I ordered a quartz countertop for my kitchen in a new home. Everything turned out exactly as I imagined!I would like to note the professionalism and customized approach of the companys employees as well as the owner of the business because my project had its own characteristics.The cool thing is that all the work was 100% completed, because I didnt have to bother with buying materials or controlling the progress of work. Should have read the recent reviews. I had used them twice before, referred a friend and my chiropractor. I paid $70 a sq foot for stone. Paid half on sept 4th and not fully installed till Oct 30th. After weeks waiting I got a call that my slab broke during cutting. But I had to wait another 10 days for the second piece to be cut. ( when it should been next day) When counter arrived there was no notch at the fridge panel and gap of 1/2 inch. Installer notched and pulled the counter closer leaving me with 1/2 gap against the wall. I will have to fix this when i tile back splash. The other end had to cut Sheetrock out for the seam at sink to match. The two sections were diff thickness. The sink cuts on the two pieces did not match up. The pieces must never been placed together to polish and check . I paid over $3,600 for sub par cutting, not matched with what was templated.The installer was super nice, he communicated very well and took his time to fix the errors that were made at the shop. The installer is the only reason I did not refuse the entire order. He had to seam, epoxy, grind and polish to try and blend out the mis cuts. Communication with office is lacking. I will never use granite empire again. Plus charged $100 surprise charge on my invoice for my edge that had been included the two times before

Wonderful experience! From front desk to installers, great group! Austin, in sales, returned calls and texts. Dustin and DeShawn worked diligently to get countertops installed, despite the rain! The photo with the range looks lighter but only because the lights were on). VERY happy!

Definitely recommend they were able to help when I was in a bind and short on time when moving into our new house and wanted to redo the old countertops before we moved in. You know it’s good service when the Owner show up because the other crews are tied up to template the cabinets. I seriously can’t say enough!!!

I went to the big box stores and then I visited Granite Empire of Huntsville and boy, am I glad I did! Not only are the prices much lower than the box stores, but they are also SO much quicker! Our sales associate walked us through the entire process for our kitchen countertop installation and happily answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!) If youre looking for granite or quartz countertops in Huntsville, Al, Id highly recommend Granite Empire of Huntsville. They have the lowest prices, quickest turn-around times, and the entire staff from sales to installation were truly professional.

Very impressed, from template measurement to install, 10 days. During install, one small piece had to be re-cut, they returned in about 90 minutes to finish the install. Beautiful granite and everyone was very professional. The people who work there especially like the owner, you can tell in a business when the employees love their boss. I would highly recommend.

I cant say enough good things about Granite Empire. It has been the best experience of my entire remodel.of my kitchen. Noel is the best...very knowledgeable and patient. Making my choice of material and look was not a easy task. But she was fantastic. Eric came out and did the template to the install team. If i could give a zero, i would!!! I purchased new granite countertops from this company on 7/22/20! The installers did a shoddy job! They obviously had no idea what they were doing! The owner or manager had to come and redo most everything! They had removed my old countertops, which were quartz and very heavy! They left it propped up by the garage entrance! We could not get the car in or out of the garage until we moved it! They left a mess under my sink and damaged some of my sheet rock!In December of the same year (5 months after i installation, i moved my toaster oven to clean! The granite under the toaster oven was the pretty bright color i had picked out but the rest had turned several shades darker! I sent a picture of this to Nathan Teague (im not sure what his title is) he brushed me off saying it was the heat from the toaster oven! As the months passed, all of my countertops that were not covered by something turned dark! My granite looks 20 yrs old!Granite Empire has refused to even return my calls or respond to my texts!I am doing this review in hopes of saving someone else from buying from this company! They are strictly interested only in the sale! I am so very disappointed!I am going to small claims court! I don’t know if anything can be done! I may b stuck with these countertops as I cannot afford to redo them! I was either sold subpar granite or it was not sealed correctly! I realize there are good reviews on here! Im telling you, BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We had them install granite countertops in our kitchen about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately they did a terrible job, so many thinks went wrong (the overhang for one piece ranged from 1.1” to over 2”, and our sink wasn’t installed properly, along with other issues). My husband talked to Nathan, the owner, and he promised to make it right, however after a few days of not hearing back from my him my husband had to call him once again to ask when they would send someone out. They finally had someone come look at it over a week later (the guy who came to look at it agreed it was a disaster), and now days have passed and we still haven’t heard from anyone, nor do we have a date in place for them to fix it.We had planned to use this company for two bathroom remodels, but there isn’t a chance now. They have poor customer service and poor quality work, a terrible combination. AVOID.

We purchased kitchen and multiple bathroom countertops from here. They turned out beautiful! Liked them so much we went back again for the updating of our laundry room. The owner is great to work with and I would recommend using Granite Empire!

Beautiful granite & stone. Great prices. Install a joke. But I’m not laughing. Cabinets were damaged, counter had crack. They say they are fixing it. If so I’ll update this review. But I’m about a week from just calling BBB!Update:So after realizing a terrible mistake had been made during my install, Granite Empire did everything possible to make sure my problems were corrected. They even made sure I approved of the new slab of granite they replaced. I sincerely feel they made changes to the install crew to avoid this. I’m going from three stars to 4 for the correction.

Counter tops were cut wrong. Counter top has a chip on one edge and a stress fracture running across the counter top. Wrong sink was installed Avoid Granite Empire of Huntsville at all costs!

Talked to the guy driving and it turns out it was the owner, whom went above and beyond to help with the process and made sure I’m satisfied. I started remodeling my entire house in February of 2020, then the pandemic hit right as my home was being demolished. The contractor was hit really hard with reduced staff and material shortages causing a job that should have taken 3 months to go a year. It made life very difficult for my family. When Nathan found out about the tough year that we had trying to make our house livable, he stepped up and helped us get our countertops quickly so we could move in to the rest of our house when we needed to. I cant describe how grateful I am for the kindness that they showed us. I was worried that my timeline was going to cause me to have to buy something that I didnt want from a big box store, because I thought that there was no way Id be able to get the beautiful quartz countertops that I really wanted to fit the time and budget that I was left with. I was wrong! Not only did Nathan help me get the material I loved at a price that fit in my budget, he and his team provided us with AMAZING personal service! These people treated me well, provided a beautiful, quality product at a reasonable price, and I felt that they were honest with me and werent just trying to make a sale to try to take advantage of me when I was in a desperate situation. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a countertop company that works with integrity, and produces great results!

We had granite countertops installed a few months ago. The granite was beautiful! But the install team had no idea what they were doing. They rushed in and even cracked the slab where the sink was at and tried to blame it on us. After two weeks of then trying to “fix” the crack, we had to meet with the owner to get the granite replaced. It was such a hassle, we had to miss work numerous work days to address all of our concerns. Once the install was completed and they had their money, they stated multiple times that they had many new customers and limited scheduling as a result. Definitely felt like they were just after the new business and money, but not concerned with customer service or quality. What was supposed to be a 1 day install, ended up taking 4 weeks. One of the supervisors was very unprofessional, and made us extremely uncomfortable, to the point where we had to tell them that he could not come to our house anymore. We let the owner know this as well and he assured to us that he would deal with the individual since he had multiple complaints with this crew.; however, the supervisor and his crew work there to this day. This was one of the worst experience we have ever had, and we will not be using this company again.

I am so glad that I saw Granite Empires ad on Facebook. We called about their special because we wanted to replace our quartz countertops, and we ended up going to the showroom to see what granite they had to offer. We walked in with a sample of our flooring and backsplash and selected the perfect slab. Everyone we dealt with was professional and the prices couldnt be beat. We signed a contract for the job on Dec. 30th and by January 18th we were enjoying new countertops. Nathan and his crew of installers did a terrific job. We couldnt be more pleased with the job. Bought marble from them bout 6 months ago. After the install I found some of the pieces were pitting or chipping. I went to the store twice and after 2 months of no call from Nathan I have given up. I see that all they care about is money not customers satisfaction. I only wanted advice on how to fix it not even asking if they warranty it. I well never go back to them or send them any friends I know looking for granite. Totally disgusted right nowAfter talking with Nathan today the whole thing was a mis communication between the front office and the back of the shop. Nathan told me they will be happy to come over and fix any marks I have in my marble. I am totally satisfied with the outcomeNathan came out today as soon as I called him and fixed my issues with my countertops no charge. I Am very satisfied and will continue to use them in the future

I would highly suggest buying from here just from the customer service alone. Courtney Green was so attentive and informative! She walked us through so many options and knew so much about the process in which the slabs were made, how they’re installed, how certain materials react with heat and certain foods’ acidity, etc. She even showed specific expertise in the design and layout of our kitchen and drew out our countertop layout and how they would install the countertops based on our specific orientation. Best service I’ve received from any company anywhere.

In 2019, I walked in, ordered countertops for my office and was treated very nicely by Cindy. I decided to return a month ago so I can do the counter tops for both the Master and Junior Master Bathrooms. That was a mistake, Nathan couldnt even get the order details correct and Cindy always told me that she was too busy. After arguing over the correct information and details. Nathan confirmed that we are just a number and not a customer. Nathan and the entire granite empire staff are homophobs and untrustworthy. Do not go to Granite Empire!

We used Granite Empire for our kitchen countertops after wasting a lot of time with another supplier. We went with a Cosmos Quartz in “Calacatta Santa”. We could not be more pleased with the experience! Cindy was so helpful every step of the way and made sure we were thrilled with the end result, and the prices are great. Nathan installed the counters and was also so great to work with. We definitely highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing experience. Dinu and his staff did an excellent job and super fast. We picked out the granite on Thursday. They came out that afternoon and made the template. They let us place the template on the slabs to get what we wanted and they installed it on Wednesday. Six days from us picking it out to installation. Cant ask for better service than that.

Had a little miscommunication at the beginning regarding scheduling, but Nathan the manager called and made things right.Im looking forward to seeing my countertops in a couple more days!
