My son had gotten his hair cut for school and it looks terrible he gots a couple small bald spots in the back and his hair is cut uneven on top and in the middle ...we will not be back at this salon we will stick to our original one

The lady that did my hair did a horrible job on the haircut. she framed my face and didnt ask me how I wore my hair and she ended up doing it at a weird angle and I can barely fit into a ponytail and she also did it wayyy shorter than I asked, I had very nice long hair and now its up to my shoulders which looks very very weird on me. my hair color is very uneven aswell and it doesnt blend well considering I asked for a very simple baylage and she did it very uneven. very disappointed with the blonde lady in the corner. get some more training. the lady was the one without the blue hair

I payed to get my girlfriends hair done for her birthday just like last year she wanted it Cut and dyed blonde and gray just like she got last year we sat and waited and her hair came out orange we had Hannah do it save your money dont go to JC pennies I don’t know if they’re under new management but Hannah needs to go back to school!!!

Tianna was AMAZING!!! she fixed my horrible mess of balayage that another girl from a different place did and gave me exactly what I wanted. It took a long time but of course it did! I have long long, thick hairamd she did color correction and ash blonde/brown balayage through my whole head. It was a wonderful experience and Ill be going back

Deborah recently did my hair and it was the worst hair cut experience I’ve had. Her brushing and yanking on my hair was so painful. I can get over that, but she didn’t take time to let me finish telling her what I wanted and cut me off when I tried to show her a picture and just started cutting. I hate the end product and am going somewhere else to get it fixed. The good thing about this salon is how quickly they can get you in, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars.

Just went in to get my bangs trimmed and they were very un-even. Had to go home and fix them myself. The lady that did them needs to go back to school or needs more training.

Took my 4 year old here. The girl was very timid and very shaky, took an hour and his hair looks awful. I know a 4 year old can move alot but he did very well and only moved a couple of times even sitting for an hour. She forgot to trim the neck and ears so there is long pieces hanging down, just a terrible job. Will not return.

They kinda charge alot and I dont see why if your only asking for a trim. $27.00 ...

I spent 6 hours in the salon and still had minimal hairlights

$40.00 for a lot of hair pulling and a mediocre haircut. Do not go here.
