I’ve ordered from this boutique three times and all three experiences was terrible . I’ve been following them on social media for years I’m. They advertised unique pieces from their collection, however their always sold out . The first time I ordered back in 2013 were a pair of yellow paints, when I received the pants first off there were no stitching in the hem, thread hanging everywhere .The pants were a hot mess, the material looked very cheap, not were they well made . I ended up returning them and never received a refund. Fast forward maybe a year later . I purchased a dress from them, the dress fit fine in all the right places, but once again the workmanship on the dress was poor . I’ve never worn the dress but somehow still have it in my bins in the garage . Once reason being I paid so much for the dang dress and the thought of throwing it out I can’t come to grips with . But I guess they say third times the charm ! I ordered once again from Philthy Ragz and I guess the names fits, this time on Aug22 of 2020 . I ordered a rust dress open back style and of course shipping was delayed because of COVID but nonetheless I received my dress . I was very excited to received my order and once again I was highly disappointed . The fit was off, the material was flimsy and very cheap for such a pricey piece. It look like something I could’ve gotten from Ross . I immediately unfollowed on all social platforms, unsubscribe from newsletters through email . I was more than happy to support a black owned business however after three attempts it was enough for me ! Thank you but no thank you . If I’m spending high- cost amounts on garments I expect quality pieces and this ain’t it !!!

Well!.... Made an order, paid for 2day shipping.This has been 2 weeks ago, called the shop, got an answer. She began to do a lot of talking about 2 day shipping was once they pulled the order, I could immediately tell it was some mess.. Barely Evans is advertising for a boutique thats not honest.They person on the phone said she would take care of it Havent received any item I will have this investigated, And I will get my refund.. Dont believe the hype!!! Its a fraud

So I placed an order since November for Angelina jumpsuit. The owner promise she would make it and send it out.its April now and I still didnt receive the order. Ive asked for a refund and she assured me she will ship it out .Ive asked for tracking information and she keeps giving me the running around. At this point Im not sure what I should do.i will keep calling.

The styles are great but the workmanship isnt. In my opinion the materials are cheap, flimsy and the clothings are not well made...there are threads hanging all over the places with a lot of raw edges. The clothes need to be inspected before sending them out to customers. Not only that, the prices are wayyyy to high for the quality.

Love Love the one of a kind maxi dresses at Philty Ragz. I bought a few pieces from Philty Ragz and still cherish them to this day. If you are looking for one of kind pieces with a little twist to the clothing I recommend Philty Ragz. If you see it grabs it, because things tend to sell out fast at Philty Ragz.
