I had a great time shopping at Sephora today! VERY friendly employees and a good selection of high end makeup, skin, and hair care products. I wish they had MAC and Pat McGrath in store, but the Sephora website surely does! Ill definitely be back soon!

I will always recommend Sephora to anyone! They have great customer service and knowledge. Kim was great! When I needed help or had questions Kim assisted me any which way possible which I appreciated. Shes very upbeat and kind! The staff is always on point with good to know information on all their new and current products. I love their products and atmosphere! The associates there are wonderful!

I like this store, they dont ask you every 10 minutes if you need help, or treat you as though you know nothing about makeup. But what I didnt like.. was the limited number of products available. I also didnt like the fact that when I was looking for a product online, it said that it wasnt in stock, but when I went into the store it was actually there. Otherwise, the line was quick and the associates are friendly!

Tried to return some items. Kim was extremely rude. Told my wife I had to be there for the return. We live a 40 miles away from the store. Went in again to return it and again was extremely rude to myself and my wife. The store manager said it was ok to return it but Kim continues to tell the manager not to return the items. Will not be going to this store as customer service is awful. Even though they did the return they still shorted us $10 from original receipt.

Service has went down horribly. Use to drive the 45 minutes just to come. Today was just awful. Not busy at all, two employees and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood around for 20 minutes, left and came back and still stood for another 20 minutes. They made eye contact but kept chatting away. I had several items I wanted too. Too my business else where. I will never return.

Came excited to find a new foundation that would work for my skin, wandered for 25 minutes without any help, others came in who were obviously wealthy, and the associates were quick to be right there to help them. I guess your not worth the time unless you look rich 🙃 ten outta ten, would not recommend.

I’m not a typical one star reviewer - but I wouldn’t feel right about not letting people know this store is a waste of time. Sephora is generally a great place to find gifts and try/sample new things. This store doesn’t have anything in stock - the testers are absolutely disgusting/rancid and I feel very underwhelmed by the selection. The employees seem to be doing their best - knowing that they have very little to work with is (I’m sure) hard for them to make sales/be excited. My problem isn’t with the sales people but the store and selection itself. I’m sure if a Sephora executive came in here they’d blow a gasket.

Didnt have ANY of the black Friday deals at the store and the associates didnt really care about it. We are too small so they dont send us anything so oh well thats the response. .... disappointed for sure I will never shop there again.

Always able to find what Im looking for. For the most part the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my favorite beauty store in the area. I feel welcome in the store and thats what I love about Sephora.

Walked in to Sephora at 3:15 on 11/27/2019 to spend my $100 gift card. There was at least 4 ladies working at the time and not a single person offered to help me and when I asked if they could ring up my other JC Penney purchases she stammered and said they didn’t have any coupons. I shopped for about 10 minutes and the longer they ignored me and my mom the more infuriated I became. So, I put back my NARS concealer and Benefit mascara and decided to spend my $100 gift card at a different store. Shame on you for not giving any effort to your job!

I love Sephora, unlike Ulta I always find the employees friendly and very helpful. Elizabeth is my favorite employee she is the reason I will go back she always helps me find items within my budget and is very patient with me. Will always go there for my cosmetics and skin care needs because of Elizabeth. She makes me feel like a friend.

Pretty decent selection (obviously not as good as a full size stand alone Sephora, but the shelves are always well stocked). The staff is mostly friendly, but it can be hard to find someone to help you because they are usually pretty understaffed. I would recommend this 10 times over the Idaho Falls Ulta if youre shopping for the same products at both stores.

I’ve never had a good experience going to this store, but I still go because it’s the closet Sephora to me. The employees are extremely incompetent, rude, and racist. If I’m greeted or asked if I need help, it’s from the guy or a POC employee. Every time I go in the older white ladies will literally ignore me and walk past me to help other customers. If they talk to me, it’s because I have my 7 month old with me and they try to get in her face.Recently they didn’t have my shade of foundation, so the employee ordered it online and said it would be shipped to my home within 2 days. Then I get an email from JCPenny saying the shipping date is April 29th. So I go back to the store to see if it can be cancelled so I can reorder on the app, and the older white lady kept talking over me and acted like nothing was wrong. She said it takes 5-7 business days to process and then another 5-7 business days to ship, she can’t do anything and to call some number to figure out if it’s shipped yet, even though the email said it would be shipped the 29th.If you don’t mind online shopping/know what you want, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Honestly I dont shop here often and I remember why! Ive been coming in regularly to find certain products, and each time I went in the associates where just underwhelming unhelpful. A little customer service couldve gone a long ways! Instead of having me come in every few days as they say more products should be in, I always left empty handed and a little peeved. I would have loved it if the employees valued my time and even offer to call me when they got the items in?Oh and thanks for telling me I couldnt use my Sephora gift card online, that wasnt a flat out lie... Thanks for wasting 3 weeks of my time when I couldve gotten it much sooner online if I wasnt told the wrong info.Better work on your tactics or ULTA might run ya out! Very displeased.

I am an avid shopper of Sephora...in several states. The one in Idaho Falls is So So bad. All of their samples are like little girls went thru with yucky fingers and had a play party. Most samples if not ruined...are missing, there is no security, I actually had to seek out the employee who was hiding behind the desk on her phone doing nothing. It was disgusting and no place I would ever return to to purchase make up! Walmart is a much better place than this Sephora! Yuck!

I purchased a Jane Nars lipstick and a Double Dare KatVon D lipstick but when I opened them up, I got a Loreal’s lipstick in the Nars one which has been a horrible experience. I got so frustrated so ended up returning both of them to the store. Would never come back.
