This place is such an amazing hidden gem! We did the chocolate tasting flight, as well as one bag of drop candies. The flavors they’ve created from such simple ingredients is astounding. Sher was our host— she had a great personality, and a wealth of knowledge about the chocolates. The facility itself is really clean and modern, with an upscale vibe. Definitely recommend!

Wow! This was an amazing experience and I mean that! The environment was very beautiful and even had a real moss wall. I loved the reasoning behind why the business started in the first place. I would love to see what else is to come as they will be releasing new products soon. The location was easy to get to and find. I totally recommend this place and look forward to what is come.

As you enter the shop you know you are in for a treat. Beautifully modern minimalist design, clean, socially distances tasting tables and friendly staff will be welcoming you. As you get seated staff prepares complimentary tasting board where they explain and educate you on each flavor. My personal favorite is Peru and Honduras. They have to-go chocolate packs as well as large chelate pouch options. I can’t wait to go back for “bean to bag” class. Great place to taking someone who loves chocolate ! ( who doesn’t?)

We did the 11:30am Saturday chocolate tasting and drop candy making. Their team at SoChatti was very fun to work with and we had a fantastic time!! Definitely will be telling my friends. Although we do not have young children it was really nice to see the kids at other tables enjoying themselves. Fun for all ages!!

I really enjoyed this place! The coworkers were so lovely and explained everything very well. Im not a big chocolate fan but, I actually found one I liked (it was the Peruvian one). The nectar was great as well, unfortunately the peach flavor is out of stock right now, which is a total bummer. The apple pear one was pretty good too. Definitely want to come back.

Wow! What a fabulous night. We planned a gathering of a few friends tonight for my Birthday. You can have up to 12 people for a private party. We got an education about chocolate and what causes the bitterness. We were all offered water sparkling or flat. We had a flight of 4 chocolates Peru, Trinidad, Honduras and Tanzania. Each have their own underlying flavors from berries to floral notes. On our tables there was also sugar, coco nibs, coco butter and whole coco bean to try chocolate in its rawest form. They also have fruit essence Cherry, Blueberry, Apple and Blackberry Mix. I loved the cherry my husband loved the blueberry. After trying the 4 chocolates we picked the one we each liked the most for later. We then got a tour of the facility and learned about the different machines they came up with to get the best out of the chocolate. Totally different process from what big chocolate does. We learned about their warming machine and how it came to be. Then we were back to our tables with cold plates to make drop chocolate. We were given freezdried strawberries, blue berries, candy sprinkles and salt to add to our drop chocolates. As well as some fruit essence. We were given chocolate nibs to grind down in stainless steel mortar and pestle. Then we added coco butter and sugar to make our own chocolate. It was all really good. To finish we were offered chocolate mixed with espresso. Wow it packed a punch. All their chocolate is vegan, nut free, dairy free, gluten, and soy free. We have friends with nut allergies and they we super thrilled. The presentation was great Matt did a great job and its obvious how much he is invested in the company. I forgot the young ladies name that kept everything going by distributing our chocolates and setting up our tables. She was awesome. If you get the chance have a party!

What a jewel So Chatti is. Tucked away in a wharehouse on Brookside Drive, this chocolatier is phenomenal! My husband and I visited today and di their complimentary tasting of four different types of chocolate from Peru, Trinidad, Honduras and Tanzania. So Chatti offers chololate making classes for $10.00 on Thursdays and Saturdays (book online) which includes a lovely book of recipes, chocolates that you make yourself and a 90 minute class in which the process is explained. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED learning about the cocoa beans from the various countries. Highly recommend visiting So Chatti!

My daughter & I had the joy of experiencing this delightful place yesterday. My daughter took me for my Birthday and what a great time! Visually the shop is bright & beautiful! The unique process of tasting and learning about chocolates from around the world made it fun, interesting and educational. The Hostess was sweet, knowledgeable and made the experience even better! We opted to make our own candies and even took home out favorite chocolate pouches and bars to share with our husbands. If you are looking for a fun, unique and affordable experience you need to try this place. The kicker....I’m not a big fan of chocolate and even I loved it!! We will definitely be going back.

I must say I am a bit confused. My wife and did a tasting, the chocolate is very good, but we had to ask about buying the product. The confusing part is the pouches are sold for $1.79 each or you can buy a sampler pack for $17.95 which contains 8 pouches. Had I been paying attention I wouldn’t have bought the box and spent $4 more. Even on the Amazon site it states that the 8 pouch box is $17.95 and pouches are $1.80 each. 1.80 x 8 = $14.40, why is the box of 8, $17.95, wow was I stupid.

They source their chocolate sustainably and process everything on site, theyre product is super clean and free of the top allergens - and I LOVE that! The SoChatti Chocolate tasting was more than just scrumptious it was truly enlightening to learn about where their cacao nibs come from, why they overpay, and how to use their liquid chocolate product.Jessica was amazing and super excited to answer all my chocolate questions.
