David and the employees there were friendly and genuinely cared about my needs and to satisfy my mattress purchase. This has been the worst experience ever! We bought 2 mattresses a king and a queen and two adjustable bed frames they came and delivered them I did not like the king bed, went back to the store to use the exchange policy and the lady tried to talk me out of it but I wasn’t changing my mind. Got the exchange was told because of Presidents’ Day they would not deliver until Tuesday the following week.. had someone there however due to the snow storm no one showed up and that is understandable Friday that week called and rescheduled delivery had someone there at the house to let them in they showed up around 7pm to pick up the mattress however they did not bring the new mattress. We refused the pick up due to not having another bed to put in there called the store who said the bed already showed it was delivered!! They said we would reschedule for pick up and drop off but couldn’t be same day now it wouldn’t be till Friday! They showed up 30 minutes ago again to pick up with no mattress in return! No one is answering to address this issue. This is beyond ridiculous I’m at the point of returning all the items and going to another store!

Shane is awesome!!! Iwas in bind because Rooms to go charged me $4000 for a mattress I never received and I am moving in a couple of days. When I called mattress firm Shane quickly stepped into a action and helped me order the mattress from his stiore. As a result I will be sleeping well in a few days. His customer service is 5 star. He made the experience stress free. I know where to go in the future!!

I don’t know that enough good things can be said about my experience with Laurie Hunchar at this location. I gave her my price point and probably too much information, but she found me the PERFECT bed. Today is day 2 of the bed in my home and it is already extremely comfortable. I know all beds go through a breaking in period but I can actually sleep in this one through it! Laurie was wonderful to deal with from start to finish and While i hope to not need another mattress anytime soon, i will certainly go to her with any of my future bedding needs!

So who doesn’t hate mattress shopping?! Well, I’ll tell ya, Laurie at Mattress Firm helped us cut right to the chase. We did NOT want to A lot of time in the store so we gave her a call and let her know what we were looking for.She listened to what we wanted in a mattress, and added her own many years of experience to set us up with a couple mattresses to test. We picked out one and set up delivery! We spent about 30 minutes total in the store!Update, 6 months later and we are still loving this mattress! In fact we’re gonna get the same one for our son!

Customer service was great when I bought it,the mattress on the other hand is horrible and now so is the customer service!! After only 3 days of sleeping, there was a sinkhole already forming! Now after two months its a valley!!! Im on disability and I have to COUNT every dollar. $400.00 may not be much for you but it is for me!! But actually the worst part is that they are totally disregarding the whole situation!!

I bought a queen mattress and box from the store on MacArthur. I liked the service, the way he helped me through selecting my mattress and the price. The delivery guys were prompt and on time and the mattress feels great!

Unfortunately, our experience was not as we had originally thought it was going to be. Everything was great until our mattress finally arrived... a week late that is, then it arrived damaged so we did not accept it, and are now still waiting for a refund 2 months later. We are letting the credit card company deal with them now.

Waited 45 mins while the associate was with another person. I dont have a problem waiting but I do have a problem when the associate is talking about random stuff and doing small talk with the customer while there are 2 more waiting. I ended up leaving after my 45 min wait because I lost patience.
