I rented a storage unit from this place a couple days before this company bought the place at an astronomical price but with a free month, which was fine since I only needed it for 2 months.today I get a call saying I need to pay for the second month because the new owners will not honor any previous contracts.well needless to say I got the free month and Im getting my stuff out of there as I have found a few storage units that rent10 x 20 foot units for 99 dollars . look aroundIs to

After a few months as a customer, the hidden fees in the contract started showing up.The only explanation has been, “the price is based on market value” which is 100% bs; if you check other similar storage units around town, you can find much less expensive options for the same size and features.This organization simply doesn’t care about its customers.
