I was in need of some new furniture and stopped by furniture lobby wanting to give them a try and let me tell you how much I don’t regret walking in there! They were very knowledgeable! The furniture was the right fit for my home they felt like they were top of the line, it excellent for what I was wanting, and the quality is unbelievable amazing. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements. We were very pleased with the speed of delivery. Excellent service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place anyone who is looking for new furniture!

By far the BEST and EASIEST experience I had shopping for a mattress. Initially I went to mattress depot and the guy tried to over sale and overprice a mattress to me. I was told by a friend to visit furniture lobby and those guys are THE BEST to deal with. Same day quick delivery and very down to earth and friendly. Awesome staff that helped me find what I liked even though I wasnt sure what I wanted exactly. I was surprised to notice a lot of selections to choose from their showroom floor which was better than looking at brochures. They were very helpful with option choosing that fitted what I liked most and offered fast delivery and installation. Overall this experience was worth the trip. Will be back, thanks!

Went there today to pick up a mattress, and had a great experience. The salesman was very helpful and attentive, he wasn’t trying to upsell me, yet I was able to upgrade to a bigger mattress than the one I initially wanted due to their great prices. I went to this store in November 2020 in search of a sleeper sofa. They did not have any in the store that I found on their website. The salesman talked me into getting a sofa that has a fold-down backrest and rolls out and pops up to make a bed (photo attached). It is by far the worst quality piece of furniture I’ve ever seen. Within a week, the arm rest cracked after only lightly leaning on it. Just now, one of the wheels broke so now it’s going to scratch our floor when we roll it back underneath the sofa. Additionally, it’s very uncomfortable. I got it for my parents to sleep on because they visit often, and they prefer to stay in a hotel simply because the couch is so uncomfortable. It’s VERY firm and you can feel the metal bars when laying on it. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the delivery guys were extremely nice, placed the couch exactly where we wanted, and took the plastic off for us. The couch itself was $619 but I ended up paying $900-something after the outrageous delivery fees. Overall I am very unhappy and will not be back.EDIT:It’s been less than 1 year since I’ve had this couch. I still have two payments on it. The thing has now fallen apart. I will never buy this store’s cheap furniture ever again.
