What a wonderful experience. The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable. We already had been interested in purchasing an e-bike and the ability to try different models really appealed to us. There is a paved bike trail across the street from the store and we had such a good time.Have I mentioned how patient the owner was yet?? He was amazing.

This was a GREAT day all the way around. The bikes are in perfect shape and there are many models to choose from. Jim is extremely thorough in explaining the bikes and letting you try each one out to get the best fit for you. The Pennsy Trail is beautiful as well, and no where near as crowded as the Monon. We ended up having so much fun that we purchased e-bikes that same day!

Highly recommend this place. Friendly, knowledgeable & really takes the time to help you find the bike that fits you & your needs. If you are thinking about an e bike then you should definitely try some out before you buy. If I hadnt have made the drive to try one out first, I would have bought a bike that I didn’t end up liking. Also, has a nice bike trail nearby. We had a great time!

Me and my wife rented two different kinds of e-bikes manufactured from Rad Power bikes. The process was very easy and the owner did a fantastic job of showing us how to operate the e-bikes. Having a bicycle trail right next to the rental shop was awesome! We had a great time!

My family had a fantastic experience trying out EBikes at EZ E-Bike Rentals. Jim was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind to the whole family (kids included). The rental process is very casual and you are allowed to try out several different bikes within the same hour. The location is great as well because there is a nice paved trail right in front to try out the bikes. I dont think youll find a better place to try out different E-Bikes.

Jim is amazing! He takes his time to ask what you want out of a bike and then explains all the pros and cons. He is very detailed and extremely knowledgable. We liked the bikes so much that we bought 2 from Rad Power Bikes. I only wish Rad Bikes set up dealers, because we had to buy from the factory, but Jim is really who sold us on the bikes. I know he is affiliated and he gets some credit, but he went way above and beyond to help us and I felt bad not being able to buy directly from him. He also assembled my bike and made it completely hassle free!Having someone like Jim to go to made all the difference in which bikes we bought!

Perfect place to test ride eBikes.Jim is very knowledegible and helpful. The adjacent trail network is awesome, Couldnt imagine a better place and outfitter to recommend in the area.I strongly believe ebikes are going to become so much more common... displacing the neighborhood and campground golf cart crowd as well as attract folks that are too tired to pendal all of the time.Be careful, once you ride one (or two or six) you might get hooked. Then it becomes a question as to which one, not wether or not you need one.You have been warned. Chances are if you found this website, an in person visit is inevinitable.I would recomend you take the test.

Jim is literally the ONLY place in the Indy area to have RadBikes available to see before buying. We were looking into buying a RadWagon and he was instrumental in making sure we were properly informed about what to expect. He went above & beyond by helping us not only assemble the bike, but teaching us how to service it and also ride it! I cannot say enough good things about him & his shop. We are absolutely in love with our RadWagon and are so thankful for his help along the way!

My wife and I were considering e-bikes, but did not want to spend the amount wanted by the local brand name bike shops. We also wanted to try some before we bought e-bikes. After coming across EZ Ebike Rentals, we were able to make an appointment to try several styles and brands. It was so much fun, we decided it was worth the investment. Also, after trying the Vtuvia bikes, we were convinced that we didnt have to pay a higher price to get quality and all the bells and whistles we wanted. We got higher wattage motors and longer lasting batteries at a fraction of the prices at other local shops. Best of all, Jim was very helpful in explaining all aspects of the bikes. We felt good about buying our bikes from Jim. He beat the prices of the mail order companies and provided home town personal service. We would much rather deal with a person than an internet site. The bikes were fully assembled and ready to go. We have had a great experience both with Jim and our new bikes. Looking forward to a summer outdoors. We plan to take them to as many state parks as we can.

Recently came up from Louisville to tryout several Rad models. We rented several e-bike styles on a beautiful fall day and had such a great time. The location is clean and well organized and how convenient to be right next to a bike path. We drove out to test out some RAD Power Bikes and couldnt be happier. James listened to why we were interested in the bike and let us try models that would best serve our needs. Trying them out was fun. Its like test-driving a new car - you can drive anything but give yourself a little time at first to see how specific models handle. Had such a great time riding the RadCity and the RadRover! We found EZ E-Bike Rentals on the Rad website and called. Jim called back right away and invited us to come down to try out the bikes. When we we go there he spent time with us explaining each of the bikes and then we took them out for a spin. Jim is a great guy and very knowledgeable. EZ E-Bike rentals has a perfect location right next to a bike trail and we rode for about 5 miles. It was great! Looking forward to going back and riding some more.

My sister and I drove 3 hours to try out a couple of rad power bikes, it was worth every minute in the car. Jim was very helpful, he made sure we knew how to properly operate the bikes and answered all of our questions. The bikes were easy to ride and the trail by the warehouse was wonderful, with the shade we barely noticed the 90 degree heat.

Live in Chicago and wanted to try out a Rad E Bike. I texted Jim, the owner, and he got right back to me right away. Reserving a bike was super easy online and I was able to pay online as well. The facility is super clean and right on a bike path. There were a ton of bikes to choose from and they were all clean and looked to be in great shape. Jim got me on the road after an introduction to the bike and a quick test ride. There are helmets there as well if needed. The overall experience was fantastic and would recommend Jim 1000%. Jim provided prompt service/ information and immediate shipping. I received pics of receipts, packaging, and shipping. The website is well maintained and accurate; bike price was reasonable for a low-miles used bike, but shipping was $384 which we split (I paid $200). I highly recommend this business, but do consider shipping costs when looking.

No place to do that in Chicago so on my way back from Florida I called Jim and asked if would be able to help me. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful. He took extra time to make sure we understood how to ride them and knew about our options. We rented the Rad-City Step Through for an hour which was enough time to experience all the features. The shop is near a great bike path with curves and straight aways to get the full experience of the bikes.The Rad City bike has a lot of great features other e-bikes do not have especially the throttle.We would highly recommend Ezebikerentals. You will enjoy the experience, it’s easily accessible, and Jim is as friendly and knowledgeable as they come!

We drove 4.5 hours since this was the best location for us to try Rad bikes. There was another one closer, but this spot had a full selection of the bikes we were considering. After our experience here, we would encourage anyone else we manage to get hooked on the bikes to make the same trip. Jim was very communicative and let us know when a good day would be to have the bikes we wanted available (we eded up going midday on a Thursday)He spent time explaining the features and getting us set up and comfortable with the bikes. You can’t beat the location, within 40 feet you are on the trail, which gives you plenty of opportunities to test out the bike’s handling, acceleration, and even a few small hills and curves. Plus, there is a barely-used street in front, and this gives you a straightaway to learn how to do a smooth start from stop and get used to the bike before hitting the walk/bike trail. If you are excited about the idea of an ebike, but feel intimidated or unsure if a certain ride is for you, Jim is the guy to go to. He’s interested in how you will actually use the bike instead of trying to sell you a bike that doesn’t match your reasons for riding.We ordered our bikes this morning and we can’t wait until they get here! Had a BLAST. Well maintained E-bikes feet from the trail. Spent the afternoon flying around the different paths and local neighborhoods. A great way to get outside and stay active.

Jim was helpful and patient with me as I had never ridden any kind of motor powered bike. He ability to explain the details of the electric bike and how it operated, gave me the confidence to try it. They say you never forget how to ride a bike. That was a relief to me because I can safely say it had been over 20 years since I had been perched on a seat of a two-wheeled self-propelled vehicle. I was up for the adventure and found the old adage to be true. I believe the new saying should be something like, you never forget how to ride a bike, but once you have ridden an ebike your real adventure will begin. Jim was everything you would want to have in a shop owner. He was patient, knowledgeable, and loves biking. He instilled confidence in me by starting slow and helping with all the needed adjustments. The ride along the trail was scenic and memorable but the best part was using the throttle to make the wind breeze through my hair. My face was sore at the end of the ride, but that was just because I had a smile plastered on my face the whole time. Thank you for the incredible experience, Jim.

My first experience on an electric bike at age 66. I chose to ride 3 models of the Rad Power Bikes. Jim Yanan provided excellent knowledge about how to operate and be safe on the rentals. His shop was well stocked and organized. The location was great, with access to trails only yards away. I highly recommend EZebikerentals. Especially if you are shopping for an electric. Rented a RadCity and RadCity Step-Thru on Thursday, July 2nd from EZ E-Bike Rentals. Had some interest in purchasing an e-bike and wanted to try these models. The owner of the shop said my wife and I were welcome to try any of the other models during our hour rental. We both liked the bikes and did not try any of the fat tires bikes. The bike trail next to the shop was nice to ride on for the hour. Great experience. Learned a lot about Rad Power from Jim, the owner. Plan on renting the bikes again and bring my brother and his wife to ride with us. Only $20/hour to rent an e-bike. If you have any interest in an e-bike, you will not be disappointed at EZ E-Bike rentals just east of Indianapolis off of Washington Street in Cumberland.

After a long interest in Ebikes, my wife and I decided to see if there were some that we could rent. We found Jim’s place and decided to give it a shot. It was AWESOME! I rode the RADRover Step-thru fat bike. I had gotten a similar model for my wife to ride. However, when we got there, it was clear that she was too short to ride it. Jim was more than accommodating and got a smaller bike for her to ride. While the bikes were an absolute blast, Jim was definitely the highlight. He was just so kind and helpful throughout the process. He walked us through the process of how to ride our ebikes and made sure we had it down. Returning the bikes was quick and easy. And it was all super reasonably priced ($20 for a 1 hour rental). We will definitely be back!

What a hoot, we had a great time. Neither my BF or I can ride bike very far any more, but an Ebikes opens up a lot of places. It was great to be able to try the different Ebikes. Best bike ride I ever had in along time, I had an amazing experience riding 2018 RAD ROVER ELECTRIC FAT BIKE, riding this bike is a total different experience because you get to enjoy not only the ride but the beautiful country views.. I be back soon.

My wife is the hard sell. We have been considering e bikes for a while. After research I had decided on the RadCity. My wife wanted to ride one before we bought one. We drove 350 miles to Indianapolis because it was the closest place to have them. Well, thats not true, a place outside of Detroit was actually 347 miles. But they have snow. So, no. We talked about the bikes, with Jim, for a bit then we donned the helmets and wheeled the RadCities out the door. Before he let us take off he had to see that we were comfortable on the machines. He had us ride a block and come back. My wife didnt even make it to the stop sign before she was shouting the bikes praises. This is the coolest thing ever. It made me think of that scene in Ghostbusters when Dan Aykroyd slid down the fire pole. Despite it being a cold day and our faces frozen we had an enjoyable ride on The Pennsy Trail. It was a good day.

I had such an awesome time riding a 2018 Rad Rover provided by Jim, the owner of EZ E-Bike Rentals. Jim called me after a friend referred me and asked if I could help him and his wife with building a website for their small startup company. We worked together to come up with a great name, logo, website, and of course I had to ride an e-bike to fully understand what others would be experiencing. It was such a fun experience hopping on an e-bike and being able to twist the throttle and take off. They know a ton about e-bikes and Im really excited to try some of the other models like the RadCity Step Thru and the RadWagon bikes. Its been super getting to know Jim and Tanya and Id definitely recommend renting these bikes.
