I ordered a Chocolate Dessert and Cheesecake Platter to a friend from this shop. The quantity and quality, was not as promised. We attached a messaged that was not even written anywhere or said. As you can tell from the pics the strawberries were tiny and not even chocolate covered. I am very disappointed, and will not be shopping or recommending this store to anyone.Even a 1 star rating is too high for this store.
I usually love editable arrangements, however I went to pick up my order tonight that I placed online yesterday for my anniversary and they were closed. They’re hours are until 7:00 pm and I was there 25 minutes until closing and they were already closed. Very disappointing and definitely the last time I’ll order anything from them again.UPDATE: finally was able to pick up the strawberries and the lady never once apologized for it and said “they change there hours because they are locally owned, they’re different from the franchise hours”. Next time someone orders something for pick up at 6:30 and you know you’ll be closed, maybe give them a call!
It is our anniversary and I order a fruit bouquet that was large, it looked larger on the website, instead I got something that was almost as big as the card. I hate to see what the small one really looked liked. I am very disappointed.But my husband did love the fruits.
I recently bought a platter and balloon. I paid for the one that would say happy anniversary but that was not the one that was delivered. They used one that said congratulations. Kinda embarrassing and not what I ordered. I wasn’t told if it was out of stock or anything. So kinda sad but the strawberries were good.*UPDATE* not even an hour after I reviewed my experience a customer service rep called me and asked to send me another thing of strawberries to make up for the balloon mistake. I am super appreciative and I do realize mistakes happen. Will order from them again. Thank you!
This one on 10th dont even bother,they will not deliver your special gift on the specific day,plus tell you they only have one driver and have other deliveriess.so if the problem is workers then hire more people, if its not delivered when i need it then i really dont want it at all.
The location on west 10th street was great! They delivered my order promptly, the fruit looked amazing and the flowers were beautiful. When I called to inquire about when they would be delivered, they were really nice and helpful. He said it would be there in an hour, and it was. And no delivery fee! I would highly recommend this location.
Went to try there smoothies and they didnt have bananas. The smoothie was warm not enough ice. Will try a different store, not much here.
My thank you gift bundle with choc dipped fruit, cookies and nuts looked beautiful and the lady i bought it for as a gift was extremely happy and said the personal cheesecake was amazing

As I was paying, the cashier asked for my phone number and name. I asked her if I had to give her that information, to which she replied she would give me a free smoothie if I did. After I gave her the info, she still asked me to pay and explained their policy is actually that if they ask you for the info and you decline, then they give you the free smoothie... To me this seems like an elaborate and sneaky way to collect peoples info. On the plus side the smoothie was pretty good.
I placed my order almost 4 days in advance for Valentine’s Day and oh what a disappointment! My pick up time was set and when I arrived to the 10th street location my order was not ready and the staff seem confused as to who I was and asked my name repeatedly. I even gave them a print out of my order and they claimed that a person I never heard of had picked up my order. I was furious! After waiting for the staff to cluelessly figure out the issue which they couldn’t! They finally gave me a poor created arrangement which was not what I ordered and the fruit was NOT fresh and my note was NOT attached! I called the store multiple times and no one answered. My Valentine’s Day was ruined! $110 thrown in the garbage! I will never order from this location again! I would like a refund! If I could have given zero stars I would have.
The fruit was really good but my birthday balloons were never delivered. When I spoke with the rep she was sending the balloons out with a complimentary 6 piece. We never got them and keeps getting put on 15-20min holds.. This is the first time I have had this issue. Not very pleased at all
Dont know why there are even delivery instructions.. i called in to see if it can be delivered between a certain time and the guy said noo.. so apparently they don’t want my money even though i need it delivered at 5pm and they deliver till 7pm. was told that if they dont accept the order its sent back and delivered next day. but that person wont be there the next day soo what just a waste of 80$ for 12 strawberries lol..

I placed an order nearly 2 weeks in advance so there would be no mess ups. I was wrong. I had to pay 20 dollars extra to have it delivered on valentines day. Never showed up. I called multiple times to try to figure out what was going on, and all I got was voicemail. I finally got in touch with someone the next afternoon and they said sorry. Sorry doesnt make it right. If they werent coming they should have let me know. Its a good thing I have a loving and understanding wife. I spent a lot of money for this and got horrible service. Very disappointed customer. I will never use them again and would advise everyone not to use them also!

This my last yr ordering from here I ordered days in advanced to get my wife gifts delivered to her job here it is 230pm 30 minutes before she gets off and she still hasn’t received her gifts. I paid 20$ today for delivery alone so yea I’m hot right now last yr they gave the package to the wrong person can’t get through the lines just horrible service over all I’ve been on hold for a hour
I ordered an Edible Arrangement for my daughter. It was her two year anniversary working as a Vet for Banfield Hospital. My daughter is health minded so I did not want to order a cake. The arrangement was delivered to her at work and she and all her co-workers were impressed with the whole presentation. One of the girls asked my daughter if she could have the Hello Kitty vase when all the fruit was gone! It was adorable.
This was the first time I used edible arrangements. The Fruit was AWESOME. Fresh,beautiful, and affordable. My only reason for giving 4 out of 5 stars was the delivery instructions. My parents are retired and sometimes dont hear the doorbell. I placed this order on line, then called the corresponding store and requested a 5 minute call ahead. THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. Luckily they went out to get the mail and the arrangement was left on the porch. It worked out thank God.
I bought a $115 arrangement to be delivered on Valentines Day. An order I placed in January. It was not delivered. You want to hear how great the customer service was here?? I was told either a refund or delivery on Friday ...my only two options. Valentines comes once a year, I counted on this company to make a delivery on Valentines Day. I paid for a service and product to be delivered on Valentines Day. I TRUSTED this service to be carried out. A Valentines surprise gift to be delivered at work is NOT a Valentines present after Valentines Day. You would think for THEIR mistake they would make some sort of compensation for such a grossly negligent act on their part but NO! A refund or a delivery later. Oh and don’t even bother calling corporate there IS NO CORPORATE ...whatever the manager decides for that store is what you get. So, in this case the manager was a cold heartless woman who did not care that her store ruined my friend’s Valentine Day. Either she was going to get her money and do it at a later more convenient time or better yet not have to do it at all, what does she care...certainly not about customer service! Be warned if you are sending an arrangement for a particular date don’t count on it getting there.
My boyfriend tried to have the red velvet berry bouquet and box deluxe bundle sent to my workplace on Valentine’s Day. This was supposed to come with the red velvet berry bouquet, 12 count dipped fruit box, “I love you” balloon bundles, and the custom dipped fruit box sleeve. The confirmation was for a delivery before 2, which would have been fine since the office hours are 7-4. However, the delivery person didn’t arrive until after 4, and the office was locked. They also wouldn’t answer the phone when we tried to call to have the order held at the store. They tried to get in, and then just handed off the red velvet berry bouquet and one balloon to a coworker of mine that happened to be in the parking lot and said he knew me. They were supposed to call and I would have rejected the package and picked it up the next day. He called to find out what happened to the other 2/3 of the gift and they are saying since it was “delivered properly” according to their records, he’s out of luck, and that if it was wrong, I should have rejected the package, which I didn’t have the chance to do. This is a terrible business practice and has been a pain to try and get what was paid for. Even for the high volume of Valentine’s Day, they should follow their own policies and not blame the customer for mistakes.
I ordered a deliver on Wednesday the day before Valentine’s Day to be delivered on Friday for my sister birthday at her job. I put in the notes that I needed it delivered before noon since my sister gets off at 1pm and will be out the remainder of the day celebrating her birthday. Now I’m a thousand and something miles away from my sister this was the only gift I was able to get her and she didn’t get it. So now a gift from me to my sister she will never get not only did they not have the decency or respect to contact me ahead of time to let me know they wasn’t going to be able to make the time or to say they don’t do scheduled times when they seen it in the note they didn’t even try to make other arrangements. This is bad for a first time customer. Will never order again ruined a special surprise on a special day.
Customer service was great, the display in my gift box was perfect, and the service was quick. They were able to make my gift ahead of the pick up time and that was awesome! :)
We sent an arrangement to our boss, who was in the hospital near your store. He came from out of town for some surgery. When he got the fruit, he was so happy. You brought us to him. He enjoyed every bite!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Absolutely, positively DO NOT place an order at this location.I put in an order this morning for chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my boyfriend. When I still hadnt received an email at 4:30 confirming the delivery which was supposed to take place by 4 p.m., I called the location to inquire about what was going on.Only then was I told specifically, our computers are running slow today, and we have a different delivery driver than usual, who is not doing the job correctly. Needless to say, my arrangement that was to be delivered today was not delivered today.However, Im being told itll be first priority in the morning. WHAT A JOKE. I am being given my delivery charge back, as well as another box of strawberries, however, that does not makeup for the huge imposition of their actions today.Additionally, I called the corporate office and filed a formal complaint. However, I was told that the location has up to 48 hours to respond to me as it is independently owned and operated. What a craptastic manner in which to do business.This is a company that supposedly prides itself on quick and efficient business but up to 48 hours to turn around a major screw up such as this? I can guarantee if the president of the company was sitting next to me, this would have been delivered tonight. No matter where they needed to go to to get it accomplished.What an absolutely disappointing experience. Again, DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE.

My office is a block away...walked over to get YATS next door and several of the girls asked if I could pick something up here.Nope, its closed. On a Monday. With all the lights on. And a sign that says open 7 to 7. So sorry to disappoint the girls, you wont be getting your smoothies. Seriously, is it that hard to be open when your store says it is open?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!I just had thee worst experience with this location. I wish I had read the reviews first smh. So I placed an order yesterday morning to be picked up at 1pm. I leave work on my lunch break to go pick up the order..at about 1:05pm I call because Im at the location trying to find the entrance (parking here is horrendous btw)..so anyway..the lady says oh I actually was about to call you and tell you its not gonna be ready at 1pm...Im instantly pissed. because why would you not call me BEFORE 1pm if you KNEW it wouldnt be ready for me to pick up?!..so I ask how long it will be..she says 20 minutes. fine. not really fine because Im wasting my break but anyway. I go inside to wait and she says..oh you had 3 separate boxes didnt you....yes..so THEN she tells me it will be about an hour -___- I gave this place 2 stars ONLY because the lady was genuinely nice. She says she will deliver it to my job for free so I dont have to wait. So I go back to work..an hour and a half goes by..i call and they are STILL not done yet. the fruit boxes were for my bosses and we wanted to present them together and by this time some of my coworkers who contributed had to leave. 2+ hours later the boxes finally arrived. now let me back track a little..i specifically put in the notes AND REQUESTED IN PERSON that they send 3 blank message cards with the boxes so we could sign them for our bosses individually. I got ONE card. Im so over this place I will NOT be ordering from them again!

I ordered my mom a nice bouquet for her birthday/mothers day. When she sent me a picture of what she got I was so disappointed. It looked awful and nothing like the picture from what I ordered. Big slices of cantalope on a stick, a butchered pineapple heart, and one chocolate covered strawberry: $80. Please dont order from this place. At least she got it on the day she was supposed to :/

Possibly the most incompetent group of human beings on earth. Ordered my wife a nice fruit bouquet for our first anniversary. Had it set to be delivered to the new Eskenazi Hospital, which is TWO MILES AWAY FROM THEM. Instead of calling me (the one who placed the order) they blew up her phone wanting to know where askeesny is. They ruined the surprise and forced her to come out of a meeting and walk down to the curb to pick up my gift. Sooo.... SOOO dumb. Would give them a negative rating if possible. Paid $80 for about 10 pieces of fruit.
Ordered on Sunday before Valentines day was not delivered on VALENTINES are the next day Friday. Called on Saturday said they were overwhelmed SORRY!!!!! SO WIFE DID NOT GET VALENTINES. So you cant count on them!!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE. Do not use them.
