I went into Hot topic to buy some jeans and the lady was helping some man I guess get some type of different stuff and Ive been waiting in line for a while and I just thought it was kind of odd that she would help him before she helped me when I was already waiting in line with myself and he hadnt even made his mind at what he wanted I just thought that was kind of poor customer service but she was polite and friendly and thank me for my patience

They have rock n roll bands tee shirts for a decent price. I was amazed. Its a really nice store!

This place has the coolest stuff. Unfortunately the prices are absolutely ridiculous. You can order the same things offline for a fourth of the price. And the store is set up SO close together, there is no room to even walk! The staff was nice though..

This store is fun and alive when you walk through the door. Its quite small and a little crowded but I can always find somrthing unique and memorable.

This Hot Topic is pretty tiny in comparison to others Ive been, doesnt have as much merch due to. The employees were genuinely nice and actually interested in helping and conversation.

I love there tee shirts I got my favorite nirvana shirt from there they have some nice sales and nice people as well

About the only store that carries sizes that fit big and tall people with out having to order special. Bravo Hot Topic!

They do a really good helping you find what you want, even if youre a little vague asking. Great customer service, fair prices, and really cool specials.

Fun place!

Poor policy not allowing employees to inform shoppers in something is available in store or not. Other locations easily provided the information I asked for. I live too far away to do a joy ride to check for one particular item.

This store is very nice. There is not much room to move around, but they have a wonderful selection and friendly helpful staff!

This is in the Circle center mall downtown Indy. Always fun to explore.

Music is hit or miss, but the atmosphere is nice even though they cant get Black Flag shirts because of Henry Rollins and his copyright issues

I absolutely love this hot topic Ive bought so much stuff from there Im pretty sure Ive paid their rent lol. The staff is amazing and Im actually upset that one of them are leaving to a different store. Lol selfish yes but everyone there knows me and makes me feel like family i would be crushed if this hot topic were to close.

They usually have a by one get one sale on their jewelry or other items. Or by one get one half off. The have graffic ts, perfume, jewelry, jeans, skirts, dresses, etc.

Honestly a great place. This really is the only place in the mall i go. Its known as the shop for emo people but honestly it has something for everyone. Fron Riverdale to harry potter to freddy and jason. Theres clothes sliver ware acessories and so much more. And in every hot topic ive gone to theres a big bin if pins with all sorts on things on them. And when in the store they have reallt great music. Its really just awsome.

Hot topic as a store is rated pretty good. This particular hot topic at the circle city Mall has workers who are rude and they will tell you coupons arent any good to save them the time of scanning them in.

Service here is terrible. Staff is very rude and I walked out not to make a purchase on the sheer fact of the guy beind the desk being so unnecessarily hateful to me.

Interesting stuff here but way too crowded with merchandise and overpriced
