I love this place. Karla was awesome and their merchandise is exceptional. I took a chance an ordered a bedroom set from their catalog. The delivery was fast and convenient. I didnt have to wait all day as I have in the past with another well known Texas furniture company. I was extremely impressed when I received my merchandise. The picture in the catalog did not do it proper justice. My furniture looked even better in person than in the catalog. The quality is superb!!!!! I will definitely continue to purchase merchandise from them in the future. Cancun Market has phenomenal customer service with an enormous selection of furniture to choose from. I would give them TEN BIG STARS if I could.

I bought a beautiful and modern living set that was so me along with the bedroom room set that I got at a great price!Karla was so helpful and took the time to look up prices, suggest things in the catalogs and even emailed the vendor on a request I had! Juan delivered my bedroom set, put it together in no time. Still waiting to get my living room set, but my experience was awesome!
I bought multiple items from them and I am very pleased with my purchase. One thing I really liked is that the salesperson was not pushy to make me buy, she was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions. The prices were reasonable and the delivery was fast, I have purchased also from rooms to go and Ashly and I cannot say the same thing about my purchasing experience with them.
The customer service here deserves 10 stars! My babies broke their beds by wrestling (go figure) thats what boys do lol. I needed something asap. Jennifer was amazing from start to finish. The owner is so humble and goes the extra mile. I had a Rooms to Go account that I wanted to reopen but my Mom recommended Cancun Market. Guess what.... mothers are never wrong. Awesome customer service! We ordered the kids jeep bed an received it the very next day. They stand by their word. The quality was high end. Very friendly staff an MS Sandoval went way out of her job to get what we wanted with the time frame we needed. Would highly recommend an the price was cheaper than online. I went to Irvin mall location and North Richard Hill location. Very nice and clean store, prices are really good and the variety that they have is huge, I bought a few times here because the quality of the furniture is good. However the service from their staff and how honest they are is the one that close the deal for me.

My fiance and walked in there Saturday (this past one) and there was a short black haired lady sitting behind the computer. She looked up and just looked back down. Never once for the 20 minutes that we were in there sitting on furniture did she even greet us when we came in or say she would be with us..NOTHING. As we got up to leave she decided to get up and finally said Hi, can I help you with anything? I said Nope...been here 20 minutes and you just now came to say hello, so I will take my money elsewhere. And she just said Ok! And we walked out. I guess no big deal to her.And to add the pictures above is NOT what the store looks like anymore. They use to have a bigger space and have moved in the mall to something smaller. Selection to view living room furniture isnt as large as it used to be.
Great service since we walked through the door, Jenny was so helpful and it was awesome to work with her, she answered all of our questions and also to give us a follow up on a put stock item. Kudos

I bought furniture there and in 4 months my love seat broke as well as my couch. Took me 3 to 4 months to fix the love seat, I went over their heads to mfg and the fought over it and finally got it replaced. 6 months later the new love seat broke, so I called and got the same run around. So I gave up and went bought new furniture some place else. So if your buying furniture I dont recommend this company or its affiliates.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company again. I visited the North Richland Hills location to buy a bed and dresser. The dresser was a display item and labeled as such meaning no refunds (understandable). But the next day we changed our mind about the bed and I made the call to cancel the order. Gypsy, who we had dealt with the day before when we purchased the items, told me at first I could not get a refund because the bed was also a display item. We were NEVER told that when the purchased the item and it was NOT on our paperwork either. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she kept referring to him and said its a private number she can not give it to me but she will contact him and call me back. Six hours later I gave up waiting and called her back. She still said that there was no way to get a refund and so then I was even more angry and said she needed to talk to whoever her manager was again because I would not pay for it. We hung up and she called me back thirty minutes later saying they could do a cancellation but it would be a $10 fee. I was so upset already but I agreed and told her we would be in tomorrow to pick up the dresser and get our refund. I asked if she would be there and if not who would be. Gypsy let me know the sales person who would be available was Amber and she promised she would email her and let her know the situation and that we would be in. She DID NOT email Amber - the next day Amber seemed clueless when I called to let them know we were on our way. I get to the shop and Amber informs me that Martin (who Gypsy kept referring to yesterday as the manager) was actually the owner and that Martin says its a $25 fee not $10. And on top of that Gypsy did not charge tax when I paid for the items so that will be deducted from my refund and the check would be later mailed. I was so over dealing with them at this point - I agreed but said I wanted it in writing. I received a new copy of my transaction with the new amount I would receive a refund for $221.78. We left the store with our dresser and I assumed that was the end of it. Oh I could not get that lucky. Later in the day Amber calls me back to inform me her manager Connie (yes confusing because it is not Martin the owner who Gypsy told me about yesterday) calculated the tax and fee and Amber must have incorrectly calculated it because she was about 35 dollars off and my refund will be even smaller than what we already agreed upon. I was FURIOUS. I told Amber I wanted to speak to Connie (the manager). Connie called me and I explained to her what happened. She stated she would speak to Martin and get back to me. She called me back and told me Martin (the owner) would now charge a $15 dollar fee. I told her I was over the back and forth of this and asked if I could speak to Martin directly. She said he would actually be in the NRH store in two days around 10am and I could call then. I did so and got the run around from Amber saying he was not there yet (I called three times that day). I am STILL WAITING FOR MY CHECK. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT BUY AND STILL DO NOT HAVE.Overall the sales people (Amber and Gypsy) are INCOMPETENT. They have no idea what they are doing and they will rip you off. I NEVER received a phone call back from Connie (the manager) or Martin (the absent owner). I will just be cancelling the charge on my card. And every time I visit At Home (right next to their location) I will tell every person walking into Cancun Market not to go in there and buy from them.
