5 star service for sure at this location.... I camein because of a cracked screen on my iPhone 11. I always had trouble at a different location in my town so I decided to give this new location a shot. Glad I did! Shout out to Mackenzie who was the one who helped me. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was the only one working in the store and managed to multitask and get everyone taken care of with great service. Ill be going back to this location for any further Verizon help.

I felt very comfortable with Amanda. She recommended new phones and helped me decide since I dont use it a lot. I felt she explained everything. I will go to her if I have any questions.

This is the second time I have used this location for upgrading our phones and both times Zac took care of us. Zac is a manager from another location but covering here short term. I appreciate that he listens and is up front and honest with us and doesnt pressure you into a sale. Will be back for our future needs!

Andrew was very busy that day but was pleasant and took the time to answer our questions and explain plan options. Phone set up was completed in a short time and we left the store confident with our new phone.

Sorry that it took so long for me to do this but I am a person who began using a cell phone with a pull-up antenna! And all of the phones since have been flip phones! So, upon entering the Verizon store (with a friend to support me) I was very nervous. But Amanda was w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l!! She answered all of my questions, was very helpful, very patient, & very professional. I will refer her to anyone whos planning to purchase a phone or needs questions answered. (The following day I popped by the store to thank Amanda. She wasnt working that day, but Katie was also g-r-e-a-t because I did have more phone questions & she too was very patient & professional.)

Early Tuesday August 18th my husband and I decided we needed to change our cell phone carrier from at&t. We went to a prior verizon location where the previous representative was horrible. We then decided to try another location where we met Holli and she was just fantastic. She explained to us what would happen and what she could do for us. She did not have the phone my husband wanted and she did everything she could to accommodate our family. We decided to have her help us and we are so thankful. Best birthday experience ever and I am so happy with my phone. If you have any problems she is one I will always go to because she helped us so much with changing over.

After calling the store on Philly St., Holli was able to not only able to do all of the basics that she has to do, but we talked while ordering my new phone and she noticed that I had items from when I first opened my Verizon acct that are now free or not needed in general. So not only did I get more help than I have at ANY other Verizon store, but we came up with a game plan on ways to help me even more. Even the ladies that did not officially work with me are friendly and helped the other customers in a polite and professional manner.

I have never had someone work as hard as Amanda has to get my Verizon account perfect. She investigated my promotional rebate denial and made sure it was corrected so that I got everything that I deserved. She also investigated an error by Verizon on my account, persisting until it was fixed, and ensuring that my account properly reflected all features that I was promised. I have never had someone offer such impeccable customer service, and an enthusiasm to make things right. I hope that Amanda gets recognized for the dedication she has to her job and a caliber of work ethic not often seen.

Had a issue with with a difference in terms and conditions concerning pricing between Verizon Corporate and this Authorized retailer when purchasing a phone outright. Spoke with the district manager who quickly resolved my issue and explained the difference in policies.

I was going to pay a deductible for a replacement phone through my insurance plan, Amanda looked over my plan and upgraded my phone for about 25 dollars more than my insurance deductible would cost. She also adjusted my plan to save on my monthly bill. Very pleased with the service.

We recently needed to upgrade our phones and visited this location. They couldn’t have been more helpful and professional both Alicia and Amanda helped us. They made sure our phones were backed up and then transferred everything to the new phones! Reviewed our plan and saved us more on our monthly bill... I always hated going to the other Verizon in Indiana( by Giant Eagle ) but the people at this location were wonderful!!!

If I could rate this retailer a zero I would.when I attempted to make a return Alicia said that they did not have the 2 Note 9 phones we traded in I said fine then give me the value on a debit card they said they wont do that either I said thats stealing and that they cant do that. Alicia ripped papers out of our hands, she tried to steal the 2 note 10, 3 Samsung A10e, and a jet pack from us by shoving them in her desk. She then called the police on me. After she called the police her co-worker said to Alicia dont worry girl Ive got your back. Avoid like the plague!

2 & half hour drive one way! Sadly I ordered a HUM ! The agents notepad went down. Took them over 2 hrs. to get the contraption charged & into my vechicle! I had to pay $74.00+ up front, then a big bills followed. I returned it because it NEVER WORKED! Took over 2 months to resolve the situation . HARD LESSON LEARNED !

Had my first really great experiance at a Verizon store here. Marquand was incredibly helpful and very personable. He quickly set me up with my account change and helped me with getting my phone transfered over to my new one. He was very informative while also having a great conversation. The rest of the team were also very helpful and light hearted making me laugh multiple times. There are many Verizon stores, but this one has people that really know how to welcome customers and make them leave smiling!
