Mitchel provides excitement service, the property is always clean and organized and he is always super friendly, I would give him 10 stars if I could!

The best part is that the app allows me to open the gate without leaving my car. It seems silly to me that if you empty your unit early there is no benefit of a prorated refund. Its their discretion and their rules but Im still entitled to my opinion. Im happy to let my unit sit empty. Ill keep the lock on and hand over the keys 5 minutes before closing time at the end of the month.

We have used this Public Storage on Drake Avenue for 15 plus years and have been very pleased with all the office personnel, Especially Robin. She has always been very kind and helpful. She keeps us updated and aware of any news we need to know. Besides that, she is a warm and caring person. Always helpful with any questions we may have. My mom, Mrs. Landrum, started renting a unit not long after it opened and we kept her things in storage for a while even after her death in 2012. So our family has been a part of this family for a while. Thanks for all you do.

The property manager is amazing she so sweet and helpful. Really enjoying renting from her. I called and communicated with her because I didn’t pull enough money out the bank so I was trying to see if I could make my payment tomorrow and she was really understanding and willing to let me do that. Good place to store your things

I’ve never had any problems here. And Robin is extremely welcoming and friendly, and you can tell she likes her job and life. This is one of the best storage units we’ve rented.

Great location and staff. Robin is super sweet and nice! Units are clean and secure. You need a code to get in. If you have a problem with making your payment, COMMUNICATE with them before you get too far behind. They will work with you to the best of their ability if you let them know. My experience with them and their customer service has been superb.

Nice people high prices

Constant price increases, like 15% every 8 months, mean what might be initially modest rates, can over time, become very expensive. Good location, for me and outstanding customer service, thanks to Robin, meant a lot, but when my rental went from $55 to $135 per month for a non climate controlled 10x10 unit, I was forced to move. Went to a brand new climate controlled unit across town, but next to my job, for $50. Best part, no rate increases in over 2 years. BTW Public Storage in a decent stock purchase, because for one thing, they make a ton of money. Invest $4,000 and its like free rent.

Expect unexpected cost when you first go in to rent. There was 2 or 3 items I was not told would cost when I called. It was supposed to be $55. for the unit & $10. for gate code. It ended up costing $129. I was pushed time wise that day or Id choose a different place. Because I ask very specific questions on the phone prior to going, so yes I was shocked & upset.

I have used several storage facilities in the past. The Drake Ave. Public Storage has the best customer service by far. Robin is always pleasant and helpful. The grounds are well maintained. I would highly recommend you contact Robin if you should have need of a storage unit. She will get you into the right size for your needs and be able to find you the best rate in town.

Had a unit here for around 3 years and wasnt at all impressed. The grounds night be clean but the storage units arent. The amount of bugs that can get in is very nasty including a lot of spiders. Before we left we found a different storage facility that has air conditioning as well as bug control for the same exact price as public storage.Not a great experiance but fine in a pinch.

She has the best customer service and even better smile. she is willing to go the extra mile to help her customers where other people would just let them fend for themselves. THIS IS THE BEST STORAGE UNITS TO GO TO. MRS ROBIN IS GREAT, SHE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SHE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. THE LOT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL GUARDED. THE PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN SOME OTHER PLACES BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT TO KNOW YOUR BELONGINGS ARE SAFE AND SECURE. THIS ONE IN PARTICULARE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND IT IS VERY EASY TO ACCESS. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS STORAGE UNIT IS MRS ROBIN. SHE IS ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING AND SHE HAS THE BEST STORIES.
