This was my second time hiring Muscled Up Movers and they did not disappoint! I recently bought a new sectional that weighs a ton. The delivery guys had a hard time bringing it upstairs in my apartment. The team from Muscles Up Movers handled it like pros and didnt even look like they broke a sweat. They were a great crew and were cautious with everything. My entire move was completed in 4 hours. I will be sure to use them for all of my moving needs.

We have been very pleased with Muscled Up Movers. I changed my moving date 5 times. Each time they were accommodating. MUM did a great job on a whole house move for us. Avery was a fantastic team lead, explaining everything while keeping the team organized. Tyler, Rob, and Ricky were hustling the entire time. They were respectful to us and took good care of our goods. Marquis helped us with booking and was very helpful explaining the pricing. We chose to add extra wrapping to some items. It was a fair price. We will definitely use them again if we have another move.

Overall, great experience! First, by far they have the best rate available. Other quotes were well over 10K, and they were significantly lower. I won’t use names, but my move coordinator was great with me as a consumer, she stayed in contact with me and made sure I thought of everything when it comes to my move.I had a company on the other side pack me up and let’s just say I regret not having Muscled Up Movers do the entire thing. As for the unpacking, the day of my move the team was suppose to be at my house at 9A.M. They were were about 40min late. I do believe they delayed on purpose to let the rain stop, which I felt was a good plan, if in fact that is why they were late.Once they arrived, I had pre discussed with my move coordinator that the moving truck will not go up my drive way. The team, wanted to try anyway, because they didn’t want to use the ramp off the truck for safety reasons (Also my stuff is very heavy and they knew it). So another 30-40min wasted (keep in mind we pay per hour). Here is where the worst thing that happened, and it’s something people will want to know about a company and how they treat their employees. (Keep in mind it’s a business)The team lead had a total of three men and one woman, and had called back and asked for more help because of the rain and fear that a several of our items were heavy and he might need another man to lift really heavy items (btw..he was right). How ever he told me that more help was coming but on the company time. A few minutes later my move coordinator called and has checking on things because she heard about the request. She talked to me about a price increase and I talked to her about what the team lead stated that no charge. It was then advised to me that the team lead does not have the authority to make that call. We then had a conference call with team lead, move coordinator and myself. He addressed his concerns with her and her option was to change out the one female with another male, but the team lead did not want to do that to his team, as she would not have been paid. So he was stuck with a tough decision. After some discussion with my wife I agreed to pay more for an extra body as I felt it was safer for my belongings as well as for the team unloading. (Again, it’s a business and the move coordinator was doing her job, I just feel that the personnel behind the desk and not unloading the truck need to listen to the concerns of their staff)!Overall, the entire experience was great and I wish I had called them sooner with the entire process! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who ask!

First of all, every single picture you have as your evidence is wax from wax burners that got spilled recently or PAINT FROM A 7 YEAR OLD doing crafts! I will absolutely be reporting your company to the BBB and commenting on yelp and all other information sites.Your Muscled Up men broke several of my pieces of furniture of which I was willing to forgive UNTIL they pretended to be going back to finish the job and asked to go ahead get a tip then said Marquis had called them for something else and they had to go and couldnt finish up.Your threats do not scare me. I have all the evidence of furniture broken of which one piece was from my deceased mother and has made it through 3 moves until your men got ahold of it.You show me one single picture of feces or pet vomit!! The one little speck of something in one of the pictures you provided IS NOT EVEN MY RESIDENCE!!!!I will be contacting my own attorney about your threat and the damage and slander.

We couldnt be happier with the service we received from MUM. We only needed them to load the U Haul as we were moving my mother to Assisted Living (which is a minimum time/manpower job). They arrived much earlier in the day and had the job done in just over an hour - which allowed us to get on the road quicker and finish up sooner. I had an excellent experience with Muscled Up Movers. My sales rep, Marqueese, was thorough, listened and communicated well, and is an asset to the business. ALL were polite, professional and respectful. They worked efficiently and made every effort to make sure I was happy. Avoid these scam artists!They sent a foul mouthed bully as team leader to our home (later demoted). They caused damaged to our items and the walls and trim of our brand new home.Management had a poor attitude and response to our concerns - it took several requests to even get someone on the phone.They quoted 4hrs for a job with 4 men and it took 2.5hrs longer than expected with them milking the clock for a big tip.2 of the guys disappeared for over an hour mid job, leaving me to move many of my items myself.After discussing with management - they called us thieves for paying what we were charged by the dishonest employees! “The company was robbed on the invoice”.Would not recommend at all.Stay away from the lure of a cheaper quote to gouge you for more money later.Hire a professional company that will handle your items with care and do a quality job with great customer service!Completely unprofessional with little care for your items or home.Muscled Up Movers is garbage.

I could not have had a better experience! Just got divorced and had to put all my stuff in storage today. Three very polite and professional guys from Muscled Up Movers came to help me with moving a very large executive desk from the work office to the home office. Start to finish they were super polite, friendly and fast too. Nathaniel McClendon, Napoleon Scott and especially Cameron Harris. Cameron said that his morning workout time has made him a better mover. He told me that he does his cardio workouts and strength workouts regularly and that it has made him much better at his job. I have used this mover twice now and they have been great both times. I moved on 9/25/2021. They called me about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were gassing up the truck were on their way. Upon arrival I met my 3 man team. They went over logistics and paperwork and promptly started moving items out. All 3 were very friendly and had great attitudes. They literally didnt want us to have to lift a finger. My team consisted of Team Lead, Wadell, then the 2 movers were Jaylee and Marcus. They treated my things as if they were their things and were very careful. They went above and beyond and even showed me how to put my own sectional back together correctly.I would highly recommend Muscled Up Movers.I aint no spring chicken anymore and moving is hard enough. They took the move with stride and had a good time doing it. Definitely will be using them again if/when I move.

Desmond, Pat and Marquise were amazing! They showed up on time, they got right to work and they dealt with issues that we had professionally and effortlessly. Desmond did an amazing job packing the truck and we actually had a good time during the moving process. Everything was moved safely, no issues with broken or damaged property and the guys finished pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Marquise, Arlen and Jakhaun went above and beyond to help us move. By hand they moved all of our furniture down a long and incredibly steep driveway. Great team of guys, very professional.

The driver badly scratched the driveway of our NEW house. I paid for 4 movers but there were stretches of time where only two of them were working. It took a whopping five hours and 40 minutes just to LOAD our 2200 sq ft house. One or two of them left their trash behind. One plus I’ll give them… they were good with my five year-old son. In summary, I just can’t recommend them to others, not after our experience.

Very good moving experience, the crew was prompt and on time and loaded and uploaded my furniture quickly!! I highly recommend them and will use them again!! They made my move a good experience!!

The movers did a great job, but the scheduler was so unprofessional after the move. They called and said we owed more money after our final check was given to the movers. She denied hourly rate she originally quoted me (which was also on the invoice that I signed after the move) and said I needed to pay the difference in the “new” hourly rate. I asked for an invoice and she said she didn’t have it. I told her I’d be happy to pay if I owed something as long as I saw what the extra charge was. She said she would get back to me and then proceeded charged my credit card for the extra charge without my authorization. I’m having to dispute the charges and file for fraud.Edit: The documentation sent said $200 per hour and the one I signed and was quoted was for $190 per hour and I have that documentation. You are missing the point. It is ILLEGAL to charge someone’s credit card without authorization. It’s all about principal- you cannot increase a rate after the business transaction has been completed.

Wadell and Tyler were fantastic. They got me out of my old place in no time and took care of my stuff as though it was their own. They asked before moving anything fragile, and eased my anxiety for what certainly was a rushed move by my standards. Moving is one of the most stressful routine things that all of us have to go through, but because of Wadell and Tyler today, this was the most painless move Ive ever had to make. I will absolutely be using Muscled Up Movers again for my next move and will request those two by name.

I had a great experience using Muscled Up Movers this month. Marquise was super helpful, and made sure I knew everything I needed to coming up to the day. He was great, even when I had to call in and reschedule a couple of times. The crew was fantastic. Cameren, Galeel, and David did an AWESOME job moving my HEAVY furniture. They were very friendly, professional and worked quickly.We packed ourselves, and our boxes made it through in good shape. Nothing was broken. They wrapped all of the furniture I was concerned about in moving blankets, and everything came out in the same shape it went in. My apartment had narrow doorways that were hard to navigate with our larger furniture.I definitely recommend them. They were the most competitively priced when I was looking, and arent hesitant to move really heavy things. Their heavy item fee is the lowest I found in the area.

Fantastic customer service from booking (and I needed to change dates) to pickup and delivery. Team was professional, friendly, and hard working. Movers quickly loaded and unloaded the truck while ensuring all items were safely protected and secured. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again if I need to move.

Almost 3 hours late. Double booked with 2 trucks showing up. Horrible communication. No protection for furniture getting scratched. Dropped boxes and tried to play it off. Price was fair but you get what you pay for. Would not recommend as a first choice. Wont be using again.

An absolute professional company. From making the appointment to getting the estimate to finalizing payment, Muscle Up Movers greatly exceeded my expectations and knocked it out of the park! This company knows how to communicate! Just getting a call back from a company now-a-days seems to be a task but not with Muscle Up Movers. Phone calls, emails, texts, and so on they use it all. Marquise estimated our local move and was the manager of the effort. I obtained estimates from other local companies but none were as detailed nor as accurate as Marquises was - and his estimate wound up being spot on and very affordable. On move day our move team called 15 or so out as they were on their way. Showed up on time - looked through things and developed the move plan with us. Travis was the on site lead with Chad, Jacob, Ammerrah and Juster as the move team. Cant say enough good about these guys. They were attentive to our belongings as well as to our home and very courteous and professional. In a word: Synergy; these guys make a great, well functioning team. From the initial communication to the planning and then the execution, Muscle Up Movers is a great company & one that other companies should hope to be as good as.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Muscled Up Movers yesterday. Not only were the movers punctual, they were at our doorstep 5 minutes early. Wadell, Nathan, and Darias took great care when handling our things. They were transparent about all company policies from the beginning and there were no surprises when payment was due. They worked quickly but never rushed, especially when moving delicate items. They had all of our belongings loaded, moved, and unloaded at our destination within the estimated timeframe. In addition, they went above and beyond in multiple ways and exceeded our expectations. We can tell that this company takes great pride in providing excellent service to our community, while also taking great care of their employees. We can’t wait to use this team again at Muscled Up Movers!

It is best to supervise shoring and disassembly of furniture for proper use of tools, and using all space like tetris. I had 2 pods loaded and both done differently. Where one was stacked to top the other was not. Where one was shored properly, the other was not. Ill will have to recheck one of the pods prior to shipment. One rating wouldnt do the teams justice. Each person specialized in something and did well at it. 2 workers requested tips which caught me off guard.

This is a terrible experience with Muscled Up. Alex Flores is the least compassionate, mechanical person I have ever encountered while moving. Ironically, this was my second move with them and the first experience was very smooth. The movers arrived late with issues with the truck, the crew lied about the amount of time that they took on their break, start and finish time, which resulted in us paying a total of $871 for a move less than 15 minutes down the road into a storage unit. When trying to resolve the situation Alex was completely disrespectful and eager to end the call without listening to the concerns. It was implied that I was lying about the situation and it is very clear that our money wasnt a factor for him at all. If you book this service and happen to get Kendalls crew good luck. They were more interested in trying to get a side gig of $100 to haul off our trash than be truthful about the job they were indeed hired to do. I would not recommend this service to anyone. And, hopefully I can find another contact that understands customer service concerns and can listen to the people that have paid for services. Somehow Alex has in his mind that I actually owe him something and if nothing at all, I as a paying customer, deserve to be heard, receive a truthful and detailed account of what and why I am being charged. It is his/Muscled Ups obligation to take every compliant into consideration and to address it professionally both with the customer and employees. It says even more about the company that all this happened in the midst of a pandemic. Speaking of which there are absolutely NO COVID-19 protocols with this company, if that is a concern of yours. No masks, no distance, no professionalism, and no courtesy.

Adam and Holden were very professional and great to work with. They were on time and called 20 minutes before arriving. I had multiple heavy pieces of furniture that needed to be moved up a flight of stairs, and they were awesome. Neither the furniture nor my walls were was scratched or dented during the move. They worked at a good pace and didnt drag anything out since I was paying by the hour, which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again!

I was very impressed with the crew they sent me. Kiara Burns, Decabriel Steel, Christopher McDowell, Wydelll Ragland, and Ricky were just the crew I needed. I informed them of the many medical issues I have been dealing with and they had a no problem, we will take care of you attitude. Every crew member payed close attention to the box labels and everything box labeled medical was brought to my wife or I for specific care. This close attention to detail ensured all of my specific transplant medications were within my reach at the time I needed them. Btw, no one had to ever remind them. The crew was well mannered, polite, and respectful and that is not common in these days. Overall, great job!!!

Although I do not like that my piano was damaged, my biggest frustration was being asked for a tip knowing that my piano was damaged. I truly appreciate the effort that you as a business are making to get my piano repaired and for apologizing for the mistakes of your movers. Those specific movers may need training specific to moving baby grand pianos.

I had the pleasure of having Jay and Marcus move our items from one storage, one house, to another storage unit - with an unexpected pit stop. From the beginning - they were kind, polite and engaging. Highly recommend these guys for your move. Desmond and Justin were fantastic. Had a great attitude and work ethic. Desmond was extremely professional in every way. I hope MM pays these guys well. They deserve every penny. I worked for a moving company years ago and these guy do it right. They were on time and very punctual. Not one item damaged or anything. My offload location was a brutal location as far as logistics with many stairwells. They never once complained or let up. Desmond and Justin were true professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed to move a 1200 lb safe from the back of a box truck (that didnt have a ramp or lift-gate) into my garage. Jordan, Desmond, and Adam showed up on time and with all the equipment needed to move this monster! I was absolutely impressed by their strength when two of them picked it up and walked it around!!! These guys had the bulk and brains to get the job done right. I cant recommend them enough!

Just completed our 2nd.move with Muscled Up Movers. Stellar experience for our family, as we have come to expect with this company.Cameron, Caleb, Jaleel, and Jaylee were outstanding. It was good to work with such positive, strong young men who were constantly encouraging each other.If you are moving items into a storage unit, be sure you request Cameron and Caleb. They work brilliantly together to make the space work and ensure no damage.occurs. They also have a grand sense of humor. If you will have kids around, be sure to request Jaleel. He took little moments to help entertain my 5 year darling boy. Little things make a difference in stressful times, like moving. Previous move with them two years ago went very well, but this move was a bit sloppy. Several pieces of furniture were delivered dirty and chipped, even though we paid for furniture to be wrapped for protection. The movers were nice, but I think they were more motivated to move us quickly rather than carefully.

I was a bit disappointed with the fact that although there was a miscommunication about packing supplies I supplied the tape to finish up the packing. I also supplied tools to disassemble bed etc. other than that everything else was great. The guys, Arthur and Smyly were very accommodating and friendly.

5+Jay Nolan Deavin and Jeff were by far the best moving crew I have ever had. Nothing broken, very respectful and professional. I had some difficult items and they handled them perfectly. I would recommend this crew and muscled up movers to my friends

Adam and Caleb came by to move a large (300#) and fragile piece of furniture from my entryway into a room upstairs. It was difficult maneuvering up stairs, around corners and through doorways.They were on-time (early), fast, friendly, efficient, professional.They deserve kudos.Otherwise, the price was average for a minimum charge for 20 minutes work.

The 2 men that helped me did a fantastic job. They were very professional and pleasant to be around. I would definitely use the company again and recommend them to anyone that needed to move.

Excellent service! Chad, Wade, and Jovante did a great job in helping our family move into our first home. They carefully placed all furniture items and treated them with care. Marquise Beene was also very understanding and helpful with organizing all logistics for the move. Worked with me every step of the way. Highly recommend. I was moving to Ireland and they went above and beyond to make sure my stuff was loaded properly for the freight container, even when I wasnt able to be present.

The movers themselves were super super great. Very nice, texted when they were on the way, extremely professional, very careful with the items. A+++ guys, would hire THEM again in a heartbeat. Communication when scheduling the move, however, failed significantly. Despite having in writing the two pianos, they didnt know there was another piano. Despite having two drop off locations in the work order, we never discussed a third location. Clearly the person that does the estimates didnt listen closely. I specifically remember reading out the address of the third location, that it was only about 5 minutes down the road from the second, saying that it is also a new build so it wouldnt have a street-view on google maps, that I didnt know off the top of my head if it was flat or had stairs, and that this piano was not an upright player like the first one was, (in summary, having a whole dang conversation about the second part of the move), he evidently did not write any of that down and argued with me about it. So my move was not completed. In summary, if you need a quote, do it all in writing (which youll have to do via email because the contact form on their website doesnt work).

These guys did an awesome job moving us. They were courteous friendly and professional. For them to move a piano was no big deal at all, proving muscled up movers is not just a name. I would use them again without hesitation.

The first time we used them 5 years ago, they were great. We had 3 guy and had a bigger move and it went with no hiccups with a less than 5 hrs quote. This time it was a smaller Move. Avery the team lead was great, professional and was great. His help was a complete mess and cost us atleast 2 hrs. He would disappear several times. He had some girl show up at our house without permission and he got in her car for about 15-20 mins and left Avery by himself. He would hide in our bathrooms and kept going Into one where we was keeping our Cat and we told them not to go in there. Several times the team lead would ask us where his partner was and he was missing. If we had 2 Averys then it would have taken 4 hrs instead of 7. Russ then gets to New house and again asked to use bathroom. But this time there was no tp in the bathroom and he never asked for some or anything but he stayed in there for 5 mins. What he was doing I have no idea?. Point Is if I could rate each mover Avery would get 5 stars and Russell would get 0. He made excuses to not work. He claimed he broke his foot. Then claimed he broke his toe. He started limping around but it was funny when he would walk out of the house the limp would go away. Russell was friendly but that was it. I still recommend them, but russ made the move a nightmare

I had Muscled Up Movers move a 5 person hot tub that weighed over 1000lbs. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. All the guys were great and did a terrific job.

I could not have asked for better service than I received from Barrett, Pat, and Marquis. They were conscientious, hard working, and kind.

Movers arrived to the job late, several items were damaged during the move, the movers were tipped and the invoice at the agreed upon hourly rate was paid. Several days later a woman by the name of Kristin called multiple times and said money was owed because the ‘incorrect invoice’ was paid. No updated invoice was sent and a credit card on file was charged without consent. After reaching out and asking to speak to someone the branch manager took the call and offered up nothing other than to send the ‘new invoice’. We even have the original invoice with the agreed upon rate which they then denied ever quoting us. I await the snarky reply from the owner defending his poor business practices.

Made my move so much easier! Jay and Avery were really great and were able to move some tricky items out of our small apartment. They were also super nice and efficient throughout the move. Would totally use these guys again for a move in the future!

Let me beginning by saying I am torn on how to rate my experience. The movers were very polite and work really hard. Let me back up for a minute the weather was rainy and messy. They did everything they could to protect the flooring and items moved. However my leather couch still got wet, praying it is NOT ruined. My biggest complaint was the timeframe and condition of one item that was my mattress. Yes it is a very heavy item, top of the line. Retails right at $4000. They had an extremely hard time moving it and ended up ripping the bottom section where the foam us. I do plan on filing a claim because of the cost of the item. I can not say my whole experience was bad maybe additional training. Thank you

Jeb and Carter were awesome through and through! Our transition into our new home was flawless thanks to them. No hiccups at all. We just moved in, but were already thinking about how we can or will use this company again. Solid 10 out of 10 👍🏾

It was good to a certain extent. I should have used Two Men and A Truck because when I used them some years ago nothing was broken or came up missing. Just use your mind on this one. They would not reimburse me because of small print that I never saw. Heads up, if you use this company please make sure you watch your things closely. Im just saying.
