You cant beat these guys! Best price and best service. My wife even goes there when she has an app issue and they fix her right up!

Plan price is the best around. There are some places around here without service but that is the same with all carriers. For those of us who are technology challenged it is great to have a place to go where they can fix any problems.

The district manager Dylan is very nice and respectful. I received one of the greatest services from this store. I purchased an iphone with their newest deal and had no problems. Dylan helped me a lot throughout the process. 5-star service and cant beat these prices!

The only reason why I got this startling is because of the employee that work here who kept himself very calm respectful and profession. but I cannot say the same for the man who owns or manages this shop. this man cursed me out in front of my daughter one loudspeaker as I repeatedly told him that it was not necessary to talk to me in that manner. And I am informed him theyre talking to me in that manner would have me to only call the better Business bureau on him about this behavior. But he consistently he was profoundly threatening me to get out of his store so I called the cops and Im here right now waiting to follow the report on his business owner.I only came here to return my phone within the seven days thats required. I returned with the box as I was instructed by him. and now hes telling me that I can take my MF in money and get out his effing shop all because I dont accept the fact that I came back within the seven days to return my phone for for the same phone and now hes telling me he dont have the phone in his shop. And he cannot give me his word that he will have the phone within the seven days that he should have it in stock.

Dylan was awesome!!!! Very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to transfer my contacts and photos without being able to see my old screen because it was cracked. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Dylan needs a raise, and a case of beer!!! Thank you Dylan youre the best!!!

When going to the Indiana store ask for IRENE!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and defused our situation quickly. She needs a massive raise!! She was incredibly helpful My husband and I purchased the cricket service and used our phones that we already had we had Google pixel 3, our phones are not compatible with the cricket service as we found out when we went home and our phones wouldn’t work. We went back to store very next day very angry because We were now paying for a service that our phones are useless for. The salesman we had should have known that Before he allowed us to change the service to our phones . We went to the Indiana store very angry and Irene listened to us, helped us through the whole process. We had to purchase new phones. The two phones that we purchase indiana only had one of them and the Kittanning store where Irene husbands worked had the other. Irene went above and beyond for us by keeping the store open when it closed at 5 on Sunday and asked us to come back around 6 because her husband was kind enough to drive the whole way to Indiana with the other phone that we purchased. She then transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. And after everything we went through buying two brand new phones and paying for the cricket service for four lines it was still cheaper than one month bill from Verizon wireless so if you ever need anything and are looking for a cheaper phone bill with excellent Internet service and wonderful customer service skills ask for Irene at the Indiana cricket store well she will go above and beyond for you thank you so much for your help we appreciate it and everything’s working wonderfully. Thanks again, I wish we had more good people in this world like you and your husband!!!

Very economical and simple phone plans using AT&Ts towers. Excellent customer service, really good service, not expensive at all. Thank you guys for helping save good amount of money, its unbelievable instead of paying $260 for Verizon we are paying now $100 for 4 unlimited lines an with tax and excellent service without any contracts.... still cant believe it and also i got mine iPhone 8 plus ONLY for $720 something... Appreciate to cute European girl in that store (cant remember the name) for the great service and helping with setting up all the devices. Lovely people nice to have deal with them!

I couldnt be happier with customer service. Employee was knowledgeable and eager to help! (We had Brenden) We transferred 3 lines from Verizon. Just took our current bill in! They used the account number and information. The transfers were quick, they even moved all of my pictures over. I will be telling my friends about the experience.

Best and cheapest

Went in on Christmas eve to get a sim card for my neice. There were two couples getting phones and new accounts. Since I just needed to get a 10$ item and leave, a transaction that would take one minute I asked if I could get that and get out of his way. I was told that he didnt have time to do that and was asked to leave. Since it was for my nieces gift, I did not budge and demanded to be seen, even if I had to wait. Over 30 minutes later, ON CHRISTMAS EVE, he finally sold it to me but not before he put the wrong number on the Sim Card. So not only did that make the Sim card useless, but it deactivated another line connected to the account.To sum it up. I was asked to leave because he did not have time for me. I argued until he would serve me, then he made me wait, ON CHRISTMAS EVE, over 30 minutes for a 1 minute or less transaction. Then he screwed up the Sim card and disabled a phone number associated with the account.

I went in their to see about my daughters Iphone because it was locked. The guy their was very disrespectful. He was yelling and screaming at me. He was not trying to refund or exchange the iphone. It was in the seven days. Him or his wife will never get my money ever again.

I like cricket service, been with them for two years, in fact have 5 lines with them, however this store be careful. My phone shattered, so my girlfriend went there to buy me a replacement. When purchasing the phone my girlfriend asked if it came with a sim card, because we didnt know if the one from my phone would fit the new phone, the clerk, A. Abdikadar, told her no it did not come with a sim card, and if you need one it would cost $10 for a sim card, and he preceded to open the box and show her the battery and the charger and he took a credit card sized card out of the box that said cricket on it. My girlfriend brought the phone home, and my card did not fit, I had a micro sim card it needed a nano sim card. Then we saw on the box it said includes sim card. Turned out that credit card sized cricket card had the sim card attached. Beware of these people, trying to force you to buy a new sim card if yours doesnt fit when the phones come with new sim cards.
