We had contacted Guardian Media Systems for home theater installation. Chris was very very thorough and very knowledgeable. He was very very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns.They did a great job with pre-wiring our media room before dry wall installation. I am very excited about the final product and will share my reviews soon.

I donot recommend at all. They sell products without getting your requirements or without matching your requirements. Do your research 100% before and get what you actually need than what they offer. I had to buy more devices later after installing to meet my requirements ex: stream dolby content.

When I first contacted GMS, I was quickly contacted and paid for the installation of my system. The system worked good until about a month ago. I have tried to contact Chris to no avail and I have been to the office. I have been told that the hard drive has went out and I do have a warranty in effect. I am about to contact the BBB with my concerns.

Guardian Media offered a reasonable price for mounting my TV above my fireplace and hiding all of the wires in the walls. I really liked that they gave me a definite price for the job, and not an estimate like many other companies. The technicians were extremely polite and professional, and I would definitely call them again for my A/V needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Indianapolis, IN.We have had a security alarm system for 20 years, but never cameras. I contacted GMS to install security cameras on our exterior for many reasons. GMS was very quickly out to our property to discuss our needs, hear our concerns, make recommendations and then give a very reasonable estimate. We then signed the contract and put down a deposit, and within a week or two had out security camera system installed and running. The tech walked us through the use of the system on the primary monitor as well as the smart phone app. We were able to change the actual camera angles to optimize the views of our property that worked best for us. The system is VERY EASY to use and to review footage that has been stored. Picture quality is excellent night or day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Do not hesitate to have GMS come to your home or business for a security evaluation and estimate. The tech and installers were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves.4 months later: System is working great. Continued customer service has been excellent!
