People in the store awesome! But why can’t they answer the phone? At least answer to put me on hold so I know someone is at least aware of my call. On hold for 30 minutes with nothing! I don’t want to have to drive to the store to ask a simple question about the phone I ordered.
I worked with Taylor, nice enough guy, he resolved my issue. Biggest complaint was his breath. Kept pulling his mask down and his breath smelled horrible, like unbearably bad to the point I had to move back. He definitely either needs a mint at all times or to get that checked out.
The customer service at this store isnt great. They dont help you feel welcome and dont really put much effort into answering questions. Verizon as a company is great, just not the Idaho Falls store.
We needed simple help with fixing how my wifes phone displayed or didnt display her name. We had worked on it at home for about a month and were entirely out of patience. We even called customer service for help, well, v that didnt work.. The person on the other end of the phone didnt wait long enough to figure out what the problem really was, told my wife where to look and that was the end of the conversation.Anyway, the person that helped us had her fixed in about 5 minutes, then we were out the door.. thank you Verizon of Idaho Falls, you made our day.Once we are out of the contract on our current phones, Samsung, we will be back!!!!!
I showed up about 45 minutes before closing and they were pretty busy. Once I was done waiting to be helped Dillon L met with me and it was pretty apparent that we were going to be well past closing before I was ready to leave. He didn’t act rushed or like I was an inconvenience at all and I really appreciated him staying past closing to help me get my situation figured out. Thanks Dillon!
I am a happy customer today. A representative at this store replaced the ZAGG XTR screen protector on my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. An air pocket appeared under the screen protector less than two weeks after they had installed it. The rep was friendly and efficient. Because of this kind of service, I will return to this Verizon store
I didnt catch the gentlemans name that helped me this morning with my phone. He was working the door pretty much right at 10:00. I am sadly to say that one of the other employees came up and rudely interrupted him from helping me and showing me how to fix my phone. Im pretty sure all the employees there are over the age of 18 and they should not interrupt people when theyre talking to somebody else especially when theyre talking to a customer
Stopped in, because after chatting on the app with customer service, it was determined I needed to take my phone in to have them inspect my charging port, before a new phone could be ordered. I arrived, got checked in, and after a short wait, I was helped by a member of the staff who was very knowledgeable, not to mention, she was happy to help diagnose my phone. She verified it will charge in a wireless charger, but very slowly, and that didnt pass her test either. She placed the order for my replacement phone, and had me on my way within 20 minutes. Gold stars all around today for the staff at the flagship store!
The only verizon store Ive ever been to where they actually have good service, and in store products
Great place to go in and pay a bill and also upgrade assessories
First time I came in to switch over from Sprint the gentleman was very helpful told me my phone would be on within two days because wed have to wait for the port. Four days later I still dont have a working phone contacted customer service 3 different times for all of them to blame it on Sprint and say the port isnt complete and not listen to me when I say I know it is. Than I go back into the store the gentleman who originally helped me was there and he knows I have permission and access to the account. Another not so gentleman helps me and tells me theres nothing he can do cause the account manager is in Church even though I have the pin, password, social security number of the account owner and theres a gentleman who helped me and definitely recognized me from the day before. If they cant reach the account owner theres nothing they can do. Now Ive been out of a phone almost 5 days when I desperately need it for work. Wish I would have never switched.
The reason behind my one star review is for two reasons the first day I went into the store the guy that helped me didn’t even really want to do his job messed up on the address for the credit app making the issue of having to call Verizon to fix it, instead he gave me my app number an told me to come back tomorrow so what I did was call Verizon an got the issue fixed in 4 mins but the guy helping me couldn’t do that must been not wanting to make a sell, went back in the next day got the same guy told him I went ahead an did his job an called an got the issue fixed told him I want the 13 pro max got everything taken care of paid them an they turn around an send me a dam 13 pro wouldn’t recommend going to this store to any family or friends will be trying a different version store tomorrow to get their issue fixed since they have messed up twice now
I sent my 81 year old Dad in to get help with his phone. An associate, Shawn was suppose to order the phone and my Dad would have it in two days. Yesterday I called and my Dad didnt have his phone and was told it was gonna be another week. So disappointed. I called Corporate and they saw NO ORDER WAS EVER PLACED! My dad has health issues and CAN NOT be without a phone. I live in California, tried calling the store MANY times last night only to be told they are routing all calls through Corporate due to COVID. Unreal... cant speak with anyone in the stores, cant get a phone for my Dad so we ordered one online, will have it shipped to us to set it up and then will ship out to my dad. Been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and this is how we are treated!
After my phones last up date, my phone is slow and some of standardized apps no longer work. My phone is only a year old. I took it into the Verizin store were I bought it. All they did was give me excuses on why this happened. The customer service very disappointing.
You’d be better off ordering your phone online. It’d be faster than going here.My wife and I were told it would be 25 minutes. An hour later we left.
Dont expect any help here unless you want to spend money on a new phone. Went there with ?s about my 9-month old phone. The guy that helped me seemed to not know the answers and made up confusing lies instead.... like telling me my cheap phone wasnt capable of doing things I had already done with it. He said he couldnt open my phone or show me how to remove the SD card. It was an infuriating waste of an hour.
Christian, one of the specialists, was a jerk. He was very short with me and acted annoyed the whole time. He wasn’t helpful at all. He acted like I didn’t know anything and I ended up just leaving after going through all that. The wait time was also horrible. Don’t waste your time here.
Ive came in to get a phone one lady had a attitude. Once we got that phone we had to come back because it wasnt on the bill. During this time Ive waited for almost 45 minutes to be helped. Needless to say I will NEVER be back to this location. PERIOD.
Helped me get my phone working. Had to buy more minutes as the card I bought at Wal-Mart didnt work
Went to the store on 17th street to upgrade from an old flip phone to an I phone 12. They said we could do everything today except transfer my numbers today. They said we needed an appointment for that. They said they were “all booked up” . We were the only two people in the entire store. There were 6 employees in the store. They were all standing in a circle near the entrance looking at their phones. Never even looked up. We left and went to the store off sunnyside. Welcomed us. Said we didn’t need an appointment. Helped us out immediately and got us a great price on a new phone. Will never go back to the store on 17th street. They are rude, lazy and don’t care if you’re there or not.
Shawn at the Ammon & 17th St locations has gone above and beyond my expectations, helping me work my way through a difficult situation involving my cell phone. Two thumbs up and 10+ stars for his patience, kindness and professionalism. Thank you again Shawn! Youre the best!
25 minute wait time. I like the employees but corporate; not so much. Every offer is a bait and switch. They actually had phones in stock right down to the model and color I wanted.
The techs here are knowledgeable and helpful. Nice store
We bought some new phones and made an appointment to get everything moved over from our old phones ..while we were there we bought some case covers and glass protectors and John got us all fixed up, well when I got home I noticed there was a small crack in the glass protector...so back to the store I went ..a girl a the front door told me there was nothing they could do..I had to go to the Zagg store and they would replace it free...so I went to the Zagg store..nope they wanted $10...so I went back to Verizon and saw John at the front door and talked to him about what happened ...he said sure well get you a new one, come on back and Ill replace it for you...now thats customer service ! he was very pleasant and helpful ! Verizon on 17th street Idaho falls
Customer service was a joke. Took 4 of them to do a simple fix
Always something wrong or done incorrectly on their end. If I didnt need the coverage for northern Idaho Id walk away.
Very uncomfortable coming to this location. From the entrance employee to the atmosphere this store has declined. I will be switching service providers to a place that is helpful and respectful.
Veridon makes deals then steals.
They cared about my problem and promptly resolved it, I am very impressed.
Deion is so helpful!!! I had numerous issues and concerns that needed to be resolved today. Very frustrated for months with from numerous overcharges, discounts not being given as said, just to name a few...Deion listened to my concerns, and he truly wanted to help. He has resolved everything for me today! And the entire staff here has been so friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this location and their staff anytime for any concerns you may have. Deion deserves a raise!
Thank to Michael and Dillon for helping me get my wife a new phone and all the accessories. great staff and very helpful and answered all my questions
Tried several times to just talk to someone at the store. Kept getting routed to a corporate help line that was no real help at all. I was looking to make a $200 purchase and potentially switch cell phone carriers and Verizon just lost out on all of it.
When it comes to phone source learn how to talk to employees the right way you can get what you want in a timely fashion with no struggle
I went to get a new phoneThe guy outside the door was very rude and not helpful at all. I took my business elsewhere. Not giving him commission for the sour bitter attitude. Not only to me but the three people in front of me as well. The guy that has always been very helpful I saw inside.
Worst place to think of getting a screen protector they put one on my nww phone and before I left the store it was coming off the sales man told me to come back in and they would replace it but when I did go back in they not only didnt have a screen protector for a Samsung s21 but they told me to go to a different store to get there screw up fixed and pay for it my self
Spend so much money with them. The appointment bs and covid be. Cant get decent service.
Worse customer service ever. Their lifetime warranty on the glass screen savers expires in 2-years...go figure.
Wish I could give a 0 star review. The customer service is poor. I walked in door and asked the manager Nicholas if the bogo deal was still going, he lied and said yes just to get me further in the store. One of his coworkers started trying to sell me some other deal that wasnt what I wanted, so in attempting to leave they ask more information just to seem like theyre trying to help. Honestly felt like a scam.
This is the absolute worst Verizon store we have ever been to. My husband started the process of replacing a cracked screen protector over a year ago. He was told he would have lifetime access to free screen protectors when he purchased the phone at this store. He has been back several times only to be told they were still waiting for it to come in (each time from a different location). It truly made us wonder if they just lied each time about trying to order one in. Also, every time he went in they always told him he just needed a new phone, which he doesn’t. He finally went to the other store in town today and they were able to tell him that the screen protector had been delivered to the store on 17th Street. My husband had not been notified that they had received it. He went back to the store and they told him he would have to pay for it. When he reminded them that it was suppose to be free for lifetime they told him it was for the lifetime of the phone, and that the lifetime of the phone was over after 2 years. Hard to understand because he still uses it. She also said the lifetime of the phone was over in June. It is now July and he has been to that store at least 5 or 6 times in the last year to have this simple thing taken care of. He left without the screen protector. I think they must have waited just long enough so that they could make him pay for it. Never have we ever been treated so unprofessionally at any type of store we have been to.
Prices are a bit high but alot better then t-mobile or sprint
Been with Verizon for years, but not in this store in the last 3 years because I hate this place. Nothing has changed. There associates are like used car dealers, creepy vibe, cant answer questions without rephrasing several times, takes forever to get anything done even if you are there right at opening. Maybe its time to talk to Tmobile, Verizon has horrible pricing.
Always helpful staff. Like their setup during Covid, with less customers in the store and masks required. 👍
They could care less about the existing customers who have been loyal and paid there bills on time for years and years but would rather cater to try and get a new customer and offer them a bunch of free stuff, rather than take care of the existing ones. Also have allot of hidden fees if you go to update your account or anything.
The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable
They have changed!!!!!! They are no longer a place you can buy an expensive phone where you can expect A+ service and help in knowing what you have just purchased, and help you transfer your contacts, etc. from your old phone. They have an office with minimum SALES staff. They send you to an off site that you again have to PAY someone to transfer your information to a new phone. I was ticked. What a joke !!!!!
Helpful staff, but didnt quite get the right information i needed.
I wanted to share my positive experience at this location last week. The employees were all very patient, helpful, and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I was able to have my new phone activated with a free sim card, unlike other local shops that will charge $10+ dollars for a sim card. One employee who was helping me, Kaitlyn (hope Im spelling her name right!) gave me a priceless tip on using the Google Photos app to recover my lost photos from my old phone which was damaged. Im so grateful she took the time to answer all of my questions and to help me out! Shout out also to Deion (Also hope Im spelling his name correctly) for all of his time, effort, and patience while helping me to activate my new phone. He took the time to get ahold of the account holder and stayed positive even after several failed attempts to reach the account holder. Ill definitely be back to this location if I ever need help with my phone again!
If you’re looking for friendly professional service, this is definitely the place to go. They held the door open as they saw us coming and were immediately there to help us. 10/10 recommend
We were so pleased with our experience at this store, especially with the representative Mitchell. He was hands down the best customer service representative weve ever worked with. We had a few problems with switching over and getting our orders sorted out, but he literally took care of EVERYTHING. He was incredible!
Staff was great. The new verizon upgrade policies suck
Worst staff and horrible customer service. They refused to help my husband and ended up closing the doors on us in the middle of a transaction because they were closing. This left him with no phone for three days. They refused to sell him a phone and they wouldn’t even sell him a SIM card to preserve the phone number, after making him wipe his old phone (didn’t tell us until after that they could have just transferred his photos and contacts onto his new phone, nothing was backed up so he lost everything on there) just because it was closing time. We had been in the store working with them to switch from Sprint for about half an hour. It’s not like we walked in and demanded help at 7:59 pm. Totally cut us off and I can’t believe how much they didn’t care. They literally laughed at my husband when he got frustrated about their refusal to help and they began to make jokes to each other about it right in front of us. I have never had worse customer service in my life. Every employee we talked to was rude and condescending. I am in actual shock how awful it was.
They definitely do not go above and beyond to help the customer thats for sure. They do only what is required and thats it looking at switching networks
This location has been the least helpful place I have ever been to. Every single time I have gone in, had to wait over 30 minutes, and once I finally could talk to someone they are anything but helpful. One man I talked to after I asked why Verizon was charging me $20 after a month of cancelling with them AND paying everything off, AND being told that I didnt owe anything else, all he could say was, I cant tell you that. Any company that cant tell you why they are taking your money is dishonest and I am so grateful that I no longer go through Verizon.
Magdalena has great customer service. Glad she helped me pick my new phone
Poor support. Goal is to sell sell sell
Very helpful staff, they have answers for pretty much any questions you may have, great family and individual prices
Extraordinarily slow, even for a Verizon store.
The salesperson was helpful and cheerful. We are happy with the new phone. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because they had me pay the small balance on my old phone and then still charged me for that balance on my bill. So now I have to take the time to get it corrected but other than that we received good service.
The people at the 17th st Verizon did a great job setting my families phones. Including transferring the numbers and contacts from my T-mobile phones. Verizon also has better coverage between towns and in rural areas around here.
Ive looked over their comments, and found a disproportionate number of 1-star ratings. That concerns me greatly... Rarely do businesses do this poorly, and have this many 1-star reviews. My original review was based on my experience from 3 years ago, but apparently the service has declined since then.If youre one of those people who wants to get in, pay cash for phone, and get out, this is not the place for you... You will find yourself very frustrated. But, their service is usually descent and they do a very good job of talking you through all the various programs that they have. You never feel rushed, and they give you their undivided attention until they have completed the sale. They do have quite a variety of products (anything not a phone, or tablet is vastly overpriced). My best suggestion to you is never buy an extra charger, or case from these guys, because they charge three times as much as Amazon, and they try to make you feel good by giving you a discount when you purchase the phone. Their discount doesnt even scratch the surface of how much youre overpaying.Currently, Verizon does have the best cell phone coverage hands down, but it sounds like you might do much better to deal directly with Verizon online, or perhaps choose one of the authorized Verizon dealers.
We had a great experience with customer service at Verizon. Our salesman, Taylor did a great job at helping us find a new phone plan for our family. He was very friendly and honest and made this process so much better.
The representative Christian was amazing. He was very patient and explained everything in detail to me. And helped me get my information transferred from my old phone that was broken. Definitely a pleasant visit
Probably the best Verizon store Ive seen but I dont get out much. Well organized I liked that there were no pay registration counters and every staff member was helping a customer at different stations. A little busy but the staff was friendly.
I love customer service at the prize in store everybodys very nice and pleasant very helpful on never had about experienced and there I always give them of 5
Even though it was Black Friday the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. We truly mattered to them. They solved a problem that corporate refused to even help with. The hour wait was well worth it. We will be back!
Lol you sent my dad to t mobile 😬I sent my dad a phone Ive been using on verizon for years but the idaho falls 17th St couldnt activate the phone so he had to go to rexburg. You guys claimed it was not unlocked. Pathetic excuse to get rid of a customer.
Shortest time I ever waited at my Verizon store! Ordered online and picked up in store! So many people waiting there and I was in and out! Manger who helped me was very efficient! Such a smooth transaction! LOVE VERIZON! 😍
They successfully fixed my problem
Fast and friendly. Always willing to help you learn about new devices. And willing to answer any questions you have regarding bills or devices or peripherals.
Took forever and the clerk didnt know what to do and told me to call *611. He said they were closed and they werent. Customer service number wasnt any help after an hour either!! Ill go somewhere else for phone service I guess when this should be a simple fix!
Learn from my mistake and experience, save yourself the hassle and go directly to the store. Verizon Wireless Online is not the same entity as Verizon in-store and Verizon Online/In store dont like to talk to each other. So while you think you are getting a good deal online.. Nope. Hassle all the way.I spent several hours trying to sort out Verizon return mistakes made online. In-store personnel was able to assist.Talk with Christian he was patient, knowledge, and willing to bridge the gap.
I dont recommend buying locally buy online just my opinion. I love Verizon but I purchased a phone from them 3 days ago. My new phone is broken . Now they are telling me that Im a liar and my phone works just because I sat there and watched it for 8 minutes and nothing happened.
Verizon has always been good, oh wait almost always been helpful. The helped me get my phone working before the 4th. I would have gone crazy if I couldnt used it for a couple days. Thanks Verizon
Bought a new z2 force. Battery died after 3 weeks. It took 8 like new replacements over 10 months to get one that didnt have issues with the exception of the contacts not working. Their solution was sign me up for one talk on a business plan. I was told it would end up being cheaper every month because it was now a business account. It was $40 more every month and one talk never worked right on my phone. Customers kept getting messages my line was disconnected. The service at the store was horrible, they never had a solution except buy a new phone. They wouldnt put my account back the way it was either. Just kept getting the run around. Finally called Verizon corporate and they set everything straight. But after 15 years with Verizon this experience has convinced me to go with someone else and drop Verizon altogether.
Maddie was amazing with everything we needed. I will definitely recommend her to anyone. Best experience yet
Christian was very patient and helped me and my husband get set up with service and transfer our information over. Great service
I walked in and asked them to simply print off some payment statements and they told me it would be $15 dollars for every month I needed to print off. I needed 12 months worth of statements. 12 pieces of paper and 5 minutes of their time was all I was asking for and they wanted to charge me $180 bucks. This is the only store in our area that can even access that Information and apparently they know it. Absolute insanity.
There was someone right at the door to greet us and get us checked in which was great. We were able to wander around and look at the different displays while waiting to be seen and when it was our turn the man helping us was very knowledgeable and had personal experience with the products we were asking about.Only 4 stars though because they were out of stock on many items like the phone cases and certain accessories and also because some of the displays were unkempt even though we arrived shortly after they opened. Id have assumed they would have been cleaned up the night before which they didnt appear to be.
The worker that assisted me really made me feel like part of the family there. Which really helped me figure out what phone that I needed! Reviewing from my brand new Pixel 2 XL.
Garbage service. They refuse to serve existing clients at this store
I went in to get help to logging on to my account. I wait 20 min to find out that they couldnt help me. I had to call customers service. I thought that what they were there for. He didnt spend 5 min with me. Poor customer service
Christian is the person to go to. He is very patient and friendly. Help me get into my new phone and it was very easy and painless.
The store was extremely busy but the employees do a good job of getting you in a queue. Due to the nature of the business (and customers who dont know how to operate a basic TV remote littlelone their new iPhone) and they expect to leave the store fully versed in operating their phone plan on being here for quite some time. If your looking to get in and out fast forget about it but this is no fault of the employees as it is the technologically challenged customers.
Staff here is always friendly and waiting to help me the second I walk through the door. If Im just going in to look at phones or something, and dont need their help right away, they actually leave me alone when I said I dont need help - rather than being overbearing like some other places. They always seems knowledgeable and have been able to help me every time I needed assistance with something. As far as cell phone stores go, this one is not a bad place to visit.
I will not buy another phone here. We have had multiple issues with their policies on what is covered as far as warranty for manufacturers defects. One of my kids has a pink pixel line in her phone, my other kids phone got stuck in a boot loop, and my oldests phone-the external speaker stopped working. My daughter still has her pink line phone, the boot loop phone we were FORCED to upgrade because the phone was out of warranty, and my oldest simply went out and bought his own phone. My husbands phone was replaced for manufacturers defect with a REFURBISHED phone that vibrates intermittently for no reason. Mine I had to pay the deductible because of an accident...all well and good. Since recent OS update, however, my phone dies (shuts itself off) unless plugged in. So...long story short...EVERY PHONE we have bought at this store has had issues!! Keep telling your customers theres nothing you can do! Thats always a good business practice! This is NOT a BILLING issue!!! Please ignore the response from the Owner, it is an irrelevant comment. This is about a customer with 5 lines who has had problems with EVERY phone purchased in this store since becoming a Verizon customer. We have been given the run-around on every single one!! Also...we havent taken my daughters phone in. This was about MY phone....but thanks for playing!
The team at the Idaho Falls location is amazing. Miki, along with Amy created an experience that I can shout about. It didnt start well but after the team jumping in to assist with resolution we are happy as can be.
This company is run so poorly. You never know what you are going to be charged because they change their plan constantly. Right when you figure out how the system works, they roll out with another scheme to squeeze as much out of you as possible. My husband got a new phone that quit working 30 days after he got it. Warranty kicked in and he got a new phone which then died four months later. So not only do we have to pay off the old phone, $250 of it, but now we have to buy a new phone that will probably quit in another four months. The cost of a new phone its $700-$800. $1000 because their technology sucks!! I hate Verizon. The wait times are awful and they dont try to save you money. They just try to upsell you on everything as if thats the solution.
This was the single worst and most inconsistent store experience Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with, accompanied by interacting with the most careless and frankly belligerent staff Ive unfortunately been in the presence of. For starters, I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone, and was made an offer all the way up to the swiping of the card, until we found out that they didnt have any of the desired phone in stock. I went in today, and they did have them in store, but I was only met with opposition. They claimed the offer yesterday didnt count and was simply wrong. The counter offer they managed to aggregate was selfish, greedy and inconsiderate; trying to nickel-and-dime over $140 more dollars than the original offer. This could have been acceptable, but when said price was carried by literal eye rolls and an obviously disrespectful better-than-you response, I realized I most certainly didnt wish to give any business any longer to them, let alone my time. As I began to make my exit, the associate followed to the door:If you look online youll see Im right she called after us.Well you couldnt have turned me off more.Bottom line: I used to work with T-Mobile, until we realized Verizon was better. Until they werent.
Hour plus waits are standard. Good selection but as always prices are 2 to 3 times what you can get at other places for accessories. Knowledgeable service but they are salespeople and will say what they need to get the sale.
Went in on Jan 1st. John worked with me on a two line upgrade. I paid what he told me. Then the phone and tablets arrived at different times... Who knows why? .... Then I received an email from Verizon about having to return a phone I previously purchased. After 2hrs... Josh says he got it figured out. We will see.
DO NOT BUY any tablet from Verizon. They offer the Verizon tablet (in May) for $49 which sounds like a great deal BUT the activation charge for having a phone # attached is $10/month for 2 years ( which means you spent $240 plus paying $49. You can get a MUCH BETTER tablet for less with no activation fee for it the rest of your contracted life!!!
Literally worse than buying a house or car. And at least with a house or car you actually know what your payment will be. Ryan was super nice and helpful, just the process in general sucks.
I have been with Verizon for over 15 years and every time I go in this store for the smallest thing they want to sell me something or they cant help me. I have a warrant on my screen protector and they wanted me to buy a new one because the one I had was contracted through Verizon but because it was a corporate verzion store they wouldnt honor it. Even though it was a lifetime warranty. What a load of bologna. You can take this store an shove it. I will never go here again. I pray all my friends and family will never go here. Drive down the road where they will take care of you.
Would not sell me a phone to replace my grandsons broken cell phone. Because it was not time too upgrade. They just told me to get a used one and bring it in and activate it. So I guess they dont want my money for a new one.
Our representative Christian was a blast to work with . I was scared about moving to a new phone because of losing my stuff but he moved them over! He was very helpful.
Its a nice store with nice service. You have to give them your cellphone number right off the bat. Then you are placed in line for the next available sales rep. So if you are in a hurry and you know exactly what you want and where it is, theyre not really happy that you served yourself and youre ready for check out. They have no real Cash register. You still have to wait for the next available sales rep. But, then they cant upsale you.
Outstanding service as always! I love this branch. Ill always come back.
Service can be slow, and not so knowledgeable, and sometimes outright dishonest (You trying to up-sell me saying i cant buy just one business line?) (I went to another store and did buy just one line.) but sometimes you have to deal with it. I still go here because I have to, and eventually I always get things resolved with a little patience.
The customer service at the Idaho Falls Verizon store is top notch! I went in today with a broken phone, left 7 minutes later with it running perfectly! Thank you Chase! And thank you Jason Harper for your help the last time we were in the store with my sons and daughters phones... With a family of 7 cell phone users (and actually 8 phones on our plan) we experience our share of phone troubles... However, every time we have gone to the Idaho Falls Verizon store for help we have had a positive experience. Fast, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, always trying to get us the best deal possible. Over the past 6+ years we have worked with several employees at this store, all of them have been exceptionally helpful, friendly, courteous, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you!
Love Verizon, but prefer going to the kiosk in Costco when possible. However, this Verizon store as well as others has an extensive selection of products in a bright showroom. Customers are helped in order of arrival. Often crowded. Plenty of parking.
