I went to get my phone fixed and they told me if it didn’t work they would give me my money back and a warranty. I payed $120. The phone ended up not working so I brought it back. They did not fix my phone and were very rude when I talked to them in a nice manner. Very unprofessional and using profanity at me when I asked them for my payment back as they promised that and my phone was not working. Would not recommend to go here, I understand there are not a lot of repair shops here but it’s better to go to Pittsburgh and get good quality and professional repair.

Extremely helpful staff. Fixed my tablet for free and was very reasonable on pricing to fix my laptop and install more memory and upgrade to Windows 10. I will definitely come back again!

My phone screen was cracked and my microphone was acting up, so the nicest people at this shop fixed it for a very reasonable price. They dont charge for labor, just the part, and since my microphone continued to act up even after the replacement of the screen, they offered to fully refund the job they had done for my screen. They are highly professional and some of the nicest people I have met. I highly recommend them for your phone fixing needs.

This place is AWESOME within 3 minutes of me getting there ya had on issue I went there for fixed! And they replaced my screen very quickly at a very reasonable cost. Then when I discovered another issue after the original fix I called and it was fixed within another 20 minutes. I highly recommend this location for anyone that needs to get their phone fixed! My iPhone 6 broke this weekend. The screen was cracked, the LCD was broken and touchscreen didnt work at all. I brought it in to Re-connected and he fixed it completely for a sensible price. My phone is basically like it was when I bought it! The man who fixed my phone did it right in front of me and was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend getting phones repaired here!

I had an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen that I needed replaced asap since I was leaving for college the next day. What I got was the guts of my phone placed in a whole different phone. After inspecting the insides (I have done work on iPhones/Macs before) it was clear that the battery/camera/home button were not the original. The battery drains in a hour, the flash is not functional and the home button constantly malfunctions. After asking what happened, I was told the contract states no returns. Im assuming the components in my former iPhone are somewhere on eBay now.

I had an IPad Screen replaced here, service was friendly and accommodating. They give you a short warranty if their job needed repair, but they were upfront about all the costs and the prices were reasonable.

Fixed i phone 6 plus and they did a great job and are very nice to work with.

Took LG phone in to have cracked screen replaced. Replacement lasted less than 3 months before phone failed to the point that I had to return it to manufacturer for repair. Result is touchscreen, the replacement, is defective and it voided warranty on phone. It will end up costing me double to repair phone because I used this store. At the time of repair, lady stated that they only use OEM parts and the replacement said LG but LG repair service states that it is not an OEM part. It may be a fluke but I would not go to this store again for repair.

Ran iPhone 6 over with my car, it was in the shape of a boat! Took it to Re-Connected and they were able to straighten out the frame and replace the screen! Lowest price in the area!
