Extremely pleased with OnGuard Security Solutions professional installation of 5 security cameras at my home. Kirk Booher did an outstanding job of explaining the various camera options that were available, and spent considerable time walking the premises to determine the most appropriate/strategic placement of the cameras.The installers, Brandon, Rob, and Vip were exceptionally knowledgeable in the hard wiring of the system. They were very proficient and communicated with my wife and I with respect to their plan of action. Moreover, they actually came by the evening prior to the day of installation to get the lay of the land and scope out the best access points in the attic and basement for wiring purposes. Lastly, Brandon and Vip connected the system to our tv, computer monitor, and our smart phones for viewing and playback. They also walked us through the actual operation of the system.From start to finish, OnGuard exceeded all expectations. I could not be more pleased with the services they provided. Was on the search for a very specific setup for security for 2 structures one of which is a garage that is non climate controlled and no internet and a distance from the house other security companies were telling me they couldnt do non controlled climate structures and / or they were saying I would have to bury a cable from the house to garage 150ft or a seperate system with 2 different service fees as well as I wanted notifications when cameras caught activity in areas of property that couldnt be seen or heard if someone messing around that shouldnt be or while I was sleeping alarms that would wake me on guard assured me me they could meet all my expectations with one system and without digging up my yard they were very professional and courteous during the entire process Kirk even stopped by and walked me through the website and how to program different rules/setting for each individual camera on guard met and exceeded everything I was trying to get from security system I highly recommend on guard for all your security needs especially if you have a unique situation more than likely they have a solution

He even came back the very next business day when I found one of the cameras wasnt working. He re-installed it and it works perfectly now. I first got to know Kirk Booher when we began to cross paths at various events to meet other small business owners. I realized hes good guy who definitely knows what hes talking about when it comes to security systems. When my family and were in the process of moving to a new home, I called Kirk to talk about a monitored security system.
