I have only used this company for many many years and I will never change. They have always provided me with the best service and are very easy to get ahold of. I feel like my home is protected when I’m gone or home alone and I truly appreciate that! The installation process was quick and easy to schedule and I they showed up in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this company!!

I have used this company for several years. The service is great, and they were very attentive when my system needed repair. The monthly monitoring is significantly cheaper than the big name competitors, and they were able to reuse my existing alarm system which saved me a ton of money.
Installers were great - then nothing. Ive called their customer service line many times and Im always put on hold for a very long amount of time. They often disconnect you accidentally and then you have to start the process of calling again. I wish they would call me back, so I didnt have to try to get their attention other ways. I would love for my alarm to turn back on, but no one will talk to me. Call centers are always backed up. Im awaiting a call from their service line, so maybe I can update my review, but tick tock.
We have been with USA Alarm Service for many years. Their installation areas were clean when they left the house. Customer service has been prompt with any questions. I would recommend them to anyone!
Started out with good customer service. Then you just do not get any support. Days and weeks go by without hearing back from them. Had issues with not getting video notifications for a minimum of 2 minutes and was told that is normal. We was using Alarm.com USA Alarm said we needed stronger wifi so we bought a new router and that did not fix it. Just a lot of money out of pocket for something we did not need. Then was told our internet needed to be upgraded. So we did that to gig service. Still did the same thing. And again just more money out of our pocket.I can only say stay away from USA Alarm and Alarm.com they have some great features but it does no good if you have to wait a minimum of 2 minutes before you know that something set your cameras off. I have been back and forth for weeks on end with USA Alarm and Alarm.com to hear that is normal. Well its not normal at all. We have cancelled service with USA Alarm and have another system and we get notifications within 10 seconds max that something has set our cameras off.
Great installers great services and priceing
This company sells an amazing product, and has great customer service. They are honest and take very good care of their customers! I was told they did go through a period where they were very short-staffed, but things appear to be going great now! I would recommend USA Alarm Service to any home or business owner who wants peace of mind with their security and energy efficiency.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. No, wait, I would give them MINUS 5 stars if that was an option. When I talked to this company, I was impressed by the sales rep-Wendy. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Their customer service however is THE WORST EVER!!! From Day one the alarm system did not work correctly. It beeped constantly. Every 10 - 20 seconds! CONSTANTLY! The monitoring company (maybe) would call saying there was a communication error. When I asked was I supposed to do about that, they said they didnt know. The phone number I had for Wendy no longer worked. I had no way to get a hold of this company. I had no card from the tech that installed the thing, no valid email. The beeping/communication error went on for over 3 months. When the monitoring system would call and tell me there was a communications error, I would ask them what do to. FOUR times, the person on the other end said they would schedule a tech to come out and look at the system. NOT ONE TIME did a tech EVER come out!!! I eventually unplugged it just to stop the incessant beeping. The monitoring company called and when our Chef asked the person to hold while he came and got me, she said, For real?? I explained the situation once again and once again I was told a technician would come out. Again, nothing. Now 6 months later, Jeff is saying I owe either the whole contract or he will Settle for $719. He says I was sent bills, but I never received one. Trust me, I would have been on that phone in a heart beat getting a tech out here! So he wants me to pay for a product that never worked, to a company that promised technicians that never showed up, and monitoring service that never monitored. What a rip off! You get what you pay for though.. Spend the extra money and go with ADT. Its worth the peace of mind! We are a small business just starting out and I cant afford to shell out 719 for product that didnt work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO FOLLOW UP. NO COMMUNICATION..
This company is probably one of the worst i have ever dealt with. I signed a contract to have security installed and when the install date came around no one showed up to do the install.I tried calling them repeatedly to only get a message machine on every option on their automated system, even the option for if your alarm is going off and you need help.After about two weeks of calling i finally reached a real person to talk to. This person gavgave me the run around with a bullcrap store about not having installers in my area and that they were working on hiring people. Ohh did i forget to mention that they were workingout a bug in the phones lol funny. So this person said he would call me back in a week. That never happened. 3 weeks by before i finally reach another real live human being and i get the same ststory so i remain patient and finally get an appointment for istall to yet again get stood up with not so much as a call to rescedule or cancel. Now is back the same old crap of calling with no response and no callbacks. I signed this contract before the newyears people and here it is march.Worst cCo.Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT do business with this company as a vendor. They do not pay their bills. They will feed you a bunch of lies though.
