I have taken my vehicles to Juan at Payless Auto for about 15 years. I always receive quality, professional service.

Didn’t have what I wanted but were able to install what I had and did a great job. The mechanic almost forgot trim pieces though I noticed. Definitely affordable and trustworthy

I went to get my brakes done, now my car is shaking so I went to another place to get them looked at. Turns out they put them on completely wrong to the point they’re FALLING off and are the completely wrong brake pads to begin with. Now I’m having to pay triple the price because they couldn’t do there job. I even called to tell them about it so they could be aware and he interrupted me completely and would not let me talk. I called to help them out but when he completely cut me off and got an attitude I hung up. DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY AND PEOPLE WONT HAVE TO CALL YOU TO TELL YOU SOMETHING WENT WRONG. So disrespectful, will not be coming back. And I recommend no one does.

Do not spend your time and money there, they wanted to steal me just to change the radiator they wanted 300 dllrs.Perhaps I asked them to tune up my Honda Civic, of course not.

I don’t understand the main guy’s attitude. Seems like he will rip you off. Talked about a noise on my back wheel. He did not even bother to look at it, he insisted that I should change both pads and rotors. Anymore questions you ask him, he loses his temper. I went to other shop and changed just the rear pads. Works perfect.

Poor customer service. Went in to have a nail removed and they would not even acknowledge my presence. Everyone was on their smartphones not talking just looking at them. Waited 15 minutes and left to another business.

I went to get an oil change, my engine light was on I asked the main guy to check the light for me,he was very rude: he gave me a nasty look and told me we charge for everything and it will be $25 extra this after I pay $40 for oil change. I went to AutoZone got a diagnostic for free.

Nice place, nice people, affordable price. i had to fix my brake this morning. they did a good job, no complains ln that but they broke the cover of my gear handle. i was in rush, so i did not go inside to complain about it.

Took my car for an oil change and it stopped running right after I left. they didnt put the oil cap back on right and blaming it on me. the refuse to fix my car and asking me to pay for the repair.

Friend had her oil change yesterday and had gone down the street thinking she needed jumper cables so I go to help and all of her oil had came out of her car and now the car won’t even turn on at all. And they are blaming it on her didn’t even return her money back.
