Wasted over $300 here. The people who work there are really nice, I feel really bad for the 1 star, but every time I went I got glasses that were way off.. the 3rd appointment she tells me I have to get some crazy eye drops that paralyze your eye muscles.. I went somewhere else and they got my new prescription right on the first try. The lenses were really smudged here too which I feel affected my results. They have great customer service though and the ladies who work at the front are super nice.

These people are some of the nicest bunch of people I have ever worked with. They fit my sons glasses better then they have ever been fitted. Super place.

Their least expensive glasses fall apart so easily. An ear piece came off of my pair. I took them in & they glued another 1 on that didnt match & I had given them the piece that came off. It came off AGAIN 2 days later. I taped it back on. When I took them in to get nose cushions replaced AGAIN they didnt even fix the ear piece that was so noticable with the tape & different size. SO DISAPPOINTED 😔 !!!!!

We love Eye Care Optical, my daughter gets her eye exams and glasses from here. They are always very courteous, professional and on top of things. We had an issue with a broken pair of glasses and I was literally on the phone 3 minutes and she had everything put in and had them reordered. You get your glasses in a timely manner also. So glad we found this place, everyone that works there is just great! We appreciate everything they do! Thank you Eye Care Optical!

This location really helps the people on Medicaid to help them get glasses at a reasonable rate. They also have a great selection of designer glasses and sunglasses. Come see their selection.

My wife and I have been going to this one for over 8 years and have had great care over the years. Everyone there is professional and the amount of time spent there is well taken care of so that you dont have to spend hours trying to get what you want. The eye doctor is caring and does a complete examination and the products that they have give you a good selection to pick from. One thing that I like about them is that they KNOW us and remember the last time we were there. We recommend others to them all the time and that will continue to go on as long as they keep up the great care that they give!

THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE SNOTTY ATTITUDES!!! And HAVE NO PATIENCE!!!! AND TRY TO FORCE YOU TO SPEND MONEY ON GLASS THAT YOU DONT WANT!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! And if your glasses break THEY WILL NOT REPAIR THEM!. HORRIBLE PLACE

They were amazing with my daughter. She was scared as this is the first time shes needed glasses. They helped her pick frames that she loved and fit her properly. Now shes just so impatient waiting for them to come in. LOL. They got us in before her appointment time, no wait at all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! :)

IF YOU GO HERE AND GET PINK EYE REPORT IT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT COMMUNICABLE DISEASES!!After my appointment I developed pain which I assumed was from the dilation drops. The following day I was still in pain so I called back. They wanted me to come in for an appointment and the snow storm hit so I could not come. The next morning I woke with PINK EYE!! I called them and told them I thought it was from not opening a new bottle and that they needed to throw away what they were using to dilate eyes so others were not infected. The woman on the phone said, “sometimes people have pain from the dilation.” I said NO, I got PINK EYE, you need to throw away the drops and clean your equipment. She then repeated “sometimes people have pain after dilation.” I told her I was reporting them. I then called and reported it to the health department communicable diseases!!

I bought contacts and eye glasses. When I picked up the eye glasses, I was there about my contacts. They fit then with my contacts in, I went to wear the glasses about a month later, they are so strong it is nauseating. They say I will have to pay for another exam to get them corrected. Nothing at this place was easy. Will not use them again.

Very courteous & Excellent Service. They Didnt rush me, being very picky about picking out new frames. I had to transition to Bi Focals . I was told my new glasses would take minimum of 5 to 7 days they arrived much sooner and the Quality was met to my expectations. So when I went in to get my New Specs the Time that was Spent on all Adjustments was Unbelievable, I will admit my face, nose and ears arent perfectly symmetrical (Lol) And I got a quote on doing just a Single vision lenses and my quote was cheaper than other Optical Stores. I Would Highly Recommend them to Anyone needing Eye Care needsThank You So Much. Very SatisfiedEric

I will never buy glasses at Eye Care Optical again. I went to get my lenses replaced under warranty and was told my warranty was used up. When I first got my glasses they had a manufacturing defect. The lenses were remade a few weeks later and they were counting that as a warranty replacement. They should be called Lie, Cheat,& Steal Optical

Personally, I like the staff. The overall wait for the glasses was to much I got the lenses fast, but it took two months to get my frames. Which in my opinion will make me never get glasses there again.

Expect long wait times. They do not honor your appointment time. Hour or more wait beyond appointment that was made a year in advance.

They were all very friendly and professional. Did not try to hurry u up when making ur frame selection, very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. And will be returning there for my future optical needs.

I called today to confirm my daughters appointment to be told her medicaid is not accepted and she no longer has the appointment...Funny thing is she never has had medicaid. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional, we will take our money elsewhere!!!

I and my girlfriend had a bad experience the optometrist was very rude she did a very poor job of adjusting my girlfriends glasses and treated us very crudely like we were scum I would recommend that you go anywhere but here to have anything done with your glasses or your eyes but you can try and see for yourself
