We had a horrible experience with Allstarlogo.com. We needed golf hats for a nonprofit fundraiser. We recieved children sized hats cotton hats when we had ordered adult sized dri-fit hats. The quality was horrible. Customer service was very disappointing and only offered us a 10% refund which we have yet to see. I do not recommend this company. As a small nonprofit, we invested good money in what we thought would be a quality product. We could not use what was sent to us.
Avoid this company at all costs.We sent in a $1500 order for embroidered hoodies, and they embroidered a completely incorrect color. Their iron clad guarantee is all a lie.Not only did they refuse to correct the mistake (they offered a 5% discount on a future order LOL), they stopped replying to phone calls and emails, forcing us to go to our bank and request a chargeback.Then they have the audacity to send us to collections for the money they scammed out of us! Its honestly laughable that a company can operate in this manner and have quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.Give your business to literally any other company out there, dont make the same mistake we did.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was having difficulty changing a color on a design online so I clicked on the chat button to ask for assistance. The most disrespectful agent came into the chat. Agents name was Liz. She is terrible for business and doesnt even deserve a job. Should be ashamed of herself. See attached photos. I had many business endeavors I would have used them for had I received half decent customer service. Never again.
We ordered some Polo shirts, and AllStar handled everything professionally. Edmond (the manager) was great at sorting out some minor issues with our order.
Customer service is awful! Company did not process order as they said they would. I would not recommend using this company for future orders!
I had a phenomenal experience with Allstar Logo. My company needed 1000 shirts turned around with a logo in two weeks. Then, Liz and Edmond came through and made it happen. I could not be any happier with the quality of the products and the service I got from them.

Towels arrived perfectly on time and it was a rush order. We only had a week to get them made and shipped across the country! They looked great and were very soft. Edmond was such a great help and always very responsive. Really great experience overall.
This was my third time ordering with Allstar logo and Im very happy with the deal I got from this company and also with the quality of their products. Having our logo on our staff uniforms has added to our workers sense of unity and also helped us represent our brand better to the public. I dont know how we overlooked this important investment to our business for so many years !!!Speaking with their service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for and they helped me tremendously with designing our logo successfully, as well. We did receive our order on the promised time. In general they have never let me down and I am very glad I found such an easy and friendly group to work with.

Okay, so I called these guys looking for bunch of towels that I absolutely needed DELIVERED in FOUR DAYS. What I experienced was the greatest customer service I have ever ran into. Edmond Moss was the sales rep. I dealt with and he was extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. To my amazement, the towels I received were very good quality and the printing that was done on them was just as good. I will be ordering again from them another time soon. But, if you want towels with your design then this is the company you should be using.

As a lot of people say, if I could give negative stars I would!This company has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. All the customer service representatives have no idea what theyre doing and the office manager I spoke to was so unprofessional and unapologetic I couldnt believe it!Our animal hospital orders jackets for our wonderful employees every year, and this year we tried to order through AllStar Logo. From the get go there were red flags that I wish we would have seen. They barely put our order together for SAMPLE SIZES in time, and once we received them, it was almost impossible to send them back. Apparently they give you a THREE day period to try them on and return them from when they ship!We are a large hospital and this in itself is difficult to achieve. When we finally got a hold of someone to help us return the jackets they said they would apply a credit towards our future order. Then we got a call the next day stating that someone misspoke and they would not credit out account. However, by this time we had already sent the jackets back.I tried calling to speak to a manager for a total of 6 days before I could get a hold of someone. He was very unhelpful, did not apologize for having such a crappy CSR team and for his employers being rude to our company.In the end he did not refund our money, and all we are getting back are some crummy jackets that no one no longer wants.I have never dealt with such an incompetent company, and certainly will never give them business again.
Our restaurant chain had been working with another apparel company for years and after many mistakes and awful customer service that they provided us with, we decided to switch to Allstar logo and were so happy we did so!They not only give us a much better deal and quality on the merchandise, but also their staff is super friendly and informative over the phone. Their team helped me get exactly what I was looking for, and the designer went out of his way to make the necessary changes to make my company logo precisely how we wanted it to look.We always receive our shipment on time, which is very important for our events. ( A part that was handled poorly by the previous company we worked with)!If i could I would give ALL STAR more than FIVE STARS!!
WOW, if I could 50 stars I would. BEST Customer Service! Very HONEST and straight forward people. Such an incredible customer service experience. We were working with another promo apparel company who kept sending us proofs that were not good. So we decided to switch at the last minute to AllStarLogo, and I am sure glad that we did. The jackets we got looked excellent, the customization work on it was superb and they got delivered to us even sooner than we had hoped. I will never get my branded stuff from anyone else other than AllStarLogo. I highly recommend them.
Placed an order on 10/5/2018 hoping to have it by Christmas well here it is 1/10/2019 and still nothing every time they are contacted they either give you another BS story or just dont reply at all. I have contacted them every month since Nov. and as always just another run around I would not recommend this place. You would be better off going local and perhaps paying a little more but at least you would know what your dealing with for sure. You probably did not find an order under my name because it was under my companys name and its something they did for us before Christmas actually back in October last year or even earlier it was under Gana Trucking. Finally received my order today January 21st 2019 and it was short an item. I tried calling them today to resolve this matter left him a message and now it has been 6 hours later have not heard from them I will try again tomorrow.
Very frustrating to work with. I was promised my order would be shipped by the date I requested. I left messages and e-mails for the salesperson I dealt with to no avail. When I finally reached someone, they told me the order would be shipped out the day After I needed it. It took several e-mails and phone calls to ensure this was fixed. Customer service is not their priority.
This company should not be in business. We ordered 16 backpacks at a cost of over $1,600 with our company logo. Not only was a) the quantity of bags shipped wrong, b) the print quality terrible, e) the logo sized incorrectly d) no proof sent to us, and d) took two months to arrive, but...THEY MODIFIED OUR LOGO before they printed it! We immediately sent the bags back to them with a detailed description of all the issues (which they acknowledged over the phone). Then it went silent until July 24th. On this day, they told me that they were unable to print the bags with the logo. I obviously expected a refund at this point as the product I ordered could not be produced. Not with this outfit, they instead said they would refund me ~$60 for the logo and ship me the bags WITHOUT THE LOGOs. That obviously has no use to me at all, and they later added a $100 store credit to their offer. I rarely take the time to warn other buyers rogue vendors because most vendors do the right thing before it goes that far, but this is so egregious and the company is behaving so irresponsibly that I felt compelled to warm other would-be customers.To provide an update: weve now past 6 months since I made one of the worst decisions of my life to invest $1659.22 in bags with my companies logo with this company. The company has since threatened me with a defamation lawsuit for this review and I have no merchandise and no refund. In essence, theyve now stolen $1659.22 from me.
I ordered blankets for my schools prom. They ASSURED me I would have them in time. Nope. They did not respond to multiple emails or phone calls. When I finally got through the response was well, people make mistakes. No offer of any type of compensation. This was the second time I ordered, and absolutely the last. The salesperson had ZERO empathy and made no attempt to correct the error. They told me I would receive them by May 15. They didnt ship until the 19th, and they shipped it ground, across the country. Too late to give as part of the prom gift bag. $2,800 wasted. I asked for managements contact information and was ignored. I cannot comment on quality since I have yet to receive the product. I gave one star because I did not have the option to give them zero.Update: They offered to give me 30 free blankets for my order next year. That is a joke. Why would I order from them again?
Let me just say, I wish I could give this company 50 stars. I asked my employee to find me a company that can do customized 300 Nike shirts and have them shipped to Mexico in 5 days. My employee, found 5 companies. They all were either too high on their prices or, they just couldnt make the deadline.But, when we got AllStarLogo, it was the opposite. The price was a lot cheaper than everyone else and They ran my huge order over the weekend and got it shipped on time for our convention in Mexico city.I am very pleased with AllStarLogo and would highly recommend them.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: This company is deplorable. I have waited 3 weeks for a refund and have gotten nothing but lies and the run around. Their sales department and supervisor are very quick to contact you if you are inquiring about a potential order but should you need to to facilitate a return and need a refund expect them to stall. Apparently the supervisor who I assume is the owner is the only one with the ability to provide refunds and he always seems to step out or is unreachable when contacted. This company attempts to position itself as a legitimate company but may not be anything more than a group of 5 people with unprofessional and unethical leadership. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable company.Additionally I posted their Facebook page and my msg was deleted. I have the screenshots and will share on my own page . After finally getting a response from someone who claimed they would process my refund I received an email confirmation saying the credit was sent. After checking the link provided NO credit was sent. I dont know why this company is going out of its way to steal 250.00 from me . To go so far as to falsify documentation is a new low. Its sad because we a small neighborhood preschool . We will be moving forward with starting a report with BBB.
Hey guys,DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.we recieved our polos that were not even fully made with unraveled seams everywhere. Called customer service and they were very rude, didnt seem AT ALL sorry what their mistakes. Asked if they could expedite the process to send us fixed polos and the 1st order i received after around 2 weeks and just called to see where it is at and it has been past 2 weeks since they said they would send us the fixed ones and they havent even SHIPPED it yet... HORRIBLE SERVICE. i shouldve read the reviews before but its my fault that i didnt know this company has horrible service, horrible products, only cares about what they sell and when they recieve your order they are done, they dont care about anything else.
I decided at the last second, to get some customized polos for my company event. We found AllStar Logo and they made my vision of how I wanted my polos to look like a reality. Liz was extremely helpful and very professional. She made the entire purchasing process extremely easy and good. The icing on the cake was that the polos came out really nice and they were also delivered to me on time. We will definitely use AllStarLogo again and again and I would recommend this company to anyone!
I used Allstarlogo three month ago when I needed some christmas giveaways for our company staff.Two weeks ago I ordered shirts for a trade show that my company had coming up.I told Diana that I needed the shirts with-in 5 days and she said fine.Well, the shirts came in with-in 4 days and they were very good quality cotton shirts and the embroidery work was phenomenal.Ive experienced good things from AllstarLogo and I liked working with them so I will recommend them to my colleagues.
Let me first start by saying that I work for a very large apparel company and have worked with hundredsof different companies all over the world. I have never run into so many problems with a company, letalone a company whose job is to embroider jackets and polos.I was ordering team jackets for a personal project, a total of 23 jackets, I can’t imagine what would havehappened if there were more.All Star Logo loves to continually lie to the customer about when their product will be shipped. Themanager is apparently NEVER in the office so you can’t ever speak to someone higher up. And forgetabout their guarantee of: Ready to be shipped to you within ten (10) days or less. That’s a lie as well.Here is my documented account of what happened (I’m usually not much of an extreme reviewer, butmy experience was so bad I want to save anyone I can from the same pain):12/10- Started working with AllStar Logo, sent in art work and began dialog of order12/11- Order was placed, I approved the artwork, and money was extracted from my bank account12/19- Was told the order would be shipping out 12/2312/23- Order did not ship1/05- Was told order would ship out on 1/06.After I complained that this was not what was promised, I was told, “You also have to understand that itis the holidays and we did not work most of last 2 weeks. That is why it is taking longer than the usual,but we will ship them out tomorrow at the latest.”Really great customer service, as you can tell. No one warned me about production delays when I wasoriginally provided with a shipping date (Dec. 23rd), which to my knowledge is BEFORE the holidays.1/06- Order still did not ship1/09- I was sent ANOTHER artwork approval almost a full month after my original approval.1/14- Finally received the order, but missing 1 jacket (for the coach) from the shipment. The coach’sjacket was marked as ‘shipped’ in the paperwork, but I emailed them immediately only to find out thatthe item is on back order until mid February. I find it unforgiveable that they didn’t bother to notify meabout this PRIOR to my finding the mistake in the paperwork and asking about it.All Star Logo’s only redeeming quality was once we got the jackets (a full month after ordering them) myteammates really liked them. The look and fit very nicely, but considering All Star Logo buys thesejackets from another company, it’s really no compliment to them.If a 0 star rating was possible I would give it to All Star Logo. What a mess and a headache. Please, foryour own sanity, do not work with them and take your money somewhere else!
THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND NEVER SENT THE ORDER! I ordered in January, its August of the same year. I sent many requests for them to refund my money, and at first they made excuses and then they ignored me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
