I bought 3 water waves bundles. This hair is horrible, it wasn’t processed to the ends of hair. I wet my hair the next day and the ends are straight with no waves. I’ve had this hair installed only 3 DAYS. ITS DRY AND BRITTLE at ends but more importantly, no waves. I called person in charge named Gus at the business and all he did was argue, give a few dozen excuses why the hair may be having the issues. No excuses warrants new hair looking the way it does.Stay away from this business just because they do not try to resolve issues. I didn’t ask or want a full refund but he didn’t try to mitigate the issue I’m dealing with.Three pics are uninstalled. The others are installed of course. Horrible hair. Worse customer service

Unfortunately they did not have the ability for me to pay electronically with my bank card. I was trying to support Black Owned Business. If I return I hope they can accommodate me with card payment service. I dont carry cash like that. And I usually go to other ethnic groups beauty supplies in the neighborhood.

I bought a 30’ deep curly lace frontal from here and IAm not so pleased I only had the wig on for only one week and it’s getting tangled in the back of the wig. And when I first got it installed the lace ripped ! I had the to make the best out of it because it was my birthday I was already unsure about spending all that money on this wig The ends of the hair got very dry, brittle,tangled and synthetic looking.

Look how horrible my $400 lace front wig I purchase from First Class Hair Company turned out. I believe they switched my wig.I called to complain and asked for a new wig but none of my calls were returned. I went to the store and talked to the manager he says no returns or exchange.He was very rude and I left crying because I spent my 400 dollars and this is what I got😭😢They did me dirty😥

Most of the good reviews on here has to be friends and family of the owners, mixed with people that do not have much knowledge on good 100% human hair!I spent over $300 on bundles. They have hair hanging on the wall, and the lady behind the counter gave me bundles in plastic that were absolutely NOTHING like what she let me feel from hanging behind her! I mentioned this to her, and she said it was the same hair, the texture would be more like the sample hair once washed.I get it installed by my hairdresser, and when she curled it, she confirmed that it was NOT 100% HUMAN HAIR!!!!!!! It melted, even on a low setting!!For upwards of $300, I was sure it would be 100% human hair!!!! Then, to add insult to injury, the hair was super tangled. I constantly had to brush it throughout the day while it was in my head! Don’t lose your money ladies!!!!!Update: In response to the owners’ rude response to my honest review... I am a “real” person, not a competitor. I’m just a customer that feels betrayed after spending my hard earned money on something that was not as advertised. I did not return to the store with your hair because anyone that buys hair knows that once it’s sewn into your head, that’s it. No refunds no exchanges. And that hair was so tangled that I threw it in the garbage once I took it out!

Really great bundle prices and customer service! The lady that helped me was super patient considering I didnt know what texture to get and kept changing my mind( I can be very indecisive lol). The hair is amazing, doesnt get tangled and Ive seen my step mom dye this hair without any problems numerous of times. I get compliments everywhere I go. Will definitely always buy hair from here for now on!

I can’t rate them as poor as I’d like because I am not the one who got to personally experience their customer service. However, I will say I am disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality of the hair I received from this place. My mom went here for me to purchase a few bundles. “Brazilian” 18, 20, & 22 inch. I have a professional flat iron by Paul Mitchell that works great on my natural hair. However, when I put it to use on the bundles, the hair began to melt on my iron. It’s clearly a blend between synthetic and human hair. Definitely not worth the price. It sucks to try to support a local business and this is the type of thanks our community gets.

STAY FAR AWAY....this place have the worse hair I have ever purchased....it knot so bad I had to take it out and throw it away....before buying the hair I asked if it could be colored...I was guaranteed there would be no problem...I had it professionally colored....but there was a huge problem...I only had it in a week and had to take it out...please don’t purchase hair here at all...

LOVE LOVE THEIR HAIR!!!!! I have bought about six bundles over the course of 3 years in different textures and all the hair is still in the best condition. The hair hasnt matted up and I have had very minium shedding over the course of years. Ladies seal your wefts before you install it and you wont have problems with shedding. Their prices are amazing and the customer service was great. They had a lot of patience while I tried to decide what texture of hair I want.

I purchased mixed grey Indian hair after searching so many places. The service was excellent. The hair was very affordable and extremely manageable. I went back and purchase two more bundles. Shampoo them and condition the hair. I have recieved so many complements. Since mixed grey is so hard to find I will continue shopping there.

I been buying Indian / Brazilian hair from this business over 8 yrs. They carry quality hair at a reasonable price. Their hair doesnt shed and is super soft. The Bundle Deals are Fantastic.

The hair have a horrible smell. I paid close to $600 for hair and closure. I am so displeased. The hair is not silly. It remind of the hair from His & Hers on Wiltshire years ago. At least their hair didn’t stink! I mean this hair stink horrific. I was told customs have to do treatment on their hair because it come from over seas. That’s some bs. I bought hair from over seas last year from another vendor and it didn’t stink and much better quality.

Love the kinky straight hair I get 22 inches along with 20 I glue 2 bundles in to get more of a natural look then I flat iron it make it look like a natural flat iron wrap...its low maintenance and does not tangle I LOVE IT !!!!

Went in with to buy a wig and ready to spend 200 dollars but the guy that works there is s joke lol I understand youre in the hood and everyones intentions are not good but if you could not stand over me while Im trying to shop that would be a good start for customer service. I asked the guy politely to back back and gave him many chances before I decided that I wont invest a dollar into this place. I dont even think they deserve 1 star.. I am so so so so mad first at myself but at this company....store i just purchased a wig and it dont fit me when i adjusted it. I did try it on but when your in the store its hard to really lay a wig to determine the right fit...i just felt like its my first wig and i told the lady this and a asked her to help me plz i dont know if its fited the way its supposed to be and she just rushed me to purchase saying it look pretty on meAnd stayed behind the glass...Now ..i whent home cut the lace and tryed to put the wig on and it fits big. When i adjusted the straps and she told me one size fits all....it leaves a hug lump in the back and low key i think she swaped my wig when i reached in my purse the hair just was different the wig itself and she just gave me the display wig and didnt wrap it or offer a free gift i am so f..... Pissed i dont kbow what to do i have no more money and i spent my last and im not working.

They never come back when they say they would. Spend a lot of time waiting for them too return from lunch or errand thats being ran. I live further out, so not happy with that.
