I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Heath Outdoor - especially Cory and Justin. I am OBSESSED with how my front yard turned out. Like, over the top excited. Ever since I bought my house nearly three years ago Ive somewhat regretted the purchase because it looked so ugly on the outside. Corys vision and Justins hard work - really the entire install team - totally transformed my front yard. Heath Outdoor is my go to for any landscaping (and hardscape) work!!

This group has done multiple projects at my house over the past few years. Just recently installed some new plants, mulched, trimmed trees, and cleaned up our entire yard. It looks incredible! They have always done a great job and are very efficient!

Very professional and easy to work with! Within a day of contacting them, they came out to discuss the landscaping and promptly sent a quote that took into account everything we discussed. They were able to schedule the services within a reasonable timeframe and the day of, they came on time and did a great job!

I have been extremely impressed by the Heath Outdoor team starting with Cory and right through the Gretchen in Operations, to the excellent work the crew did on cleaning up my overgrown beds. Corys suggestion for a small retaining wall was spot on. I will continue to use Heath going forward and as a regular service throughout the year and add mowing services at the start of the next season.

In a nutshell, the entire crew is very professional. After discussing the project details, they provide a clear plan in terms of expectations, materials needed, cost and overall final work. Heath Outdoor installed a crushed stone foundation for my storage shed. The resulting base was picture perfect. The crew arrived on the agreed-upon day and completed the job the same day. The crew was mindful of my property, taking care not to damage the driveway and lawn. The clean up was excellent. As a client, I was particularly appreciative of the knowledge and professionalism Heath demonstrated from start to finish. Since the onset of the pandemic, I have found that it is difficult to find companies that will answer or return calls, difficult to find companies that will do the job well or on time. We were looking for an old fashioned gardener who would come over and do what needed to be done beyond just mowing the grass. Items such as weeding, trimming, bush and tree care, etc. They have done all that and more for an excellent cost. They provided suggestions for cleaning up and enhancing our landscape as well as helping with some leaning bottle trees. We have a couple of dogs so they always let us know ahead of time when coming over so we can make sure the dogs are inside. We have used various other companies in the past and communication was always an issue. Not with Heath Outdoors. Twon and Ethan have been wonderful.Highly recommended.

These guys put in a lot of hard work on improving our yard but only 3-stars because part of our installation is completely awful and they did not make it right. We left town while they worked to finish the project and came back to a yard with 4 inch siding sticking out all over that was barely in the ground. It looked terrible to put it nicely. Once made aware the project manager seemed stunned that this was a problem. They came back and fixed some of the problem areas but did not contact us afterwards. Instead they sent the bill to indicate they were done. Were now left coming up with a plan to fix their bad work. I would not hire this company again.

Heath designed and installed a paver patio for my condo. After receiving similar bids, we chose them based on the design. The design was beautiful and considered mobility and use of the space. I was referred to this company by my daughter-in-law. I called and left detailed message on 3/9/2021, no one ever returned my call!! I called again on 3/19/2021 and was able to speak with someone. Scheduled an appraisal for 3/30/2021. Person showed up for appraisal, talked me out of a deck, said they were too expensive. So was going to measure and give price on black aluminum puppy picket fence. I left her to measure. She disappeared without saying a word!! I called the office the next day and asked how did they handle things? They acted shocked that she just left after measuring and not saying a word. They told me I should receive an email within a few days. No email yet!! I also learned my daughter-in-law had a problem, but the owner took care of it. Can you even imagine the problems, when they can’t even handle communication for an appraisal!!! I had another fence company out a couple of weeks before and received my appraisal via email in 10 minutes of the gentleman leaving!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Designed and installed our front yard landscaping. Gave us exactly what we asked for within our budget. The finished product far exceeded our expectations.

The workmen are polite, courteous, hard working & genuinely NICE. Love having them around. And the yard looks FANTASTIC.

They double charged me on every invoice for an entire year of service. They continually charged me for weekly mowings, even though I had ordered bi-weekly mowings from the very beginning. I had to call them every time to get it adjusted. Which they did, with no argument. I got behind on my payments due to covid-19 and other personal reasons, and they were very understanding. However, this year I ordered their service again, and no one has shown up to mow in a month. I called and asked why, and the told me that they would not service my yard due to an outstanding balance on my account. I payed my account in full a month before this call, and have the receipt to prove it. I will say that they are very nice and will work with you very easily, which is the only reason they got 2 stars.

We highly recommend Justin Wedges and his team! His creativity, diligence and outstanding use of materials made for a fabulous water fall feature in our front yard. Very pleased!

We have now hired Heath Outdoors for a total of 4 projects to date! Not because our yard is so large, but because their quality and precision is both affordable and impossible to emulate! Every time they have delivered exactly what we hope to achieve, communicating along the way and making sure it is exactly as we want. This last time though really exceeded my expectations. I originally asked for them to put down an 8x9 gravel pad. This required digging up existing garden beds and I really did not want to lose what was planted there. They graciously took on this addition, redistributing the plants in other beds and then re-mulched everything! Completely blown away with the results. For the love of pete, hire them for your next project!

Over promise and under deliver. We specifically asked for certain small trees to be trimmed and they were not touched. Instead, they pulled weeds, which we did not ask for. Further, they sent us an additional bill for the hours spent pulling weeds. Additionally, they planted some of the sedum in the wrong place, and it took them 2 weeks to come look at the project to confirm it was incorrect. Still to this day, we have not received an apology or had the job corrected. When we reach out, they are more concerned about charging more money and collecting bills. It should be noted, we paid in full prior to services being rendered - big mistake. Look elsewhere if you expect decent customer service. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.As a follow-up to their response, I can confirm with e-mail proof that I never said I did not want them to come fix their mistakes. Further, I have footage of us pointing out trees we wanted trimmed that were never touched. In addition, we did not need weeds pulled, and never asked for that. The weeds that were pulled were not just where the bushes were removed from. It should be noted, some of their crew members sat on the truck while the others worked - this must be what caused the project to take longer than it should have for the (pruning/trimming/clean-up). More disappointed you came on here to attempt to prove me wrong vs. contacting me and making things right. Had that been done, I would have changed my score.

They created a fire feature out of our large boulder. It turned out fantastic. Can’t wait until it’s warm enough to be outside again. They placed it, made sure it was set properly, protected lawn from tractor wheels, even cleaned up after themselves. Prompt and courteous. Ken a huge thanks, and great to meet you.

Heath Outdoor came to my home and put together a landscaping plan for my review. I was impressed with their plan, and was wowed by the results. The value I received in home equity far surpassed the cost of the landscaping itself. The company was very professional to work with, and would recommend them to anybody. VERY PLEASED.

Was satisfied until recently. My lawn hasn’t been mowed in two weeks. The grass is now three feet tall. I was told Tuesday they’d get it done “later this week.” I called this morning at 10:30 and they said it’d be done today. Got home from work tonight and it hadn’t been done. Now I either have to live with a jungle for a lawn all weekend, or I have to borrow a mower from a friend and do it myself. What am I paying for??

Great Service! Heath spent time listening to my landscape ideas and made great suggestions. They created a new landscape bed, planted 3 arborvitaes and 2 knock out roses. Work was completed timely, they cleaned up after and even blew the fall leaves off our driveway without being asked. I use Heath Outdoor each year for spring clean-up, mulch & trimming my shrubs. They did a great job transforming our backyard into a space we could be proud of! We needed help because after four years in our home, we had let our landscape maintenance needs get out of control and most of our grass areas were dying. Heath came by to discuss ideas on how to improve our landscaping and make our backyard more functional for our needs, while staying within our budget. They cleaned and freshened up our mulch beds, replaced undesired plants with prettier low-maintenance ones, and installed sod to replace our dead grass. We also asked to have our brick patio reconfigured and new steps built from our back door landing so that we could have direct access to the patio. Heath designed it in a way that reused the existing brick to help keep costs down. His crew was very professional and the work was completed in less than two days. I sent a message twice (2x) asking for a quote for some removal type landscaping and received no reply. I had also planned to use them to do my yard weekly this summer! Though they are not the only company to do this, it appears that this company only wants the quick buck! I recommend using someone else!

Heath Outdoor has done outstanding lawncare for us including cleaning out tremendously overgrown flower beds along with regular mowing, fertilizing and leaf removal. This is a difficult yard to maintain due to being on a hillside front and back and a few seasons of neglect due to our health issues. They also took on the task of powerwashing our siding

Heath is quite possibly one of the hardest workers I have ever met. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed flawlessly. His rates are well below what they probably should be for the work that was done.
