This place is amazing. I bought a phone plan and cell phone case there, and really received top notch service. They were very careful to get everything set up just right. Later, when I had some problems because I had used up all my unlimited data- (they had already given me 13 Gigs, I had taken like 2,000 pictures on my honeymoon!) John really took the time to help me get everything taken care of. I was able to buy one more gig for $5, and all is well now. Thank you, John, for excellent customer service! A+ all the way!

I just bought two phone cases for my son and I. We had been neglecting protecting them properly before. They had a lot of really good choices for pretty much any type of phone and many styles to choose from. The price was way more affordable than what I’ve paid elsewhere! They also have a skilled technician who does repairs instead of trying to push a new phone on you. Friendly and professional service. Will definitely be going back. :)

I broke my phone screen at work and needed it replaced that day. I checked a few other places in town and none had my screen in stock, and the prices were all about the same. However, I went to eTECH and they had a phone screen in stock for a cheaper price than anywhere in town. I dropped my phone off and it was fixed in just a few hours. I highly recommend eTECH and I will return for anything my phone needs.

Took my oneplus 8 there when nobody else would. They did everything they could to fix my water damge. The customer service was great. Will defenitly go back in the future and will strongly recommend to family and friends.

Never had any problems with buying items from them But never have them try to fix your devices!They told me they could fix my speaker on my phone, waited a week for the part. When they worked on it and put it back together. They broke the other speaker. Luckily I checked it before I left so they took it back to the back and opened it up again to see what they did, in the process of doing that they ruined the speaker that they just put in. So they ordered both speakers and had to wait another week. I am now in the process of getting them to try again with the reordered parts. We will see if they eventually fix everything or if I will have to pay more to have some other company fix what they broke

The worker was very helpful and listened to our needs and showed us many options. When we chose a more expensive and nicer case, he threw in the screen protector for free. Clean shop, good music, smells good...I know that’s weird but it makes a difference when you’re shopping.

Looking for a screen protector for my new phone. They recommended something I had never seen before called Screen Moxie. It worked great on my curved screen. It has worked nicely so far. I was told I have to put it on every year which is odd to me, but I could see why the normal stick on type wouldnt last either.

They were great I have a screen fixed out of town and they actually helped me get my get it replaced because it actually was an in correctly once they replace that later I had a screen issue where the screen came out and I called them and they were more than happy to order a new one and get it fixed for me unfortunately there is some things that can go wrong but the more they were more than apologetic and really went above and beyond to try to help me in every way they could so they did a great job

I came in and bought a phone and had them switch over my daughters phone numbers to a new phone company. They took the time to make sure all of my phone screens were protected and also made sure that all my phones were switched over and ready to go! Awesome! Awesome people, more helpful than any of 3 other places I went to including Verizon (who claimed it couldn’t be done)....and THIS (the fourth place) accomplished my needs. It COULD be done!!! All Verizon did was sell me another expensive fon!!!! Phones are so frustrating to older people and they walked me through everything. Very patient and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. I would recommend coming here first for anything related to your phones OR NETWORKS!!!!!

Stopped in to get my screen fixed on my phone and they werent able to really do anything for me... The gentleman working was respectful and up front that there was nothing they could really do for me other than send me to another place hoping that another shop could help OR if I am able to get a screen figured out online and ordered they would install it but at a cost of around $140 and thats not covering/insuring anything thats done to the phone.... So great employee but I wasnt impressed with what they had to offer otherwise.

My daughter lost her phone and we needed a good used one. They had a almost new smart phone for a great deal. They were very helpful and did everything they could to make us happy. I would highly recommend them!

I was traveling to see my mother in Idaho Falls and when I arrived I dropped my iPhone and dropped the screen! I was in such a panic I ran to the closest place I could find that would fix it for me at a decent price. I have to say, this place is by far the best. The customer service that I experienced there was hands down the best, they didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need or jerk me around. I have told so many friends that I have in the area to check this place out if they havent been here. Lets be honest, phone screens are not cheap to fix and I was just dreading having my iPhone 7 plus screen broken but I didnt want to pay an arm and a leg. Long story short. The people here will take care of you!

I went to e-tech for a screen replacment on my Galaxy S6. E-tech was reasonably priced, performed a quick repair and after a month of use the phone is still working great.Customer service was fantastic and they obviously use high quality replacement parts, the phone looks brand new.I hope I never have to have a broken screen repaired again but if I do I will certainly use e-tech.

I dropped my Note 4 and broke several layers on my phone, the screen was black and I couldnt even do a master reset on it. I took it to ETECH Accessories and they didnt have every part that my phone needed (which is definitely understandable) they ordered them and the parts arrived quickly. I was notified when the parts arrived and when my phone was fixed. When I picked up my phone it looked brand new and the glass screen protector was put on perfectly. Every person I talked to at their store was kind and professional, the entire process was quick and easy, and Im so happy about how good my phone looks. I definitely recommend eTECH Accessories.

So I went in to eTECH and right off the bat they said they could not fix it, which is fine but then I asked who can fix it. He said he really did not know and I asked well what other company in this area fixes phones. He said he didnt really know of anywhere and suggested maybe Batteries Plus. I asked well what about all the info from my phone and he said, well it sounds like you are out of luck, time to start over. I walked over to Cricket Wireless and asked them if they knew of someone and they recommended I try uBreakiFix. I went there and they got me all squared away. I work at a place where I compete with a lot of other companies and if there is something that the customer wants that we do not provide I recommend another company. This sales rep gave me no hope and no options. I would not recommend working with a company that does not believe in working with the community. Know your field, if you cant fix it, find options for the customer instead of leaving them little hope or none at all.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I had a terrible cracked screen but even when it was cracked I could hear people just fine, talking to me on the other end. After the guy fixed my phone he said it sounds like there may be a little static when you talk to someone. I called a friend but no answer so I couldnt really tell. Later that day I got on a call and the static was horrible!!! I took my phone back in and a new guy was a total A hole! Very rude!! I told him for paying 130.00 to have my cracked screen repaired I shouldnt have a phone that I cant even talk on now and he said some BS to me but insisted I was at fault somehow!! Not only were they rude but they charge way more than the regular guy down the street. I wish I would have listened to my instincts and turned around the moment I walked in!!!

I shattered my IPhone 6 screen and these guys had it fixed in less than an hour and it was reasonably priced. No lines and no hassle! The customer service was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone for any electronic needs!!

They fixed our phone fast. My daughters iPhone got spilled on and 3 different things went wrong with it. I was a little nervous to take it in for repair. I didnt wanna pay a cost that left me wishing Id just bought a new phone. Im glad did. Ended up saving me over a hundred dollars and the phone is all better. The tech, Rudy, was outgoing, looked really confident at doing the repair and was sympathetic to how stressed out we were about our broken phone.

I give these guys 5 because there is always room for improvement. Went in looking for a case, wich they had in Stock. A plus. Good customer service with a decent selection of cases for all the devices Ive owned over the years. Happy with my purchase and will continue shopping at this location.

Great customer service! I needed a new phone after my old one broke, so I came in to Etech. Kid at the counter seemed new, but he was happy to answer all of my questions and help me find what was best for me! Didnt buy anything, but will definitely come back if I ever need anything.

I couldnt be happier with the new cell phone case I got from E-Tech Accessories!! The case is wonderful and so is their customer service.

I am not giving a 5 star because our experience wasnt perfect. BUT I am impressed with how eTech worked to make it right.I needed a part ordered to have my phone fixed. They told me they would call when the part came in the following week. They did call to inform me the wrong piece was sent by mistake (not their fault) I then received no further calls. After waiting over another week I called I was informed that the teck that was supposed to contact me no longer was working they and they apologized for me falling through the cracks and offered to have me come in and get it fixed or to refund what I had paid for the part. When my husband went in for the refund the owner was there and again apologized for the mix up, refunded our money (we fixed it another way). He then gave my husband a card and told him to come back and get a discount on any accessories we might need after my husband told him my cord had just gone bad.We will go back there! I understand mistakes happen, but eTECH showed they valued us by working to fix it and always showing us respect. This is the type of place I like to do business with.

I was going out to purchase a new Iphone because my old Iphone was acting up. I made my decision on which model, and was okay with the price. However, I decided to do a little more homework and see how much it would cost to fix my older Iphone (which was only two years old). Pay 700 for a new phone, or pay a little over 100 to fix my old phone. Easy decision. eTECH didnt stop there though. They went above and beyond and met with me after store hours to get my phone back to me as soon as possible. Talk about great customer service! And of course, the phone works perfect again. I will be returning.
