These guys are top notch! Every time I called I got super customer service. Josh Sampieri in particular was immensely helpful. We exchange photos of what I thought was broken on my air compressor. Come to find out that was not the problem and he guided me in the right direction for an easy fix. I needed a valve head replaced on my brad nailer. They replaced it while I waited which was an unexpected surprise and the cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend this professional and courteous shop and will definitely bring my business here in the future.

I was totally surprised by this place. I stopped by on a Saturday figured they were closed and they were but the light was on. The door was open and someone was behind the counter. They had came in for an emergency repair of a customers pressure washer and were done and getting ready to leave. I told them Id come back later but they insisted they wanted to see if they could help. I told them what I was working on and they knew the exact part without looking it up. They had the part but it was in a kit. To my surprise they were willing to sell me the part out of the kit and replace the one in their kit later. A few minutes later Im on my way home with the part in hand. Definitely will be going back. It was truly nice to be treated as I treat my customers.

Josh and Jeremy are two amazing young men who met every need we had and who answered each question we had too. They also came in on Saturday morning to meet a personal need for my son. I’m very thankful for family owned businesses who take PRIDE in customer service. You want be disappointed- call these guys or go see them. They will do their BEST!

Great at stocking parts and making recommendations. A total disaster when it comes to providing field service. They actually sent two guys out to service a stationary air compressor and ended up taking the air end and compressor off. The compressor had to be rebuilt and we sent it off to the factory. When we got it back we called them to reinstall the compressor and the service guys beat the pully back off with out heating the shaft, dislodging all the new seals. We had to send the unit back to the factory again. They accepted no blame and offered no help.

They can repair all my equipment, which is hard to find someone able to do in north Alabama. P.S. Very nice people also.

I started off my day by going to northern tool looking for a pressure washer. I talked to a couple different employees who want knowledgeable enough to help me find what I was looking for as Im not that knowledgeable about pressure washers myself. I ended up going down the road to engineered maintenance services. I walked in and talked to the guys and explain what I was looking for. Everyone was willing to help and was very knowledgeable about all their products. They really went above and beyond helping me pick out what I needed. They actually stayed open late to put me to together a pressure washer and help me load it up I ended up buying a couple extra products as well. Oh and they also let me test the pressure washer out! I really cant say enough good things about them the customer service was awesome and the guys were all very helpful. I would recommend any one to go there for any pressure washer, air compressor needs.

Outstanding service! I bought a pressure washer there from Josh Sampieri several years ago. During the purchase Josh not only explained everything but took it outside connected everything and made sure it all worked. (Wont get that at a big box store). The pressure washer has worked great since. I have had to bring back a couple of accessories for repair and Josh fixed or replaced them on the spot with no charges for the fixing. Outstanding service!

I am not satisfied with the turn around times and constant waiting on parr’s excuse. I have had two pieces of equipment in there for over a month. Not happy!!

Never having been to a business before always makes me wary and a little nervous. I was waited on before the door closed behind me. I had gone to the big box stores with no Success and looking on line was too confusing. Joshua listened, looked at my parts and 10 minutes later gave me what I needed. 4 parts assembled into the two I needed. Quick. Pleasant. Cheap. The two cats asleep on the counter was a nice touch, though how they slept thru all the customers coming and going was a mystery. Put those parts on and everything works like it should. I was from out of state picking up a sweeper truck . I own a pressure washing business in tn .so I looked up the store on maps and they had great pic of some of their inventory, so i went an checked them out to see what they had. They close at 5 and i walked in the door at 455 on a friday and was greeted by joshua with a smile. Had a question about some chemical that they didnt have. So he went an looked it up. (I thought that cool that he want to know what it was an could he get it . ) so i bought a 150 foot hose an suface cleaner handle an fitting. Then we stood around an talked with a few other guys that worked there . This is a great place to do buiness with . I will be back again thanks guys
