The service here is helpful and friendly. They seem to keep up with stock. Harbor Freight doesnt have the best quality tools but its my go-to for getting something I need cheap and fast.

This was my first day never been at this location im from out of state. I arrived 10/19/21 at 6- 7 pm the check out med wieght black lady with white finger nail was very rude rolled her eyes just because I gave her the wrong phone number. Wow if you dont like your job or cant deal with customers youre at the wrong job.there will the same message at other web sites. Thanks manager for hiring well respected people well there has to be one in the bach

Its a good Hardware store... Prices are good for the items they sale.. Customer service was really good to... I like this place... It isnt so big that you cant find anything without walking a 1/4 mile.... LoL

Harbor Freight has a great selection of tools, especially if you want to buy a more economical option for a tool you won’t use very often. One of my favorite stores!

JoAnn answered the phone when I called about an item and had it pulled and ready for me when I showed up.Shana took great care of me at checkout and even helped me set up a new account so I could get an extra discount.JoAnn brought my purchase out to my vehicle on a cart to help me load it. Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Several items that I was looking for were out of stock. Store could be bigger as several times I had to wait for others to move so I could get to the merchandise.

Noone acknowledges you, Noone helps you, when you finally track someone down and ask where a tool is, they tell you the wrong isle and the tool is not there. They did not have a simple Dent Puller, shocked, actually. This place is fired!

The only reason I’m even leaving one star is because you cant-leave zero,I purchased a pressure washer and on first use the hose in pressure washer had no pressure due to hole in hose,keep in mind fresh out the box,I take hose back to Harbor Fright and of course they don’t sell just the hose,I explain my situation to the lady and she called her boss,and tells me I have to return the the whole pressure washer in order to get another on,So I go home to get entire unit return to store I get back to store and exchange it,then the cashier says 76.00 I said what why when I am even exchanging and she informs me that I have to get a 2yr warranty to be able to exchange,and I said I don’t want a warranty bottom line they don’t stand behind their stuff,They lost a good customer at no time was I told I would have to pay for a 2 yr warranty in order to exchange until I was checking out.Communication is Key…Shame on y’all Harbor Frieght

I love this place, the employees are extremely friendly and helpful, and I just spent $39 for some demo tools I needed and the same stuff I priced from lowes and it would have set me back $93.40 . So yet again Thank you Harbor Freight !

This was by far the worst checkout experience at a harbor freight!!! The young man helping us was very helpful on the floor. However the young lady at checkout was not professional or courteous!

This is a good store. The people that work there are helpful and most go above and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for. Layout of the store is a little tight seeing as Harbor Freight has been expanding its line of items. Itd be nice if they would keep less items on the floor and more in the stockroom area. Still a good place to shop for well priced tools.

The employees here are right on time, always helpful and friendly.Has about every kind of tool there is,but the buyer has to be sharp some are not so good but others are great.For example,their $9 mini side grinder is great and the sawz all thats on sale all the time is very good also you just have to get good blades.Oh yeah they have the cleanest restrooms in Huntsville.

I love the pricing on just about everything from saw blades, grinding wheels, drill bits, ratchet straps, hand tools, sockets and wrenches. But not only is the pricing more than reasonable, and often half, if not more than half the price you’d get at a big box store, the quality is still there. It may not be quite top of the line, but for the price itrms definitely worth it. Their line of ChicagoPower tools are also very reasonable, and having owned a corded power drill and a corded power set of metal sheers, I can’t tell the difference in quality between their line and the big name tool manufacturers. As a professional contractor, Harbor Fright saves me money and gets me the tools I need to get the job done.

Harbor Freight is good for a tool girl. I can almost always find what I need at an affordable price. Its a chain store so your chances are really good something you used to get at another location is probably in stock. Ive bought a pretty good variety of stuff from Harbor Freight from a portable bug detector to pick proof locks. Go check it out.

Very hot inside had to leave instead shop. Then cashier was doing 4 things at once and if the item was on sale. Not unless u joined a club.

A brand new item out of the box. Doesnt work. Beyond 90 days of purchase(never used) the manager says Im out of luck should have bought the extended warranty. In other words if you buy from them you need to pay extra if you actually expect their products to work. Avoid this store and this chain at all costs. If not it will wind up costing you like it did me ( over $100).

The store brands at Hime Depot and Lowe’s easily beat the Harbor Freight tools.Long lines are this location all the time.I recommend here if you can’t find the tool anywhere else.
