Only been here a couple of times. The place has okay selections.

I love the wig selections and they provide a wide variety of products.

No greetings, acknowledgement, horrible customer service, we were followed around while browsing to make sure they had what we were looking for. Found our items and spent $120+ but was quoted $230+ for our purchase. The math was incorrect but, the woman insisted it wasnt until I broke it down for her. She was angry about it, and never said thank you as she handed me my bag. I will never give my hard earned money to this establishment again. Zero stars

My go to when I come to the hood!

I will not patronize this place, because its not a buisness due to the rude, discourteous, unprofessionlism of the people who work there including the owner. Theseestablishments come into our communities and raise the prices double of what it actually is, this happens because we continously go back when they disrespect us. I WONT GO BACK.

They NEVER greet people I have came here on and off for a few years and the last few times I came I felt I and other (black) customers were being racially profiled. I and two younger African American girls walk in the lady followed me around and the man followed the young ladies around. As I proceed to checkout the (Asian) man told me I gave him the wrong total I counted the money out twice and told him the total he snatches my money from me starts counting and repeated the same amount I told him twice. I asked him why is it whenever I come in he has the same dry attitude and poor customer service. He stated You dont like it dont come here that is exactly what I will do. I do not suggest this establishment even if it was the last beauty supply on EARTH, please people do yourself a favor and do not step foot into this establishment.

This store is Horrible. Rude just blatant disrespect for the black culture. I wanted to buy a wig but they were so rude I walked away in tears.

Their variety of products is exceptional however their customer service is horrible. I hate coming here but the only alternative is ordering online and when u need a product ASAP that simply isnt an option. They never greet customers nor thank us for our patronage. Today I even heard a well dressed middle age woman tell one of the employees I think u guys think Im trying to steal but Im just looking at the prices of the hair. Customers should never be made to feel like criminals. If you dont like the demographic of your customers simply move your business else where. You are in our neighborhood so treat each and every client that enters your doors with RESPECT!

The staff is amazing and they have waaayyyy more of a variety than other Beauty Supplies ive visited. This is my go to store. 😁😁

Well, I can say the staff was helpful and polite if not as friendly as some have mentioned. I managed to exchange some smiles With the staff, so Aok by me.My review is based on human hair, nail polish, and mascara.Hair: for the geo area it does have the largest selection of hair in many colors, piano, mixed, NO HOMBRE just fyi as of this post. Seems like theres a shop I am missing tho. Hmm. ;) It was little hindrance that you couldnt just go walk up to the hair and look at the price or even see all the selection as it is hidden by many other objects. However, I suppose for the neigborhood they feel they dont want to let people too close to the products as they dont have security. I must say though if you know your color numbers, length, and texure/curl pattern. They likely have it. Its not a store just all about 1B. Which would have annoyed me more as I live North Torrance, I have to drive to... to get the best products or selection.The price is double what I pay online for awesome quality and customer service. If youre in a pinch and can afford to pay $40/45 for a $16/20 Bag of Dena Cali brand, then search is over! find your #30, 33, 27 mixed type, or piano colors. They do have a right to charge what they want and I feel I would too if I were them as they have the selection and the stock. I will review quality later.Hope this is helpful! Thanks to all!

I agree with the sentiments of the comments before me. Shopped here twice staff was rude and dismissive both times. Hate to keep giving them my money. Awful.
