Went in today to look at getting more subs put into my wifes new car. It already had some but I was hoping to make it even better. The boss went to her new car to look at what she already had and told her its alright a great setup. Its great to know there still good people out here that wouldnt say they can make it batter and take your money. May not of some subs on my wifes car but now I will be back with my truck. I do know it needs help with its sound.Thank you

Yeah, not sure what their problem was. I went in looking for a stereo and, Im assuming the owner, immediately tried to upsale me and convince me that what I was looking for wouldnt work when I know for a fact that it does. All throughout, they were rude and dismissive the entire time. I tried to at least be cordial when leaving and said something to the effect of, thanks have a good one and the guy literally turned his back to me and walked away. I hate when people expect to be pampered by customer service but surely the staff shouldnt be so rude and unprofessional.Oh well, what can you expect from a boomer salesman that sounds like he spends all his money on cigarettes.

We moved into a house that we cannot figure out how the wire go with ceiling speakers. Dave and the other gentleman spend several hours help us get things done. They are very responsible. Wonderful experience working with them.

Bunch of nice old dudes that knew what they were talking about. Theyve got a cool speaker board set up so you can listen to each speaker before purchase. A little disappointed in the lack of variety. Basically only sell Pioneer with a few Rockford Fosgate products mixed in. They also have guys that do installation and similar work.

If you need high-end home theater in southeast Idaho then you need to check them out. They have great installers that can do amazing home theater. If youre not a do it yourself kind of person and like nice stuff go check them out.

Incredible service. After a long arduous process with Best Buy, I decided to go here. I was sold the stereo system, at the same price that Best Buy had. They helped me through the entire process, and even helped me out as well when I had a couple of issues installing the stereo on my own. I would return and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Phase 4 has, hands down, the most fantastic customer service I have received from ANY business in Idaho Falls in a long time. I had an issue with a clearance item that worked when we tested it in the store, but failed at home. They went ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND to make it right even though my origional purchase was only $50. Big box stores (you know who) would have told me Im sorry sir, we dont take back clearance items but if you want to take a look we are having a sale on......Phase 4 is very helpful, honest, honorable. (AND LOCAL) They have my business for life!

People here know very little about car audio. They pretend to know what they are saying. Trust me Ive been in this business for a while. I drove the ten minutes to the audio shop on Lincoln right by the freeway and its totally worth the drive. Dont even bother.

We showed up, exactly at closing time, and the people let us in and were very helpful despite the fact that they should have been closed. You never even got the vibe that they wanted you to leave, like, if I was them and I came in at closing time, Ida said to piss off; they were not at all like that. Exemplary customer service.

The service was horrible, I went in for a wiring harness for a new stereo. The old man kept telling me things I know we didn’t have to do to get the stereo in, and wanted me to spend 100+ on a simple wiring harness, and when I found the right one elsewhere it was only 20.

If I could give 0 stars I would they dont even deserve a 1 star rating. Dont go here I had my car stereo installed from them and they did a half ass job. They only hooked up the right side of my truck. I blew over 3 subs leaving it where the guy had tuned it, they told me that it my fault Im blowing subs.They dont know what they are doing and are very unprofessional,I feel bad for the people that dont know that much about steros and thats why im writing this long review. If any of your family or friends have had there stereo done by phase 4 I would get it checked by someone who knows what they are doing. I would recommend limitless electronics, Ive totally redone everything phase 4 has done from limitless. It sounds 10 times better now that its done right. Take the time and get it done by a professional, there is a reason phase 4 can get it done same day. I dont care where you go just dont waste your time here, I wasted mine.

I took my radio in because the connecting wires wouldnt work, and the old man was not helpful at all. He kept saying he wasnt going to do other peoples job and he wouldnt tell us what was actually wrong with the radio.
