Excellent furniture helpful associates easy approval credit

Very friendly associates abd Management, they are extremely helpful.

I had went to the huntsville, al location to purchase a new mattress and after trying out the mattresses in the store I had purchased a mattress and when I received it the mattress was the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress I have ever has and contacted the store and spoke to the manager and he stated if he took it back he would have to throw it away its against federal regulations to take mattresses back which is a lie and I told him that because mattress stores take them back as long as its within 30-45 days sanitize and resell them and after spending just over $1000 he said he will have to see what he can do and if he can give me anything back on it very poor customer service after having it only 2 days

Do not purchase anything from here. I purchased a couch and love seat. They told me it would be at the shop July 19th. I called July 19th they said “I don’t know why we told you that date it’s showing August 6th” . So I called August 6th, about my furniture. They then tell me “I don’t know who told you August 6th, it’s not showing us a date on our computer, it’s on back order until further notice”. I was so mad I told them to just cancel my order since they want to give me the run around. Why would I wait for god knows how long for a couch and loveseat ? It could take months for it to come in. So annoying !

Didnt buy anything but the lady that helped me did a great job.

We visited looking for a sectional. Didnt find what we wanted, but we really appreciated the good service from the folks at Farmers.

Love to shop at Farmers Furniture. I have furnished four bedrooms and they sell very good quality home furnishings. I love the employees, they are so nice and helpful. They actually give their customers time and space to shop before making their purchase. The young men that handle the delivery and set up are very professional and polite. I have recommended the company to family, friends and my coworkers.

I love this place, I walked in and was greeted by the nice people from the front door to the back, and yes I got everything thing I wanted on time..Thank you all for a wonderfulexperience, ...( Ordered things from Ashleys in March paid cash and still waiting on them to replace furniture.)I recommend everyone just to stop inlook around youll find what you need, worry free..

Wonderful store associates and management,My first time visiting this store was 08-08-19, Very clean fresh atmosphere,I felt as ease no pressure at all,All my questions were answered, and explained. It was customer appreciation day.They offered hot dogs,cookies,chips,soda and bottled water,I had a delightful experience,I purchased a zero turn that Im absolutely satisfied with,It was delivered to me within the hour of me leaving the store,very professional manner,I will definitely be visiting this location more often,Thank you Farmers Home,you guys are awesome

Do not purchase from this company I purchased a warranty once called to get repaired company failed to send someone.Called back to set another date Company failed to send someone the Second time no one called to say they were not coming.. Setting up a Third time missing work Again and this company has not even offered a apology nor compensation for the 3 times as of now I’ve taking of to wait for a repair.. Very Unprofessional no call no shows and Rude employees once customer calls to check.. As well as furniture is poorly made the reason issues has accrued.. I will never shop there again and do not recommend anyone else to waste of your money and time... I’ll be sticking to Ashely Furniture never had these types of issues!!!!!!!!

Very friendly service and staff

I just waited a week for a dinner table because it had to be ordered and then delivered. When the delivery men got there it was all put together inside the truck and the chairs were stacked upside down on each other. I noticed the delivery men try to wipe of several scratches. When they left I notice most of the chairs had noticable scratches to the paint. I literally just found a cut in the leather! Im waiting on a call but this has been the worst experience ever.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good prices, nice selection. I found what I wanted without running all over town. One word of advice, its across the street from where Google thinks it is.

We did business for years with Farmers Furniture and always had great experiences. When our family moved to the Huntsville area we had to have our account transferred so we could make payments in store locally, since they have no online payment system. We have been harrassed and called nonstop, back to back, each month as soon as the due date nears. When we mention this to them, they reply that its company policy. No it isnt. When we came into the store to ask them not to call 20 times per day, we were laughed at and argued with. We pay ALL our bills each month and the only thing the constant harrassment gets you at north Parkway location is NO REPEAT BUSINESS. Think twice before you di business here.

Easy financing but staff could be friendlier.

We purchased a bed and they came out and put it together and we absolutely love the guys who came out they were very polite and outstanding young gentleman!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ The staff at the store has absolutely the best customer service!!!❤️❤️❤️

I purchased power recliners which has malfunctioned on several occasions tech hasnt fixed after 3 tries one employee came out smelling like he hadnt had a bath in 3 weeks begging for cigarettes!!!!!

I absolutely love this place. I ran across them through the mail and furnished my entire house I wanna tell the world about them

I just purchased a high boy dinning set, it was delivered to my home 3days ago. One of the chairs is cracked on the back. Not a good start, and I want it replaced.

Good deals, get on mailing list, also they do in house financing. Go look!

Don’t pay to have your furniture delivered. Told them I would not be home from 2pm till 3 pm. They show up at 2:36 and leave.

I have been doing business with Farmers for several years and have bought thousands of dollars in products during this time. I have always financed, and we have always set the note for 24 or 36 months with the understanding that if we paid off in 12 months there was no interest. Every time I wanted to pay off in 12 they took away the interest and paid only the principle. Last November we made a purchase with the same understanding, had the same discussion, and we made the deal with the stores manager. Yesterday i called to pay off my account and I was informed that I have to pay the interest because I didnt make a down payment and therefore was put on a standard interest bearing contract. So I say all that to say this, spend plenty of time to read and be sure you are getting in writing what you are discussing verbally.I am extremely aggravated, my intention was to pay off our account and purchase a new Living Room Suite. But they lost a customer that had never made a late payment, never called and put off a payment simply because they didnt back up their word. I purchased from Farmers because i have enjoyed dealing with them, but hey there are plenty of other furniture stores in Huntsville, and most offer 24-36 month no interest purchases.
