Wonderful, friendly, welcoming staff that my bridal party had a lot of fun with! Everyone looked amazing, and they even got us wrapped up early, which is a big deal on your wedding day! The salon itself is also beautiful and such a unique space.

Jennifer did an AMAZING job on both my hair and makeup for my wedding. We did a trial and she listened to what I wanted to change after it and the end result was absolutely perfect. She kept my airbrush makeup natural but still enough to be bridal to where it didnt look caked on. I have A LOT of hair and she handled it with grace. It stayed in ALL day with all of my moving around and still looked perfect by the end of the night.Patsy did a wax for me. She made me feel so comfortable and had tons of tips and tricks to make it ALMOST pain free. I was really impressed as it was my first one and I had a slight burn from tanning and it didnt hurt nearly as much as I thought it would because of her tips and patience!Ashley did my mothers makeup and she did fantastic. My mother looked absolutely beautiful. She was very patient and listened to what my mom wanted and the end result turned out great!Jordan was so sweet and kind and I highly recommend her services as well.This team made some sacrifices to help make my day special. They really put their clients first and I will always recommend them to any bride!

I visited Pro Soto for the first time today for a facial. Patsy was amazing! So very very relaxing. She did an exceptional job. My face looks and feels awesome. I cannot day enough about her and the salon. What an incredible experience.

Very charming...right in the middle of Castleton. Kim is great, a very sweet easy going person. Just what I wanted with my haircut even though it was the first time Ive seen her. Ill be back!

They dont deliver what they have promised they did worst make up.

Nice salon, very pricey. I was told $75 for a partial and am used to having that include the toner since you dont lift hair without toning it. When I went to pay it was $90. They charge $15 for toner which I was not told. Color/tone of highlights I am happy with but it is far fewer highlights than I am used to getting with a partial. It looks nice but I dont feel like it was $90 worth of color. Still some growth spots. Could have used more foils and she didnt use all of the bleach that was mixed. Not sure why since I paid for it. I was told partial price is for the amount of bleach mixed so I feel it should have all gotten used. In addition, while I was processing, my hair dresser took smoke breaks, the smell of cigarette smoke was very apparent when she returned. I would recommend being very specific with what you expect for what you are paying and ask for total cost so nothing is missed.

I had an amazing experience learning to do eyelash extensions with Kelly. I didnt have a model so Brenda found one for me and she (my model) along with everyone there were kind, helpful and full of knowledge. I would definitely recommend them for all services offered.

Pro Soto is AMAZING!! I use their makeup line and have also had my hair done there in the salon. Their makeup foundation is the best Ive tried and I have tried a lot of well-known foundations like Makeup Forever HD, Urban Decay and Smashbox. The Pro Soto foundation blows them all away and is less expensive than the other brands. The salon has friendly and knowledgeable staff and has a great vibe going on that makes you feel at home!
