The most unpleasant sales experience I’ve ever had. Ended up not going with this company because the salesman was so pushy and rude. I scheduled an estimate (thinking someone would come out and measure and give us a couple estimates to think over) and was not told that I would be expected to sit through a long presentation. I asked the salesman to wrap it up because we were trying to make dinner, and he ignored me. When he finally got to the estimate, he tried to pressure me to sign a contract right then and there, not accepting that I wanted to talk it over with my spouse. It took multiple (and ultimately stern) requests to get him to leave.

I paid half the money the day I agreed and the remainder was due after installation. The salesman said it will 6 to 8 week before we can get to it. Three days later they call and got an opening. That was my first red flag. Three guys showed up, the oldest about 20. Second red flag. When it rained I had Niagara falls. A second crew showed up and replaced 95% and added downspouts. They used white screws on brown gutters. When they spray painted then, they got brown paint all over the soffit. Bad company!!!!

On Jan. 28th We had Ultimate Gutter guard come to give us an estimate for new vinyl, gutters, shutters,soffits, facets, gable vent and window trim. The General manager and project manager came to show product, colors and measure. The general manager discussed the product, colors and quality with me and the project manager. She ( project manager) also measured the areas for the product. We received the estimate and decided to purchase the items. After a 7 month wait the product arrived and we scheduled the install. Well the general manager no longer worked there but the project manager showed up and she informed me that the general manager did not complete the estimate properly so I was not getting the new gable vent or shutters I had been expecting. She said she does the ordering but the form was not filled out completely so she did not order all the items that we had previously discussed because it was not wrote on the estimate. Well I could see she was not going to acknowledge any accountability for the order not being complete so I reached out to customer service to discuss my options since she was not willing to reorder the items without an additional charge. My other issue is they trimmed out all the windows but one? Who would do something that ridiculous when you changed colors? The customer service rep listen to my concerns pulled up the order form and said that all the items were on the order and the correct price. When she came back to my house on Wednesday instead of stating she made an error, she lied and said that she did not have access to the actual order form..well she is the person who places the orders so I know she had access to it. Now she is saying the gable vent is no longer available and the shutters she is not sure she can get the color it would be better if I just take black.. I am posting pictures of the disastrous job they did installing my vinyl, trim and gutters...I called and she did come and agree that the job is sub-par and also disclosed that the guys trimming out the windows do not do windows? It shows believe me it shows..I can tell you the lady was very rude during the time she was blaming the general manager for not completing the estimate and would accept no accountability for any of the errors. And then she just flat out lied. I would not recommend Ultimate Gutter Guards for gutters, vinyl or anything else they sell. I don’t think you want to deal with the current project manager because she is rude and she has issues with accepting accountability and the truth. I have pictures of all shoddy work they did, the entire job needs to be redone. Gutters are crooked, vinyl is cut short in places and does not fit under the trim, trim different widths touching each other and the gutters are not flush, and there is rotten would that was not replaced. They attempted to trim out 2 large windows and left the small one in between them with the old trim and it is a different color. Some of the poorest workmanship I have ever seen. I wish I could post the pictures...I do not recommend using this company.

It blows my mind how AWFUL this company is. We went through this company for gutters and they totally screwed us over. I can write a very long review about how shady Beth and other managers are, how the guys working on the house told us that it’s not a good company to work for, that MAYBE one person knows what they’re actually doing, and how they will tell you the leaks coming from your brand new gutters are because of your roof and there’s nothing they will do to help fix it even though you have video proof of the shoddy job they did but I don’t have the time. We have since removed these gutters and had regular ones installed and now have zero problems.

3 different individuals came to my home to give us an inspection and quote. Each time we were told they would bring us a free $25 gift card for our time. When the third individual came, he informed me that they don’t issue the gift cards stating they come from home office! He also wanted me to make a decision today. They quoted me $13,000 which is crazy!!!

I would give a zero if I could. The sales representative that came to our house on 10/10/20 was very rude and pushy to say the least. We made it clear we were getting an estimate ONLY. After he finally gave us the estimate he was insistent that he start the job that day. When we told him we would have to discuss things together he very rudely said “what’s there to discuss?” That happened several times. He even asked how much did we have to spend on it! He kept loudly saying “I’m ready to start today”. We had trouble getting him to leave as we told him we had things to do. He finally left and sat in his car for a while and then came back to the door. My husband told him he had errands to run. He got back in his car for a while and when my husband was trying to leave he got out of his car and followed him to his pick up insisting on further conversation. My husband had to MAKE him leave! We wouldn’t use this business if it were the only one in existence!! Charlene Graham

Ultimate Gutter Guard completed our window installation in a timely and professional manner. The new windows added to the appearance of our home. Gutter Guard management stayed in touch with us during the installation and demonstrated they wanted our experience with them to be a pleasant one. I highly recommend them.

Great gutter system. We had them install vinyl siding, replace wood rot, and cover exposed wood on the entire house. Great team. Professional job! Fair price.

We has an over all great experience with them. The salesman was friendly and courteous, as were the men who installed our gutters. The men were quick, efficient and did a wonderful job and took the care to be quieter around my babys nursery while she was sleeping. Great customer service and I would use them again!

This product is amazing. We have had ours for several months now and we are very happy with them. Our lot has many large Oak trees so cleaning the gutters has always been a big hassle. Now the leaves just go right over the edge with no problems. I recommend you consider these for your home, especially if you dont want to clean gutters again. The crew was very professional and courteous, and they cleaned up and removed all the old gutters.

First thing the salesman came to our house and presented with with a demo of the product. I had looked at several different options at home shows and on line. I was very pessimistic. The salesman assured me this product would work for me. He set up his display outside near my water faucet and I put leaves on it and ran a hi volume of water across it. I was pleased. We wanted 6 gutters ( like he used in demo) . The salesman recommend a color and we took his advice.Upon installation we realized that the color was horrible, and the wrong size. Called our local office and explained the issue to them. They were very helpful and easy to talk to. Reschedule the job for the next week and done a great job. Both sets of installers were very polite and respectful. I am very satisfied with the end result.

The work was top quality. We are very happy with the new vinyl and gutters. It has made a huge difference in the look of our home and has helped tremendously with some drainage problems we were experiencing. Highly recommended.

Needs some improvement. The in home quote process is extremely too long. Shouldn’t take 2 hours to get a price. The installers arrived after lunchtime and were finishing up when it was getting dark. Bottom part of downspouts are just slid on and not attached. Come off during heavy downpours. Downspout installed almost directly over a sprinkler head. Installers had not installed one of the downspouts until I questioned it.

After purchasing my home in Jan 2017 one of the first updates was to replace/add new gutters all around. I did some research and was pleased to have selected HSV Gutter Guard. The entire experience was very positive from meeting the sale rep, to reviewing changes with the office manager, then having questions and concerns addressed by the installation team. The follow up calls I received from staff in GA were excellent as I had a small issue come up during an extended period of rain we had; the problem was fixed promptly and to my complete satisfaction. I have been very pleased working with this company and feel this was a good investment for my home.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. They showed up late in an unmarked vehicle. They broke moulding around my windows and caulked it to fix. They left screws in my driveway. Broke pictures on my walls. Spilled water on my I pad. Stood on my daughters bed with dirty shoes. Did not encase the windows on the outside as agreed upon. We have gaps around the outside of the windows. If it rains it will rain in our walls. I have original 1960s flashing still on my new windows. They caulked 2 inch gaps around the windows instead of getting correctly fitting windows. Then they took the final payment without authorization. We had contacted them multiple times to let them know that we were not satisfied and needed some things fixed that they broke., instead of contacting us they illegally charged my credit card, without signature. Now they are completely avoiding us and Im having to take up credit card fraud because the last payment was not authorized. Nothing has been made right and no one will call us back. This company is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend to my enemy.

My experience with Ultimate Gutter Guard was positive, in that installation was professional and was completed on time. Since I have had the gutters installed, there have been no problems with drainage. I have lots of trees on my property and these gutters have saved me from having them cleaned again and again.

We had new gutters installed earlier this year...after several months and lots of leaves, were very happy with the effectiveness of our new system. We also really appreciated the professional (and quick!) installation process. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience! My husband had heard the Gutter Guard gutters were excellent, and we also wanted vinyl/aluminum covering for the soffits and door frames. After a high pressure sales pitch, he agreed to the premium price, convincing himself that you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, this was too good to be true. Ultimate Gutter Guard did not deliver the trained, professional, and efficient service they promised. The job was scheduled for 3-4 days and it took 10 days to complete, with the production manager finishing the gutter work himself. Workers arrived late or not at all and our yard was a disaster. There was minor damage to the grass and landscaping and the final cleanup was not as thorough as we had been promised. We had to supervise the work, call the company with numerous concerns and point out installation discrepancies in an attempt to get what we were sold. We were repeatedly given false/conflicting statements by the salesman, general manger, production manager and workman. At our insistence, they agreed to give us a small discount to avoid a complaint with the BBB. We wont be filing a formal complaint, but we would never recommend Ultimate Gutter Guard of Huntsville

My recent installation of the Gutter Guard System was outstanding. The work was done on time by a very professional crew. The product has exceeded expectations and I highly recommend the product to any home owner that wants to protect their investment.

The experience with our salesman, the Office Manager (Beth), and our installers was very satisfactory. Beth addressed an issue I had and the installers took the necessary time to do a great job.

Well let’s just first off I was called 14 times over the weekend to confirm the 5 P.M. appointment for today Monday October 14th.Well the time came and passed without anyone showing up or anyone calling. Needless to say we will be using a different company and hopefully one that can at least keep an appointment.I can’t imagine if they had been installed and we had a problem. I’m thinking if they would ditch a paying customer they would surely not be eager to fix a problem.

Do not use!! It has been a horrible experience. We had gutters installed in February it is now September and gutters are still not working properly. Called multiple times with problems and was rescheduled 4 different times. I am paying 300 dollars a month with nothing to show for it. They finally came back out 2 weeks ago and still not working properly. This has been a totally horrible experience and I hope no one else makes this mistake.

Terrible experience. We had sales team come in, deliver their promises of quality. The installation team took months to finally get around to our house. The product itself seemed okay, but the installation team took 2 weeks to do a job scheduled for a few days. They mentioned looking in Garage windows and in an outside storage area. The installation was sloppy, and when I complained about some of the issues they started to push back, saying theyd spent so long on the job that they needed to get it signed off to get paid. A few months later a piece was falling off, and I called. They sent someone out to fix it, but I think they just reattached it to the fascia board that should have been replaced on the initial installation. Now that section is falling again, and Im having to go through the hassle of getting them to repair the work I paid a premium price for. I will never use their services again.EDIT: After multiple issues that they have come out and fixed now they wont return calls, and our soffit has starting falling off of the front of our house now. The service department will not answer their phones and never return calls.

We never even think about our gutters now. They work great, and we havent had any issues. Installers were professional and fast.

We ended up not going with Gutter Guard but it’s not because of the product. I really hate a long sales pitch and a pressure to sign. “The moment I leave the price goes up and you lose all the discounts I just promised you.” I personally don’t care about the founder and how great everyone else says they are. I can do my own research if I want to know that kind of stuff. For the price they sell their product for (2/3 more than anyone else) you shouldn’t need the pitch. All the best work I’ve ever had done has come word of mouth. I avoided this company on that alone. Champion Is exactly the same way too.

Love our gutters! My husband hates to get up on the ladder to clean out our old ones so these are great! Keeps out the leaves from our trees and we no longer have to worry! They look great!

My husband and I are working professionals. Because of this we divide and conquer on household tasks. My husband, in charge of the gutter fix, called this company to set an appointment and get a quote. However, when he made the appointment, they said we both had to be there. This would mean we would both have to take time off work, which is very straining on us, just to get a quote. My husband and I had already agreed on what we wanted and needed. We both didnt need to be there. However, even after my husband explained our situation, they still REFUSED service. Needless to say, we are taking are business elsewhere and saving our Personal Time at work....

Gutter Guard rep stop by residence whili in neighborhood. Now we have protection from down pouring water. We really needed gutters. Everything went smoothly from the first contact.

A representative at Sams Club set up an appointment for the next day. The gentleman who showed up didnt know insulation so he said that someone else in installation would need to be brought in. Four days later I was called and they set up an appointment for an insulation installation specialist. He was a no-show. I called in and was told that my husband needed to be there. Their rep at Sams Club had never mentioned that so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager rescheduled for the next day. They were a no-show the second day. I called in and explained that I was the decision maker, so they scheduled to come out the next day. They were a no-show the third day. When I called in, the rep I talked to had inaccurate notes, saying I had cancelled. She then hung up on me. Dont use these folks, they like to strong arm people.

Set up an appointment for an estimate for a roof replacement. Did not show up at the set time. No call after they said they would. Gave them a second chance and they were a no show. Called the office and was told they were 3 months behide on roofs and wernt giving any more estimates. This was after a few calls to get the estimate set up. VERY DISAPOINTED!

Receptionist called to scedule an estimate, and interrupted me multiple times. Would not scedule an estimate unless both me amd my wife were present. Struck me as a very unprofessional and shady company.
