Love this store so many candles. Best 3 wick candles in town. A little pricey but they always have deals. Clean and friendly service. Sherry was very helpful and took care of all my questions.

Employees are super helpful and kind, theyve got a great variety of scents. Most employees are fairly knowledgeable about what they have on hand, where things are, and what scents are best or favorites!

Love this store. Have tries everything they offer and have not been dissappointed yet. Long lasting smells Foaming hand soaps are the best.

We have been quite a few times over the years and have had both positive and negative experiences.The item quality is unbeatable. Prices are mid ranged and the store is quite large. All perks.Seasonal items are typically available online before they are in store making the drive down from Rexburg not worth it just to go here. We will typically only drop in when we are already in town.I have found the ladies in the front to greet you and on the cashier are typically super friendly but other workers towards the back of the store tend to not be as kind or helpful. This isnt always the case but it has been the case on enough interactions that I feel its worth noting-I feel this must be intentionally but based on a few particularly snippy interactions I try to only ask for help from those in the front or try to find for myself when they arent available.We wont stop going but again, not worth the drive for this location alone.

I love this specific bath and body works store, they’re always are so helpful and sweet . My daughter is a favorite customer in there (she’s 4) and always loves to come in and say hi to all her bath and body works friends. I appreciate the customer see

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would have given them 5 stars but this last visit was disappointing as far as selection. It might have been because they were running several sales ( wallflowers,hand soap, candles etc) but the selection seemed sparse and they were out of a few scents where as normally the shelves are very well staffed

You know how a certain soap you bring home smells good for a while and then you get tired of it? There are so many soaps and perfumes here that smell so nice, I never get tired of them! If you pick carefully, youll find some excellent scents for every season. Also, the sales are to die for!

A good spot for nice smelling products, if you can stand the miasma of scents engulfing the entire store. Its very difficult to stay longer than a few minutes without getting dizzy, but some of their products are actually worth wading through the nose numbing bouquet of chemicals. However, as much as I like their products, I dont like the prices. The only reason Im able to get the lotions I love is that they frequently have sales.

Every time I walk the mall for exercise I have to go in the store see whats new see whats on sale there sales are fabulous

Wow, I’m surprised that the workers still have a job there. I was so disappointed at how they just walked away and played on their phones the whole time! There were over 5 workers and yet not even ONE of them cared enough to help! Would never EVER come here again!!!!!

Very racist. The staff were laughing and talking so loud and didn’t even ask if my friends and I needed help. Not even once. I was ready to checkout with my well over $200 order but I put it all back because they don’t deserve my money. WILL NEVER RETURN! EVER!!!

January and june is their clearance times!! 50-75 percent off many items.

I do love a lot of products here but they discontinue stuff way too quickly!

I love their smells and products but recently I was using their lotion and this long brown thing came out of it. Turns out it was cardboard but it shouldnt be in my lotion probably wont be going back there for a while.
