Really nice experience purchasing my Yamaha 112vm from these folks. My order was placed on Reverb which I found to be a little frustrating as I never received a confirmation or follow up shipping status. I contacted No Limit directly and they accurately told me that everything was ok and arrival time. I have no idea if they checked the guitars set up but it came in absolutely perfect. In addition this had to be the best double packed guitar shipment ever.

Got my son a guitar here. The staff is super helpful and actually know the instruments. Months later we went back in for an amp and they worked a deal with us since we bought our guitar there. Plus they price match anything online. Its nice to support local when they have quality service like this.

Decent place for piano recitals.

I went to the store back in June last year to get information on purchasing a guitar for my boyfriend’s Christmas present. It was a guitar he’d been drooling over for months and months. Rulon was the one to help me out through the entire process. He told me that someone had already claimed the guitar, but said he’d order me a new one. Later one he found out they couldn’t be ordered anymore and so he talked the guy that was going to purchase the guitar I wanted into buying another guitar instead. That way he had two happy customers! He also stored it for me for 6 months and then prettied it up right before Christmas the weekend before I came to pick it up. Excellent customer service all around and I would happily recommend their services to anyone. I love that I didn’t feel like “another sale.” I felt valued and encouraged in my exciting purchase and it makes me want to come back again. Thank you!

Most down-to-earth, friendly, and knowledgeable staff - and they have such great humour too! They offer a beautiful selection of top-quality guitars, pianos, digital pianos, as well as lessons, studio rooms, rentals, and even a performance hall! I visit the store quite often for sheet music and piano books for my students and I always enjoy perusing the store and chatting with the staff about music. I have purchased two Yamaha digital pianos from the Piano Gallery and am very happy with them both and will be for a long time. I have also been enrolled in violin lessons through two different teachers and have been immensely pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. Definitely THE BEST music store in eastern Idaho!

Great service

I came in just before Christmas to check out a few entry level acoustic guitars for a friend. The guy who helped me was super friendly, had all the info I needed, and then was kind enough to just let me play for a while! Once I settled on the right guitar, he got the guitar all boxed up for me and sent me on my happy way! I loved that there wasnt any pressure, there was a great selection, and a great price to top it all off (the Yamaha FG800 I settled on was cheaper than anywhere else in town AND cheaper than any internet price - AWESOME!!).

If this is not your preferred music equipment dealership in southeastern Idaho something is wrong. Easy going atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, phenomenal selection of guitars both electric and acoustic, pianos, whatever accessories you need, on top of they’re repairs which I have dealt with on multiple occasions and always gotten my gear back good as new. If you haven’t been in yet, go in and figure it out for yourself.

Dont buy anything here! They dont stand behind what they sell. Rulon is a liar and I have the emails to prove it. Been trying to resolve a problem and he wont get back to me at all.....STEER CLEAR!

The folks at NO Limit are absolutely a pleasure to work with. The piano gallery side of this buisness has taken care of myself and my mother who is a school teacher and music/ piano teacher for at least 20+ years. The folks here truly care about getting you into the righ instrument. They always greet me with a smile and Rulon at no limit has personally gone Out of his way to help me get me through some crazy gig situations on more than one ocassion and i really dont think about going anywhere else. Hope get to know these good people as well.
