my job! I was impressed she remembered someone she helped several weeks ago. Shows she actually cared.Bobby wasnβt available to assist me so she introduced me to StΓ¨phan. He was very chill, stylish, and incredibly knowledgeable about many things from tech to business. It felt like I should have paid him for a marketing consult. Seriously, heβs extremely business street smart, APPLE - yβall need to bring this young sir to the business / marketing side.My time with both Bobby & StΓ¨phan were such enjoyable experiences - I brought them macaroon treats to show my appreciation for their kindness and great customer service. As a business owner, I know how hard it can be to find and keep great employees who actually care and have unbeatable customer experience. Apple, yβall have two right here in your Huntsville store. Give them a raise. They are taking good care of your customers, so take good care of them!
Great service and lots of interaction with the products! Went in to get my wife a new phone and they were very hospitable. They really tried hard to add on the insurance, even adding horror stories about people breaking their phone right when they walked out, but overall a stress free experience!
Justin was very kind and helpful. he is a great conversationalist and made my trip here worth it. Iβm very satisfied with the service I received.
Drove 100 miles to pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 1:45pm-2pm and when I showed up it hadnβt even processed yet. Called apple told βsorryβ gotta wait or leave.
A lovely lady named Britney assisted my daughter and I with her phone being replaced and she was quick with the test on the phone and quick with the exchange. Highly recommend. I will be back. Thanks Britney.
Both super helpful and unhelpful at the same time. I came in because Iβm visiting from out of state and my debit card recently expired. I needed to know if thereβs a way to update my payment method to Apple Pay (my only method of payment these days). The person who greeted me walked me through the steps of getting the Apple Support app, but once I got it he said βgive them a call and theyβll help you switch it over.β I kind of froze, surprised he wasnβt going to help me himself. He then said, βor you can do the step by step yourself.β I thanked him for his subpar help and left.I attempted to do it myself and I believe it worked but am not positive. Iβll either have to call Apple Support, visit another location, or wait until the billing date to see if the charge goes through.Whatβs the point of going to the store if theyβre just going to tell you to call support?!!
Liked to come by the electronics store & to recycled the obsolete & other things that need to go & the store has got a lot of cool stuff.
They didnβt have what I needed. Staff was helpful but it took a long while to talk to someone.
I am having a display issue on my 2017 MacBook pro, same issue as the 2016 MacBook. The thing is Apple has a recall for the 2016 and not the 2016. How does that make any sense? I expected better from Apple. People there just said to buy a new laptop.
Had a genius Bar appointment at 3:30, signed in and waited for 40 minutes with other people just waiting around looking at each other confused as what the heck is going on. They had people standing around waiting all over the store. The Genius Bar guy was completely tone deaf to the line of people with appointments lining up as he was taking a customer through her iPhone email setup with zero sense of urgency.
When going to the Apple store at bridge street make sure to ask for Ruben. Amazing person and excellent customer service!
My son got his first Apple phone as a graduation present:) Austin was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. We made an online appointment, and were helped immediately. Great job Austin and Bridge Street Apple!
I had the most upsetting, embarrassing experience in this store today that I have ever had in my life. I am almost 67 years old and got thrown out of this store just trying to buy an apple watch. I have never been thrown out of anywhere in my life.-- not even a bar. I had no complaints other than I had been waiting over 1 1/2 hours to purchase what I had already picked out. The two managers were evidently undertrained. We were just asking why it was taking so long for us to make our purchase. They did not like being questioned. I want the tapes to be reviewed. When the representative asked us if we knew what we wanted, we said yes and showed him. The female manager slammed her hand down on the glass case and said. She knows EXACTLY what she wants. In response I said, you dont have to answer for me, I can answer for myself. That set everything off. The representative was trying to complete our purchase. I looked at my husband and said, the management needs more training. Greg said, she needs people skills. This guy walks up and said, you have to leave. I said, what???? .......... The story is way too long to tell. I had even told the guy waiting on us that I was sorry. I knew he was doing what he was told to do, and I would never shoot the messenger. The so called other manager, David thats all you need to know said I was rude to that guy. It was like I was in the twilight zone. Young people with power evidently have no idea how to use it or control it. I will not let this rest. I have never been treated like this, and I wont be again.PS. We left the Apple Store and went to Best Buy and bought two watches. They didnt seem to think we were a problem.Oh, and I forgot the most important thing......He threw me out of the store. Told the man helping us not to get the product because I wasnt buying anything today. I could come back another day (from another state). I said I just want to buy this watch. He said, if you dont leave, I will call the police. I am almost 67 years old. I have never been arrested or thrown out of any establishment.
I had a good experience buying a new phone and am new to iPhones, but I was not told how to contact the 24-7 support. Be sure to ask. I love my iPhone.
Had a genius appointment to fix a one week old iPhone 12 max. I arrived to my appointment early and was told to come back closer to the appointment time. That was not a problem. The problem began when I arrived at 6:20pm for my 6:30pm appointment, but was not helped for almost 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled time. The man assisting me had a bad attitude and when I questioned why the phone could not be replaced because it was only a week old, under warranty and clearly a phone malfunction, he LAUGHED and said AT&T doesnβt know what theyβre talking about and shouldnβt have said it would be an easy switch. He suggested I go back to AT&T to have them replace the phone, but the rep at AT&T told me before coming to Apple that Apple had a bad habit of saying that and that the phone is under warranty with Apple and should be replaced through them. He said he could switch the processor and camera into a new device but could not just give me a new phone. I hope that other apple stores do not have employees with such bad attitudes because this experience has made me want to switch from Apple products to avoid ever having to deal with Apple again.
Made an appointment to get an estimate for a broken phone to be fixed. Took a little longer than expected to be seen. Also even though I was wearing the SHEMA97 active mask was told to take it off and put on their mask.
Refused to replace a battery on my iPhone and said there was water damage inside. On a WATERPROOF phone.I wouldnβt have been so upset with this information had they called me as soon as they βfound itβ instead of waiting an hour and a half without calling or texting the contact number on file to let me know something was up.And of course itβs an up charge after that, they said. Sounds like a scam.Edit: examined the liquid indicators which are still white, meaning no liquid damage. took the phone elsewhere and they said it was nominal and replaced the battery fine.
From Emily, who greeted me outside the door and was extremely accommodating, to John (Manager) who engaged in knowledgeable conversation regarding Apple products with me, to Mason (Genius Bar) who diagnosed the problem with my Pro XDR Display very rapidly and offered the best possible solution while going above and beyond to ascertain that solution, I was treated with the utmost respect as an Apple user since 1984.
Itβs always busy, but staff is friendly and knowledgeable. took my almost unresponsive iphone 11 in with a bad digitizer and battery issues, after a geeksquad screen replacement. liquid sensor wasnβt showing water damage but still worried my limited warranty wouldnβt cover the repair. once i got seen, he was able to quickly run diagnostics, locate the exact issue (drawing very low power) and replace my phone with a brand new identical 11, all within ten minutes. I walked out without having to spend a cent, and my warranty is still active til next year. appreciate all your help and iβll be back for all my phone needs in the future!
Until they get back to normal Dont even bother going here and trying to buy a phone. Covid Is killing the π. Just go to AT&t or the Verizon store then youll get in and out a lot quicker.
The new check in process is absolutely ridiculous. It takes double the time to pick up some thing that you bought online⦠if you can ship it do it!
Told me my iPhone 8 has water damage and would not replace battery. The sim chip water indicator is not activated. Phone works perfect except for old battery. So much for Apple wanting to be βgreenβ and not just have people buy new phones. They offered me to just buy a new one.
Whatβs the purpose of having a reservation and you have to wait? I had a reservation for 4:00 pm and I wasnβt seen for 45 minutes. No respect for peoples time. After waiting forever, they told me I only had 15 minutes rudely. Where was this concern for my time? You canβt blame it on corona because thereβs like multiple employees standing around watching and not assisting customers.
30 people working in the store 25 just standing around talking to each other. Been here 45 mins now just waiting
Employees ignore you. Ill judt buy online whst I need. People in the store are the worst.
I see this place has had some bad reviews, but my experience was very helpful quick and courteous.
Drove an hour and a half from Tennessee to this Apple Store to purchase an Apple Watch. We make it to the store a little after 8pm (close at 9pm) only to be met by three mall cops at the Apple doors and told that we have to go down the sidewalk to the tent to check in. We do as weβre told to be met by two more mall cops who make us stop and answer several Covid questions and to check our temperature. Then weβre directed to a tent where an Apple employee asked why we were there. We say weβd like to purchase an Apple Watch and he proceeded to ask if we had an appointment and we said no. He said: βIβm sorry, I canβt let you in. Weβre only taking appointments and weβre completely booked until 9pm. Our website says by appointment only. You can come back tomorrow.β We kindly explain how we drive an hour and a half from Tennessee and I work a 24 hour shift the next day. He basically said sorry for your luck and then proceeded to ask βWhy did you not go to another store? Thereβs several so why did you choose here?β This store was the closest store and when you simply google βApple Storeβ it showed us the closest locations and their store hours. No where did it say βby appointment onlyβ until you click on the Apple Store website for that city. Very disappointed and will continue to purchase my Apple products without the Apple Store.
Meh... My last few visits I have been unimpressed with the customer service and the required standards to shop. They tend to not adhere to the local standards with regards to our current conditions.More importantly the last time I went in they told me there was no more shopping appointments for the day. Upon further questioning they told me that basically if I dont have an appointment I cant buy anything. That is ridiculous! At what point can you not walk in grab something off a rack and ask them to ring you up, I think this is messed up and will not provide high stars or a high review for them. The only reason it was not a one-star was when I was walking around looking one of the sales associates was not doing anything and approached me and allowed me to purchase an ipad. I cannot believe that they do not want to let people walk in and make money unless they have an appointment....
Wait time wasnt that long. They where very friendly
These guys are rude. They wouldnβt answer my question under their outdoor pavilion because I wouldnβt wear a mask. I offered to back up 10 feet and ask my questions. And I was told that they canβt interact with me at all if Iβm not wearing a mask. The African American gentleman was rude while delivering his remarks and I got the feeling that they could care a less about me as a customer.
Greetly promptly, waited 10 mins & was helped!!!
I was disappointed in the fact that I had to wait to pick up a repair. I was told that my computer was ready and I would be fast tracked to pick it up. I had to let security know I was there due to COVID and them not allowing a certain amount of customers inside. Security took my I.D and gave it to them to verify I had a pickup (I am not going to show up to wait in line to actually shop at an apple store). I ask the security guard why I had to wait since I know it is ready and was told I can just come and get it. Other people waiting in line said they had similar issues before with them and it was not quick like it was suppose to be. I ask the security guard repeatedly to go and check why they could not just bring me my computer considering they have several portable payment methods. Honestly, I was not very nice to her, and I was very frustrated with her lack of knowledge of any process. After I was able to get into the store, I still had to wait, so the purpose of taking my I.D and not having my product ready was extremely irritating. Once my computer was ready I spoke with the Apple representative who did ask if there was anything wrong and obviously I was very irritated with their process. I was told it was for safety. It was interesting because she was performing her customer recovery training which was horrible. The fake tone and acting as if she wanted to help was terrible. I rather someone be honest and just say it is what it is. I paid too much for a repair that was a defect in the computer itself. I should have gotten the apple care, but unfortunately I did not. My computer is a year old and sits on a desk in a well ventilated room and never is taken outside the house. Asking what can I do to make things better is not a good question unless you are going to do what I want. I know people say they will not be back, but this is the closest Apple store currently. I generally do not go to Apple stores because everything is over complicated. I definitely could have been nicer to that specific security guard and to the Apple employee I dealt with; my behavior was not an excuse. I do wish the process was better and Apple actually had a better way to send Emails to customer service, but then they would have to address the many complaints people have.
They do not back their work! My phone failed three days after I paid for it to be repaired and they are not willing to do anything at all
Went to the store to buy an Apple Watch for my son on his 18th birthday but were denied entry. The young white man with a beard was not interested to promote Apple business at all. Simply bad customer service. The guy shunned us and then said Happy Birthday in a sarcastic way. Apples customer service has been going down for the past several years and it is not the same Apple company anymore.
Will in the product zone is superb! He sold me on a new Apple watch and he is very knowledgeable. If anyone needs help with anything, ask for him!! He deserves a raise asap.
Employees were very rude and acted like you were so dumb compared to their βGenius Barβ
Very professional, as usually. After all we are all that, attitude comes at a price. Have to have an appointment, so it is s 1 on 1 experience.Handled our problem. And we were out
Literally told me that their case warranty doesnβt cover if the case falls apart...
Was not satisfied on the 14th of December 2020 I was in the target parking lot and my iPhone screen turned black and I couldnβt see it at all . I quickly tried to call the Apple store on bridge street however after calling 3 times with no answer and the phone line has a busy beep. Once outside the apple store 3 mall security guards inform you that you must make an appointment with them to get in . I was unable to make an appointment because I couldnβt see my screen. I had to leave and go to AT&T and buy a new phone instead of being able to swap it out at the expense from my wallet for your product failing. It has been less than a year since I bought my last phone. Apple.DO NOT GO WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU !!! This whole situation has definitely made me consider Android devices as it seems support for them is much more readily available.
Have apple I phone, Mac mini, Apple Watch, iPad. Was looking to upgrade phone today but couldnβt pass interrogation. Whoever was doing the interrogations didnβt care if people came or not so we chose not. That was the strangest experience with any store Iβve had in my life.
You are better off to have an appointment before going to this store. With an appointment, you are check-in & you dont have to wait in line very long. The employees are well trained & very knowledgeable. They are friendly, courteous, helpful.
I had to drive to Bridge Street bc i ordered my phone on the website and they didnβt apply the installments with no interest. I had to make an apt with Reuben, he and Dylan were amazing. It was well worth the 2 hour drive. Talking to Goldman and sacs I was told I could return and repurchase to get no interest installments. Thanks Reuben and Dylan! Very patient and professional!!! I would 10 if possible.
Was yesterday in the store to get something repaired. Absolute great support and very friendly employee that let you feel like a very special and appreciated customer.
They help us with our problem no questions asked ...
For whatever reason I canβt just walk in, buy the phone, and walk out like a common sense transaction? I have to order it, ship to my house or wait several hours to pick up? That new motorola razr at Best Buy is looking like the best phone out there anyways. Thank you for making my decision for me apple.
Mask...too expensive...little stock..
These folks care, period. If asked, an Apple Tech will suggest based on your needs and if it breaks they will do everything they can to get you going and 99% of the time they will! I always go here for my phone, pad, watch, computer, accessories, etc.
Chase was VERY helpful and very friendly and had excellent customer service!
Amazing amazing amazing staff that worked with the kids. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and instruction of the tasks completed. The kids learned how to create art, blending colors layering their photos for the parks they developed. I only wish they had this class for teenagers as well. I did learn of other courses available and was told I could even use my galaxy in the class although there would be differences in the software. I am not an apple used I am team android but watching the things the instructors did with the devices and iphones has me seriously considering joining team apple iphone. Especially if they offer classes to teach me to adjust to the new equipment. I was wowed by the dementional use of the devices the kids learned on has me very intrigued to see if apple could work for me. AIRDROP SERIOUSLY IMPRESSED ME!
Very helpful staff
I bought AirPods over a year ago they worked perfectly fine for a few months then they started to get quieter and quieter then everyone could here what I was listening to we went and got them fixed then a few months later they are doing to same thingsπ
Absolute worst outside customer service if u donβt have an appt or if u r not picking up a preordered product with ridiculously slow online processing!! They will let no one into the Apple store until ur product is ready, then they will come outside to get u and escort u to the front corner of the store with no browsing products allowed!! I had to bitterly complain to store assistant manager who turned out to be who I needed to see in the first place..... Canβt wait for Post COVID new normal !!
Wait is wayyyyyy too long
The employees are very nice!! Yes times are hard right now so getting into the store is difficult, but thatβs to be expected in these times were in. The environment is absolutely amazing!
Always a pleasure going here.
Totally awesome. I love how there stores are all together and you can get just about anything.
I did an Apple.com online purchase and trade in for the iPhone 12 mini with detailed instructions on what to do when I arrived at my appointment at the retail Apple Store on Bridge street. I arrived on time for my βappointmentβ with my old iPhone X in hand prepared for transfer and activation from old device to new....which in the past has been easy. However, not only did the team member not offer he refused but still took my old phone. He could have at least offered a trade-in kit instead so I would have had my old phone to use until the new one activated. So I was without a usable phone for my drive home and could not get activation because there was no active phone for my carrier to send the code. I was without service overnight and into the next day until my Verizon carrier store opened. It took all of 5 minutes!!! So if the Apple team member tells you that the COVID restrictions prevent them from doing a transfer/activation in-store, this is contrary to the actual fact and totally against the Apple.com expectations from their team members! We all practice good COVID measures and still can do our job! The Verizon team member did it!!! π The Apple team member π did not.
The worst experience I have ever had with Apple. Zero customer service.Made an appointment to have my phone fixed. I totally understand it being during a pandemic. But when you tell me I can purchase a screen protector when I come back to pick my phone I expect to be able to purchase a screen protector and I was told my phone would be ready at 2:15. I show up at 2:15 with my pickup sticker and the employees act like they dont know what to do. Two different people take my temperature, one right after the other because they werent paying attention. And then I had to wait in the sun with a mask on for over 20 minutes. I tell the people checking me back in that I was told I could purchase a screen protector from the person working on my phone and they tell me that Apple isnt allowing that and I was told incorrectly. And that this was probably the first day for the person with my phone. Well the person I dropped my phone off with was just complaining 2 hours ago to me about all of the regulations and what not so I know it wasnt his first day. When I asked if the phone case with the built in pop socket thing could use a wireless charger, I could t get a yes or no answer. They have zero communication and customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would.Honor what you tell your customers and maybe you wouldnt have such a low rating.
Came in made an appointment the previous day and came back the next day only to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Staff was free and roaming around the store. All I needed was to buy a replacement airpod. Unacceptable.
My worst experience with Apple ever period! I had been working on a problem I was having with a new iPad for over a week. I used their website, the call center and finally scheduled a genius appointment. The genius diagnosed the problem I was having as a rare issue without ever looking at the iPad. He determine it would take too long to fix in the store and told me to go home to try again because they didnt have time to help me. Sending me home to repeat the same process that hasnt worked before is not a solution. No thanks. I simply returned the item.
I love how they enforce social distancing.
My ipad air costed several hundred dollars....and now it wont turn on. I am never buying another apple product, no not ever. Ive had a lot more productive use out of an Acer tablet I found in a garbage can a few years ago. (Really)
I never write reviews, but Mason at the Apple store needs to be recognized!I had to go into the store because my laptop would not turn on while at work. I dreaded going because my laptop is my lifeline at work and I was so worried that I would get horrible news and spend so much money to fix it. I didnβt have to wait too long to be seen by a guy named Mason. I am not very technological and he was so patient to hear out all of my issues. He found me a solution instantly and was such a PLEASURE to work with. I would love for him to get recognized for being such a genuine person and MY life support yesterday. Thank you so much Mason!
The testing for Covid is very thorough. But they are keeping everyone all safe. Very nice employees!
This is the worst experience i have ever had with a store. I ordered a laptop for in store pickup because i had to replace mine immediately and could not wait for shipping times of up to 3 weeks. the closest store to me with the laptop in stock was unfortunately this one. i have experienced covid symptoms and did not want to come into the store. to begin with, i tried to call ahead of time to explain the situation and process this as safely as possible, but could not get the store on the phone for 2 days straight. when i got to bridge street, i found a security officer (while driving) and asked for instruction of what to do. he had me wait in my car while he spoke with the store. they told him i could either put him on the list or come and show my ID at the front since they had a tent set up. i get up to the tent and am immediately scolded by who i assume was the manager, who told me i shouldve gotten it shipped and she would not be giving me my items (that i had already paid for and drove two hours, while sick, to obtain). i then had to demand my items and have her cause a scene over it in front of the store before she finally gave them to me. it could have been a quick and easy transaction with no contact had she just responded to the urgency of the situation correctly. not everyone has two weeks they can go without a laptop while waiting for shipping times. it was just so rude and inconsiderate and as someone who has been unable to leave their house and didnt want to but HAD to leave my house for this, was so embarrassed. this is honestly the worst customer experience Ive ever had. the woman who spoke to me this way and her entire team should be ashamed of how they handled this. i will absolutely never be back
Everyone was kind and helpful.
They discriminated against my deaf cousin. He has hearing aids with custom mask to be able to hear without ripping hearing aids out, this place discriminate against the deaf culture.... Expect us to protest
Slow but order before you go in so you can get your stuff quickly
I have NEVER had a bad experience here! The store is beautiful, well lit, excellently arranged. The staff are consistently knowledgable and friendly, I would pretty much go here to hang out, even if I didnt need assistance! These folks offer PREMIUM customer service! Ive never been anywhere that had such a friendly and competent staff as this place. Its wonderful to encounter a store these days that is actually interested in giving their customers a great experience.
Store is beyond slow, donβt get a repair done here theyβll take your phone all day. They need to learn from other stores that do this in minutes. Worst customer service. Apple is really sliding down hill
Went to fix my left airpod mic . Before it had minor breakage while speaking with others . After I visit apple store to fix it employee did something and now it completely the mic is dead .
They discriminated against my deaf cousin. He has hearing aids and has to wear a certain mask with adjusted straps and filters. They would not let him in the store without a disposable mask. What kind of store would discriminate against deaf people who genuinely need help? Disgusting.
What a unusual experience to deal with people who are technically proficient and understand their products. The staff was smart, well dressed, and exceedingly polite. Why canβt all businesses follow this Apple model?
THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD.Yesterday my wife and I went to the Apple store in Bridgestreet to buy a replacement phone. She broke her new iPhone 11 at the gym that morning. We were greeted by a man named Norman, who was very nice and presented us with some options for replacing the phone (all of which were cheaper than buying a new phone). He explained that they do not make commission, and the smile on our faces was the only thing that mattered to him. I chalked this up as some typical salesman feel-good chatter. Boy was I wrong. He ended up replacing the phone with a brand new iPhone 11. When we got the new phone set up, he introduced himself as the manager and said the new phone was on the house!Norman, along with everyone else in the store was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. Tim Cook, if you are reading this, GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION!
Went frequently prior to Covid pandemic, not since. Had always been easy ro access in my wheelchair, double doors, easy to open. Staff always seemed knowledgeable and were very helpful. Plenty of stuff to look at. Will recommend this location at The Bridge Street.
The store has remained closed far to long. Every other business in the city has managed to return to work. People who need device repairs are left with no choice but to mail it off. Sending a cellular device off would be counter productive.
Too crowded and you have to make appointments. Went to Best Buy
Terrible customer service...I canβt work bc my 2019 MacBook Air keyboard suddenly stops working (as if they ever worked well anyway)...Canβt even have someone look at it for 3 days....No temp/replacement...no offer to try and help...Just log in to our portal. Thanks
Yβall are terrible. Whatever older gray head white guy I got was so rude. Apparently they have winter hours so they close at 8 instead of 9. I drove here ALL THE WAY FROM FLORENCE IN THE RAIN to have my phone looked at & I got here at 7:55 thinking they didnβt close til 9 BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THE SCHEDULE SAYS ONLINE. so the man refused his help to me, Iβm sure itβs a simple fixed he could have been a little courteous & at least heard my reasons π‘
You need appointment for repairs and you still have to wait in line. 1 line for appointment and 1 line for in store shopping. You can not walk thru the store and they do not sanitize after each customer.
I am not always a fan of Apple, but I will say that the people that work in and run this store do an excellent job. they are efficient and know their stuff.
My experience there was superb! Even with it being as busy as it was, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The salesman asked me of my interest for that day, and he did not try to push any other products as suggestions to buy (as I was only there to buy a new iPad for my daughter for Christmas). I love shopping in places that allow you to tell them if theres anything else you need to buy. Great experience at this Apple store location!!
Terrible for the waiting time. Through the whole store away.
Great experience when I visit and need info in reference to building my studio with apple products
Great job with procedures to keep customers and employers safe during the pandemic! Kept appointment and had iPhone repaired on time within about 90 minutes! ππΌππΌ
Quick to help me when my phone was hacked
Good customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Detailed instructions and information.
Never met a group of more happy kindhearted professional men and women. We were in mid convo as a shooting massacre was taking place just a hundred yards from the store and all employees stayed professional as they took all of us to safety to the back of the store. We ended up buying a MacBook Pro and a 27 inch imac. This place is the real deal. I still love my pc though. ππ

If youβre looking to blow $1,200+ each year on an iPhone that rarely works with no customer support to work on it or stand behind their product, PLEASE stop by Bridge Street Apple location! It doesnβt matter if it cannot receive calls, texts, emails or if youβre able to use your GPS to get back to your hotel/home!In the words of the snarky Apple check-in guy βbuy a cheap GPS to find your way backβ ...... thatβs right folks, the $1,200 iPhone wasnβt expensive enough!I had an appointment scheduled and they argued with me that they donβt take appointments within an hour of closing, yet under their website, you can schedule all the way up to 5:50pm. I showed the employee this and he said it didnβt matter.I will be switching to Samsung first thing after I sell the POS iPhone sitting on my nightstand.
Since Coronavirus began they are only taking appointments during hours that Iβm not available.
This is a typical Apple store, with typical Apple store employees. Theyre helpful, knowledgeable, and try their best to defend Apple products. The place is always busy, but also very well staffed. They host classes on how to use their products (including an iPhone photography classes) so thats kind of cool. Great location as well. Would go again.
Really organized. Has great employers.
