Poor customer service, quick reponses but no resolution for orders. Make sure your order is correct before placing because they will not change anything or offer resolution help, only mention their additional fees.

I am in the healthcare field and my vinyl clip is extremely small, as advertised I thought it was large. I have to be careful I dont loose it. It is so small I have to sometimes throw it in my pocket to keep it safe when I am changing masks. Extremely disappointed as I wanted to order more for my colleagues at work.
